This is hilarious!
You should visit this dude's web site and listen to his story for a high one! TheLottoBlackBook.com.
As one observer points out, "... all those pictures of fancy cars and people with their faces blacked out as they accept big checks with their names blacked out are real convincing!"
ScamBuster over on The Scam & Spam Report decided to look a little more closely at this story...
"This is one I decided to take a little closer look at. Usually, I’ll just post these spam messages up, make a few comments and leave it at that, hoping to tip others off to be careful about any kind of e-mail “offers” they receive.
This one, like all the rest, reeks of scam in my opinion. I decided to visit the website promoting this product, and a lot of it is pretty typical, except for one interesting fact I noted that further suggests the story is bogus.
The guy claims he was accosted in a shopping mall parking lot by two armed men who demanded that he reveal his “secret” to winning the lottery. Just reading that should have red flags popping up and alarm bells ringing! Yes, yet another “secret” system that will make you rich! Yawn. What else is new?
Anyway, the story goes on to claim that he was eventually forced into a car by the gunmen who then fled when the they were alarmed by an approaching ambulance. As our hero makes a run for it, he is shot in the foot by the evil gunmen!
Here’s the problem: Anyone who knows anything about firearms will easily identify the bullet that this joker was supposedly shot with as a rifle bullet. Are we to believe these bad guys were walking around the mall parking lot wielding a rifle? As most people know, they are rather hard to conceal.
Furthermore, he claims he was forced into the car at gunpoint. I know from personal experience that getting a rifle in and out of an automobile is a bit awkward, and is certainly not the weapon of choice for holding someone captive in close quarters. Way too easy to grab onto.
The gunman must have also been very agile in order to maneuver that rifle out the window of the car and fire a shot at the fleeing lottery genius as he sprinted away. It must have been a very quiet day at the mall if he was not able to run behind other vehicles in the parking lot rather quickly!
I suspect someone screwed up, and used a handy picture of a rifle bullet that they managed to find on the internet somewhere or something.
And all those pictures of fancy cars and people with their faces blacked out as they accept big checks with their names blacked out are real convincing, too! Never saw anything like that on the internet before!
Bottom line. Just another crock of crap for a get-rich-quick “system” that will do nothing except extract $34.95 from your wallet. Oh but do hurry! He’s only making 1,000 copies available for sale! Yeah, and I walked on the moon with Neil Armstrong!"
