Core Values
With Christ as our example in all things, we are guided, as a church and individually, by a set of core values which reflect and demonstrate His life in us:
Spiritually Equipped:
It is our responsibility to ensure that we are constantly growing in our faith and spiritually equipped for service and life. It is having "the courage to shape a better future by an eagerness to mature spiritually."
Passion:
Without passion, our worship and service will become dry and burdensome. It is passion that keeps the fire burning for Chirst, His commission, and His church, and we will continue to fan the flame, being "committed in heart and mind to this local church."
Integrity:
Our words and actions will be in harmony with the message we proclaim. We are a real church, made up of real people, reflecting a real example of Chirst to the world.
Emotionally Equipped:
We will walk each day with the fruit of the Spirit in evidence in our lives (Galatians 5:22), providing a living example to all of an emotionally balanced Christian life.
Physically Equipped:
With the understanding that God desires the very best for our lives, we will pray for lives that are free of sickness and disease, so that we are able to fulfill our God-given potential.
Profit:
We recognize that financial prosperity is given to believers for the use of sowing seed and expanding the Kingdom of God, while also providing for the physical needs of our families. As such, we will use our gifts, skills, and talents to produce financial blessing, not only for the provision of our families' needs, but also for the purpose of sowing seed, reaching the lost, and ministering to the needs of others, for the glory of God.
Innovation:
God has given each of us the ability and freedom to step into the plans and purposes that He has prepared for our lives. As such, we are created to envision and develop innovative ways of fulfilling that destiny and serving His call.
Quality:
It is of great importance that we invest in the training, equipping, and empowering of our leaders of today. In the same way, we will invest in the lives of our young people, teaching them through message and example, so that they will become strong, faithful, Godly leaders of tomorrow.
Social Life:
We are to be the confident and clear voice of Chirst in our community, country, and world, providing the Christian viewpoint on social issues of importance and speaking out for those who, due to their circumstances, do not have a way of making their needs known or "voice" heard.
Global Awareness:
Recognizing that the Kingdom of God is without boundaries or borders, we will act as responsible global citizens, making a difference for Christ throughout the world.

Grace Church USA is fully aware of Stephanie's shenanigans, yet:
MEET OUR HIGH VOLTAGE STAFF
Transformers: Nursery through Kindergarten
"Don't stop the children from coming to me! Children like these are part of the kingdom of God.”(Luke 18:16)Ms. Stephanie has a passion for seeing God’s word sown into the fertile soil of children’s hearts. Jesus reminded his disciples on several occasions no child is too young to come to Him and they are important to God. Stephanie is constantly looking for innovative ways to make God’s word come alive in children and for mega-watt fun. She has a degree in Elementary Education and has taught in Preschool and Elementary School. She has many years of experience in Children’s Ministry.

Stephanie has a recent picture plastered all over the net. Timothy Clowers, the executive pastor, has all the facts and yet proudly and publically supports her business dealings. Shocking to be sure! Stephanie's mother is an associate pastor there as well. That church publishing that is beyond laughable considering the facts. Why Coram Deo and this church have these people on staff mystifies me.
