    Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

M_Norway on BehindMLM speculated that Caldwell's White Hat solutions was brought in by Burks to shut down the company but milking it as long as they can through reputation management (i.e. silence the critics through any means possible) and speculated they may have done this before.

Which coincides with my idea that we need to investigate Joe Isaacs / FHTM, and here's a couple results:

An entry on WhoScammedYou written by somebody in Palm Harbor FL (isn't that where Craddock lives?)

Joeseph Isaacs : Palm Harbor, Florida : WhoScammedYou
Ripoff Report | Fortune Social | Complaint Review: 585990
(note the RR report is not about Isaacs's cheating, but about how FHTM fired him)

Lawsuit by FHTM against Joe Isaac's company for "trademark infringement" (same tactic!)

    https://www.rfcexpress.com/lawsuits/...et-al/summary/

Why did Joe Isaacs got this treatment: he spoke to investigative reporters:

    http://www.whas11.com/on-tv/I-Team-I...-94266814.html

Joe Isaacs countersues FHTM, read the comments on the dirt dug up in the comments

Whistleblower fights back after frivolous suit by FHTM for exposing their ILLEGAL Pyramid Scheme - Scamraiders

Seems like same sort of smear campaign Craddock launched, except he can't find any dirt on me.

M_Norway on BehindMLM speculated that Caldwell's White Hat solutions was brought in by Burks to shut down the company but milking it as long as they can through reputation management (i.e. silence the critics through any means possible) and speculated they may have done this before.
My speculation was about whether they had worked together before (have a professional relationship), in similar situations (solving any kind of problems for clients in trouble), or if they work independently.

Details like that can make a huge difference.

Robert Lee Craddock is running the Zteambiz website, where he collects donations for a collective lawsuit against SEC (and the court?), for what they claim to believe is an unlawful action from the SEC -- "the SNR Denton lawsuit".

It can make a huge difference if he is working for Greg Caldwell, and they are working for Paul Burks -- rather than if he is working for himself, protecting his interests as an affiliate rather than doing a paid job for someone else, or if he's doing both.

I haven't studied the different roles they have, but Greg Caldwell popped up as a frontfigure when Zeek started to experience trouble in June/July, around the same time when Dawn disappeared from the picture. Robert Lee Craddock popped up around the same time as an independent consultant for Rex Venture Group, and became more visible when he tried to shut down K. Chang's hubpages. But both of them seems to have been hired in February or so, working with different types of security issues there.

The reason for analysing this is because I have a general interest in different strategies. I have identified the SNR Denton lawsuit to be a possible strategy for directing the blame away from Zeek / Zeek's management, directing it against SEC as a "common enemy". If it IS a professional strategy (rather than personal move), then it will usually be possible to interfere with it in one way or another.

The SNR Denton lawsuit can cause serious problems for Paul Burks, if it shows up that he has PAID for it indirectly -- if actions like that is something he has paid for, if Caldwell and Craddock is doing a job for him there. I don't know anything about HOW it can cause problems, only that it CAN.

So it's my general interest that is my motive here, not the lawsuit nor the people involved. I have a general interest for strategies in business.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

    Thanks for the clarification.

Must been an "off-the-book" service, because they only advertise affiliate compliance on their website.

There are still plenty of search results that says "Robert Craddock, DISH / FHTM" rep on Google.

Did he infiltrate Joe Isaac's thing, or were they both in FHTM, then Craddock decided to join Caldwell (who were hired by FHTM to "deal with" Joe Isaacs)?

And what's with this ZTeamBiz thing? When did he start this, and was it with or without Caldwell's knowledge?

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

Craddock and Caldwell are probably working together. I don't think Craddock would have initiated a lawsuit on his own.

I tried to analyse it some hours ago, but I delayed posting it. Here's the copy:
    ------------------------
    The SNR Denton lawsuit
Who will benefit from it, and how?

Robert Lee Craddock is the organiser, the one who has organised the website ZTEAMBIZ.COM, and the company FUN CLUB USA, the one who collects the money (through the company), the one who collects the namelist (names, emails, etc.). He will also deal with the lawfirm, in what they should do or not. So it seems like he is in control of all the important parts there.

