You are an absolute side show freak, Mikey. Everyone knows George Dranichak ignores everyone. Sojustask can't get him to repond most of the time and he ignores all his other mods routinely. If he wanted something from you, you posed a legitimate legal threat or had offered him enough cash he couldn't refuse, then he would have chatted with you. He and I chatted when he wanted me to remove his name and posts about him from my site here. I told him I don't respond to bribes. Facts and the truth dictate what I will do. I could not help him as the posts on here are factual. George has Scam up as a money maker and doesn't waste two seconds on that cesspool. So, you are judging by this story clearly delusional. Tim Darnell sued me and made hideous allegations of me threatening and stalking his family and the Weinzierl family. All that was proven to be fiction in court and that clown was never able to provide a single false statement by me either.

No reputable lawyer would touch you fools with a ten foot pole. And, since you are so gutsy why aren't you over here addressing things with me. I left Scam when scumbag Lenny Clements was made an admin. George banned me when I came to this (in his mind) competing site. He apparently can't comprehend that honest people seek to warn and inform the public and are not out for a buck like he is.

And, if the owner or I should receive any legitimate legal docs, I will certainly let everyone know. For subpeonas or court orderes to be issued Mikey will have to file a legitimate case in court using his real name and address. Though one can litigate pro se, it is complicated to serve subpeonas out of state.

Mikey, scan in a copy of these imaginary legal documents and save them as a pdf. Scam doesn't host any decent size attachments, but you can post a deposition sized pdf here (a real anti-scam site). Of course, I know you won't post the legal documents because they don't exist. This site (including me) has not been served with anything of that nature ever. I haven't provided the alleged details to anyone. So, lunkhead Mikey, let's have those lies pointed out and refuted and let's see those court documents attached here.

I was never an admin on Scam. George didn't hire any admins until Lenny Clements came along. After that complete debacle practically destroyed the site and drove off most of the sharp and witty members, George finally made Sojustask an admin, but forgot to give her the priveleges she needs to do anything.

Funny, how both of these clowns posting these visious lies have mistakenly identified me as an admin. Multiple Personality Posting Disorder perhaps? I bet one of Jack Weinzierl's friends caught it from him. He posted with 9 IDs and signed up many more to vote in a poll supporting that scam Advantage Conferences on Scam before he or Darnell or their attorney threatened or bribed George Dranichak to remove the truthful threads about them. Will blunders never cease!

The police investigated www.heatherdobrott.com as a felony criminal matter and they concluded it was likely the work of one individual. They carefully looked at a known scammer that has been spreading vicious lies about me for years. No other possible suspects ever came to light.

But, it probably is just be a well known scammer that thinks he can hide his identity this way. It is too chicken to confront me directly and obviously has an overwhelming desire for revenge and is coming completely unhinged mentally. It as usual won't, and I am sure can't provide a shred of documentation to back up its lunatic assertitions. Those e-mails, PMs, court documents and other proof to refute anything I have said will never materialize.

All it can do is play the martyr to the hilt and hope a few clueless people will buy into their delusions. Clearly, a serial failure who cannot function in the real world.

Again, you seem unhappy about what certain anti-scam posters are writing. That is in all likely hood a tort or civil matter if anything at all. Posting public records and expressing opinions is not generally actionable. You had better find a lie that you can prove if you are going to proceed any further. You sound just like poor deluded Tim Darnell. He has been rambling on about "inacurate opinions." An opinion can't be inaccurate. It expresses how one feels about something or views it. Actionable statments are generally going to be statements of fact. And you, Mikey, ain't got any.

If any legitimate website receives a bona fide court order or subpeona they will act accordingly. There is no way a site provider would be punished or fined unless they deliberately violate a court order. What makes you think Real Scam's owner or I would do that? We have not received anything of that nature and I seriously doubt we will (especially from you , lad.) I stick to the facts and then express my own thoughts as I have very right to do.

Okay, I've been trying to keep up with this thread.

Aren't we pretty certain then that Paul Lackaff is posting as Mike19?

In that case, shouldn't we add Paul Lackaff's name to this thread - ie: Paul Lackaff/Mike19 Up for Dumb@$$ Scammer of the Year - like we did for that Broker Jones' thread?

You know, to help the search engines index Paul's name so when people Google it to check him out they can get an idea what a basket case he is?

Lackaff showed up after a day or so and made one post on Scam.com with his old account saying something about not having been doing any business online for the past couple months, so I'm leaving that determination in the hands of those who can read the IP numbers, Doc.

Which is why I've been addressing Mike19 by his user name, rather than as Paul, in the responses to him. Benefit of the doubt.

Mikeys' such a little fantasist, there's no way of knowing WHO he really is or from where he posts.

I have a tool for searching WHOIS/IP/domain registration information, but, try as I might, I cannot find an option which can identify who posts from "by torchlight from under the blankets in a bedroom in my parents' house" like Mikey19 does.

I am not so sure Mikey and Paul are one nut with multiple personality posting disorder. Paul Lackaff was someone I never blogged about at all and he never mentioned me. It was Tikey Mikey who went on the warpath against me and flipped out because I posted the demonic e-mails Tim Darnell and Jack Weinzierl have been sending. Mikey is also starting to sound a lot like the nutcase(s) posting on Heather Dobrott aka Soapboxmom and we can clearly see from the posts on that site that the author appears to be clinically obsessed with Darnell and Weinzierl. Quite a bizarre bunch to be sure. No doubt as time passes we will find out just who is making mischief.
