One wonders if the MonkeyBrain is able to figure out why SOME Tasmanian users are able to link via Telstra, Vic and SOME appear to be located in Tasmania itself.

Anyway, the point is not whether an ip number can be linked to an university campus or that one can use an internal network to find any IP on campus. The point is that I was able to detect you and identify you from a bunch of users' ip addresses who showed up today to read this thread.