He's working for Greg Caldwell's White Hat Solution, through his own company direct-sales-compliance.com, a department of White Hat Solutions. So Greg Caldwell is higher up in the foodchain there than Robert Craddock.

Both Robert Craddock and Greg Caldwell have worked / are working for Paul Burks / Rex Venture Group, but maybe not officially after August 17. Greg Caldwell still acts as a spokes-person and front figure, e.g. when releasing information to Troy Dooly.

Troy Dooly / other ANMP members seems to have some personal motives connected to the lawsuit.

The affiliates who have joined the list and paid donations have two motives:
    1. The naive motive of "Zeek will rise again", getting their income source back
    2. Trying to prevent clawbacks

There may be some other motives involved too, but I'm only trying to identify the main aspects.

And that was all the people I was able to identify, the ones having possible interests in the lawsuit.
    * Paul Burks and Zeek's management
    * Greg Caldwell and Robert Craddock
    * Troy Dooly / other ANMP members (or some similar groups of people)
    * Affiliates with certain motives

    THE LAWSUIT
As it is described on ZTEAMBIZ.COM, the lawsuit is about suing the SEC for unlawful action (when Rex Venture Group was shut down). That doesn't make much meaning, because RVG was shut down by the court (not SEC). Suing SEC for something won't reverse the court order.

It's also rather meaningless to sue a governmental agency for something, unless of course if they have manipulated evidence or anything similar. And it's difficult to see anything like that in the complaint or any other document related to the case. So the lawsuit seems rather meaningless in the way it has been described.

Filing a lawsuit can in itself cause delays in other parts of a case. That can be a motive here. Some people will benefit from all types of delays, all delays that can prevent clawbacks or investigation for as long as possible.

    MOTIVES?
I have only vaguely described possible motives here, and focused on WHO rather than WHY.

Caldwell/Craddock are probably still working for Paul Burks, so the lawsuit will need to be in his interest, too. I don't think he's very eager to restart RVG, it must have been a nightmare in the last few weeks before the shutdown. He clearly has some motives for delaying or preventing investigation, or for actively putting up some defence against it.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

If Paul is dumb enough to try to stay in the background and is helping drive this lawsuit, he is truly stupid. If the Judge finds out, his plea deal goes bye-bye. Therefore I would rule out Paul being a part of this in any form. I think he is on a tight leash and the feds would know immediately what he was up too.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

    @EagleOne

Greg Caldwell owns both White Hat Solutions (WHS) and Direct Sales Compliance Management (DSCM, a division of WHS), so Robert Craddock works for Greg Caldwell. WHS is used/recommended by Gerald Nehra, Kevin Grimes and others as "problem solvers" in general, but with compliance and security as the main fields of expertise.

So I seriously doubt Robert Craddock has acted on his own when he started the ZteamBiz / Fun Club USA / SNR Denton lawsuit initiative.

And they probably still works for Paul Burks, to solve his problems, as an "extended solution" to his problems.

Greg Caldwell and Robert Craddock was probably hired around February 2012, and have solved different problems since that. First in the role as security and anti fraud solutions, then as compliance issues solution ("compliance police"), then as front figures June/July - August, and the solving problems in the aftermath of Zeek's shutdown, like providing a guard outside Paul Burks' house and acting as media contacts. And probably also by putting up defence solutions for Paul Burks, like the SNR Denton lawsuit.

I find that theory to be more plausible than the theory where Robert Craddock has acted on his own, motivated by personal motives about money, other people's downlines and similar motives.

Robert Craddock's role as an ordinary affiliate allowed him to act in the same role as other affiliates, and to see things from their viewpoint. People talks more openly when they talk to someone with similar status as themselves. But his primary function was the work he did for Caldwell, and the affiliate-role was probably an under-cover role. Other affiliates will accept him as "one of us" in that role.

Greg Caldwell and Robert Craddock was probably hired around February 2012, recommended by Gerald Nehra or Kevin Grimes, to solve different problems. First security and fraud problems, then compliance issues (including acting as "Internet Police"), then acting as frontfigures from June/July to August, and then solving various problems in the aftermath of Zeek's shutdown. And they are still solving Paul Burks' problems in different ways.

