So many of us are not acquainted with your story and need to look further into it. I went to the link from 2010 and copied this:

At the time Kippax said he was closing BIM's doors due to plummeting sales, in part blaming the members for sitting on the fence following Marketplace's 2009 story Easy Money. As part of this investigation Marketplace took an inside look at the BIM corporation and spoke with an expert who told us the company looked like a pyramid scheme that would inevitably come to an end.

It looks like Kippax won't be re-starting his business anytime soon. Yesterday CBC News reported that he has been sentenced to three years in prison and a ten year driving ban following a conviction of dangerous driving causing death and two counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm."

"Seems that the RCMP decided it was the latter. After their own investigation following complaints about BIM in Manitoba, they laid charges against Alan Kippax, the company founder, and some of his main seminar leaders. In the Marketplace story, Kippax told Wendy Mesley that BIM Corporation is above board because they're selling a product with value. He said "I have 8,000 people in the business. They're taking the holidays all the time."

All of the accused were summonsed to appear in Steinbach Court on January 13, 2011."

Of course there are many men and business leaders (and crooks) who would be interested in reading the story. Could be a major publisher would be inclined to publish a book of this type since it is a popular subject these days. Then, there is always making it into an ebook and charging for downloads.

Get it together Dave, you should have some friends who could assist with that!

Almost right "scratchy"

Dave has a story that has the WOW FACTOR. It is actually a story with a wow factor to the power of WOW. Dave's story is modern history, which is very appealing to the younger generation and he has the ability to explain complex technology to people who are not very computer literate. That is a different skill and a rare gift.

Modern history is one of the safest and professions in this day and age. History repeats itself and the victory of good over evil is one of the best stories that Internet historians could get their hands on. Corrupt organisations in Canada are loosing control but progress is slow. Historians who have a chance to interview people like Dave will be storing up “gold” for themselves and their progeny

If we can do something to help Dave to recover emotionally and financially by bringing his story to the rest of the English speaking world, he will be able to work on his account without the worry of living on a shoe string. His own account of events should go down in posterity. none of us want him to be forgotten or glamourised as a culture hero.

When I was a child my brother, who was a very talented artist, promised to paint my portrait but he said that he would not attempt to do it until I was over forty because he could not paint a portrait of a young person. He wanted to paint portraits with character, not pretty faces. Unfortunately he died as a result of a Korean war injury and his career was cut short.

I think that Dave should show his face to the world but he may not feel he can cope with the attention while he is at such a low ebb. On the other hand it may be the best time for him as the story is effectively "Back from The Brink"

INCLUDING his handsome picture on the back cover???..... First of all, are you looking at the right picture??? Seriously; have you got my picture mixed up with some young guy.

Sometimes publishers will front money in advance if they feel the story will sell. It would be nice to find one with a social conscience who would not be concerned if did not turn a huge profit.

And seriously, I truly have only 5 friends and a couple of acquaintances most don't really see the true impact of this story. Many times those closest to you, just advise you to "move on." It requires real insight, dedication and a special interest in something like this and the only friends really supporting me on that, are those here at Real-Scam and a few other blogs, and many students who I don't know how to contact or organize.

Right now I am preparing for my court case November 13, 2012 in Burlington Ontario reading and researching law all day long. This judge is ignoring contradictory and obvious perjured testimony, trying to re-write law and riding rough-shot over procedure.

i.e.
THE COURT: Sir, you're trying to intervene. You're not talking to me, you consult with Mr. Brooks, okay. [court imposed lawyer]

MR. THORNTON: That's what I was going to ask....

THE COURT: When he's cross-examining, you can confer with him but don't speak to the court directly. All right, what we're going to do is, sir...

MR. THORNTON: Yes.

THE COURT: ...you're going to keep notes, okay?

MR. THORNTON: Yes.

THE COURT: Mr. Brooks is going to continue uninterrupted to cross-examine this witness. At the end he's going to confer with you and your notes, okay. If there's anything else that he decides to ask, not you, then he will ask, okay?

