Just a thought, and I may be way off the mark here, but I think the 'Admins' of these Hyips made a big mistake in keeping QS aka Quicksilver, aka Amanda, aka Rainbow 64/65 etc around after the first few big hyips she was 'Top Mod/Support' in went south...They shudda known she was 'bad for business' way back when...

Just sayin'...if not for her humongous ego they had may have had a chance...But, for that fact, they should have 'cut their ties' with her...otherwise their hyips may have made it longer...JMHO...

I put them “On Hold” a while ago plus now I get a pop-up window asking me to get authorization to enter the site — you couldn’t pay me to do that.

What QS (Amanda) does is scour the hyip forums for the 'I Got Paid' posts. She has a HUGE list of hyip forums that she frequents when the mood strikes. She does not do this 'diligently'...she does this when she feels 'up to the task' and sucks people into doing her DD for her...She takes the 'I Got Paids', tells you said Hyip is paying because she does not want to lose out on her ref comms. The other way she knows is from working for one of the scam hyips. This way she has the 'inside' scoop on what is really happening...

Another way is her aligning herself with those in the know...and she does know many of them...They all get together 'behind the scenes' and tell one another what is actually going on...She will never tell you, the 'investor'...Let's call it 'Insider Info'...

This took me awhile to put together because I couldn't stop laughing while reading QS's 'expert' review...You will see what I mean...

Safe Risk claims to deal in Arbitrage and Scalping. They go on to explain: “Arbitrage is commonly known as risk-free betting, where bets are placed with different bookmakers offering different odds, creating a safe bet, where the end result of the game or match, will result in a win for the bettor.” Also “Scalping is similar to trading stocks, currencies, shares and other commodities, where you can lay (sell) and bet (buy) bets using betting exchanges.” I cannot tell you if they do this or not.

Key words are in bold...The last sentence from QS should tell you everything you need to know BEFORE you give her any ref comms...

I can tell you that the site contains what you will need to make a wise decision.

I can also tell you that when you see QS and company pimping any scam...run for the hills...that is how you make your 'wise decision'.
