    Bank Card Empire Scam

    I still see people posting about Bank Card Empire - the scam run by Leslie Mersky, who in 2001 was sentenced to 42 months in prison for his role in a massive money-laundering scheme. According to this discussion:

    It looks like he might be at it again.

    are they same as bank card usa? got scammed from them years ago and got very jaded on merchant credit card processors