MR. THORNTON: That's all I wanted clarified, whether I should...

THE COURT: That's the procedure.

MR. THORNTON: ...interrupt him to ask the question or not.

THE COURT: That's the procedure from now on.

Well , as it turns out that is not the procedure, but rather a violation of Section 486 C.C.C and a violation of my Charter Rights to a fair trial.
I have been studying carefully section 486 of the Canadian Criminal Code. It states this…..
486 C.C.C. –

Condition of exclusion
(2.2) A complainant or witness shall not testify outside the court room pursuant to subsection (2.1) or (2.11) unless arrangements are made for the accused, the judge or justice and the jury to watch the testimony of the complainant or other witness by means of closed-circuit television or otherwise and the accused is permitted to communicate with counsel while watching the testimony.

THE ACCUSED IS PERMITTED TO COMMUNICATE WITH COUNSEL WHILE WATCHING THE TESTIMONY.

This judge made it abundantly clear that I was not to communicate with counsel until the end of the cross-examination.

Today I found this…..

It was held in R. v. H (BC), supra, that the trial judge erred….. The right to cross-examine is fundamental and is a right to not only to frame questions, but to phrase and express the questions in the manner of the examiner’s choice. Even assuming that this subsection contemplates the procedure of using an intermediary…..

The judge is clearly in violation of the right of the accused: The law does not grant to the presiding judge, the discretion to remove that right. This is a Charter Right to a fair trial. And there is a very real, substantive and common sense reason for it.

If you watch court proceedings, even the Mafia is allowed to consult with the lawyer during examination and cross-examination. Money seems to be the equalizer. That I don’t have.

The nightmare continues.

I like a joke. But just in case you are not joking. I think the mix-up is in the picture is the posting on GoFundMe. I am the old guy on the right. I flew to Kelowna B.C. to picket with Scott McCluskey on the left. His family and friends were taken for over $60,000 in the BIM scam by his lawyer, doctor, and dentist. That’s when I was falsely arrested by the RCMP caught on BCB video.

Every day for months I personally made hundreds of phone calls all over North America to individual farm families, farm communities, corner stores, feed mills were farmers would buy their pigeon feed; blacksmith shops, churches, lunch counters, gas stations, farm implement dealers, repair shops, local banks giving mortgages to farmers; I repeatedly informed Canadian authorities who ignored my pleas to stop this massive destructive fraud and to U.S. Authorities some of whom, unlike the Canadian authorities took action to shut PKI down in their states. I was ignored by the local and national media and relentlessly harassed by Canadian authorities. I do not believe you will find my name connected to PKI in any main-stream Canadian media (radio, TV, newspapers) In fact the media took thousands in advertizing fees from Galbraith, and he was even given free airtime on talk shows which certainly added credibility to his scam, notwithstanding I was continually contacting the media explaining the scheme until the local TV Station CKCO TV had police sent to my door with instructions to arrest me if I contacted anyone who was employed with the entire CTV network.

I was informed by Waterloo Regional Fraud Investigators that Galbraith was interviewed in 2005. They claimed they were unable to find anything illegal in his scheme. I saw through the scheme before the farmer explaining it to me finished his story: Literally about 10 minutes. I confirmed his story by a simple analysis of the “business” and conversations with Galbraith.

It was later confirmed by Corporal Mona Alexandra Eichmann, a 23-year veteran of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that indeed Waterloo Regional Police interviewed Galbraith February 15, 2005, the day after receiving a complaint through Phonebusters. Phonebusters reported the complaint to police that “Galbraith was preying on the Mennonites and Amish” the same complaint I personally made, not only to Phone Busters, but the Waterloo Regional Police, the Better Business Bureau, CKCO TV, and the local newspaper, The Record in Aug 2007. Galbraith refused to reveal his business operations to police but led them to believe he was selling his pigeons world-wide. He explained to me that he was selling racing pigeons to sheiks in Saudi Arabia and other places world-wide and planned to also process them for meat (A story he told many of his unfortunate breeders).

A simple analysis of what was incredibly obvious in his “business” operations, certianly to anyone familiar with fraud investigation, clearly pointed to an illegal Ponzi scheme. PhoneBusters, (the name now changed to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre) it was explained to me, is comprised of RCMP, OPP and the Canadian Federal Competition Bureau. And yet these “professional” fraud investigators were either too incompetent to understand a most basic Ponzi scheme or under, what seems to be a policy of non-enforcement, remained willfully blind until the scheme collapsed under our campaign of informing North America and the world of the PKI scheme.

While I was personally engaged in that, and exposing other pyramid/Ponzi schemes actually involving members of the RCMP, OPP, and CRA personnel of which the Federal Competition Bureau is a part of; others connected to the same offices as this group of alleged “fraud investigators,” police authorities and government agents were harassing me physically, spewing false allegations and activity destroying my credibility in a campaign to silence a whistleblower; a campaign which continues to this day.

I really need support to get these corrupted Canadian authorities exposed and off my back.

The Treasure Traders International Canadian fraud was being promoted in England with Kippax (his father a former U.K. & Canadian police officer) driving all over the country in a Hummer convincing citizens, including students, they could do the same by joining his scam: That is until we informed Interpol, Scotland Yard, London & Manchester police and conducted a relentless phone campaign informing hairdressers, shop owners, Bed & Breakfast establishments and the like of this Canadian fraud.

In these pamphlets I was arrested with, once again are my allegations that RCMP, police on down, politicians, personnel of the CRA (Income Tax Department) etc, are the
perpetrators of many of these pyramid schemes.

This from my bail hearing June 22 2010…. “I understand the accused suffers from paranoia…. The accused also claims to have been diagnosed as schizophrenic [false claim]. He compulsively tries to expose what he believes to be fraud schemes involving the police… The accused began speaking of police corruption within the RCMP…. The accused was in possession of six eight by ten photographs of RCMP officers. He also had several pamphlets entitled World-wide Student Alert.”

A week after my arrest, Canadian Press (CP) confirmed that indeed personnel from the Income Tax Department were perpetrating pyramid schemes.
And this unjust saga continues.

Under investigation since that time, the newspaper said, Galbraith was finally arrested – and charged with fraud and bankruptcy violations – earlier this week.

The story I am trying to get out is far bigger than the scam and the arrest of Galbreith. How Waterloo Regional Police not only ignored the warnings and the evidence of this obvious Ponzi scheme but actually appeared on National media informing the world that there was nothing criminal in what Galbraith was doing while at the same time harassing and physically assaulting the whistleblower: All this while the local media suppressed the facts in the story also discrediting and harassing the whistleblower.

When the scheme finally collapsed as a result of the whistleblower relentlessly calling of farmers, banks, stores, blacksmith shops, feed mills, lunch counters, gas stations, churches etc, etc, all over North America and the A.G.’s of several U.S. States…. The local media in an about face “Jumped to the Head of the Parade” writing stories as though they had exposed Galbraith fraud when in fact they had suppressed it.

No one yet will even expose the fact that Galbraith’s right had man is a disbarred lawyer, and not much has been said about the fact that an Ontario Provincial Police officer was a perpetrator of the scheme.

Authorities in the U.S. are “following the money” in the Madoff Ponzi scheme and getting most of the money back. In the Canadian Pigeon King International fraud authorities appear to be doing nothing to return money from farmers enriched by this scheme to their victimized fellow farmers. i.e. A minister’s son was reputed as receiving $20,000 per month from this scam. It seems authorities are taking advantage of the fact that Mennonites seldom complain when ripped off.

Authorities have seized detailed records of the payments to farmers. It is no secret. It is just more inaction and cover-up. The Canadian Harper government attitude…. “Screw the victims.”