Paul Burks has a security guard outside his house, probably hired by Greg Caldwell.
Greg Caldwell acts as an official spokes-person for Zeek.

In the last 1-2 months, they replaced all the public figures like Dawn, Chris Molinari, Darryl and others with Greg Caldwell as the only front-figure. They also replaced the CFO, the one who seriously would have to take some parts of the blame.

The SNR Denton lawsuit is probably part of the same problem solving they have done for Paul Burks, and they have probably been paid well for their work.

I find that theory to be more plausible than the theory where Robert Craddock is assumed to be an ordinary affiliate, or an affiliate trying to make money on something. His primary work is the compliance and security part, while the affiliate role is only acting.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

Robert Lee Craddock? That's just rich. The guy who played roper in a similar ASD related effort was Robert Lee Guenther.

Do not discount the roll Todd Disner is playing here. His name is seeming to be withdrawn from view but the first few e-mail solicitations mentioned him prominently. The first confrence call included very deferential remarks about him and after all, he did sue the government for shutting down Ad Surf Daily. That case was only dismissed a few days ago, Patrick made the file available here.
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.

I think M_Norway is on the right track here.

Given Craddock's history in computer security and MAIL-STOP, i.e. anti-other-MLM-spam for MLM participants, it really makes little sense for him to join FHTM, Zeek, and so on.

He's undercover and playing agent provocateur AND gathering evidence for his principal, Caldwell. Wonder if the got the idea from the SS joining ASD, or did he do this long before that?

Why ZTeamBiz as a "customer lead supplier" for Zeek? Was he trying to bust Bessoni?

Kevin Grimes, Gerald Nehra, Greg Caldwell, Robert Craddock and Troy Dooly are all linked together.
    * Kevin Grimes acts as a testimonium for White Hat Solution / Greg Caldwell
    * Gerald Nehra, ditto
    * Troy Dooly recommends all the "right people", the ones he knows. Caldwell and Craddock are among the ones he knows.

    THE SNR DENTON LAWSUIT
I have probably a counter-strategy that can be used against the lawsuit, but it has to be filed first (to make people become more involved in it). The strategy is the same as ever, "sharing information".

I'm also interested in what kind of lawsuit the lawyers comes up with. That can probably tell alot about other strategies to use later.

Although this whole "lawsuit" saga may be of academic interest, it's not going to go anywhere and it's DEFINITELY not going to affect Zeek or Burks or their prosecution.

All it's going to do is keep forum posters amused while it helps "maintain the rage" of the Zeeklers who've been comprehensively done over by those behind the Zeek fraud.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

The more I think about it, the more it's likely a PR campaign.

By launching a failed lawsuit against SEC, they're gonna claim conspiracy and martyrdom. At the minimum they will have delayed Ken Bell from doing his clawbacks.

Irving Piccard only managed to give back 4% of the Madoff losses thus far because he was delayed by a bunch of "legal challenges" (i.e. lawsuits against him, Madoff, and SEC). Now he's gonna hit 48% giveback, pretty f___ing amazing performance when you consider Madoff spent those 80 billion dollars down to only 200 million (which means like only few percentage points of money left in the Ponzi).

And Burks can't say anything, or the SEC is gonna be on his *** for violating his plea, contempt of court, etc.

So these guys are managing what's left of Burks reputation by proxy.

    The main question is WHY?

There is one incontrovertible truth in HYIPonziworld.

NEVER, EVER, EVER admit the latest HYIP was a scam, EVER.

While I'm in no doubt the great majority of newbie Zeeklers now realize only too well they were taken for a ride, the future of the HYIP ponzi "industry" relies on convincing the remainder Zeek was legit, and, by extension, so is the whole HYIP scene.

I mildly disagree with my esteemed colleague above. I think the only goal of the Sham Suit 12 is to delay/defray clawbacks and rehabilitating Paul Burks/ Zeek is their only real sales pitch. They can't continue to pretend that the donors are clients, SNR Denton is a real law firm with a legitimate reputation who's interests would be best served by dropping Fun Club USA as a client and real quick, they wont allow Fun Club to publicly deceive it's donors. This explains why they are moving to password protect their propaganda.

Getting back to basics, there are by and large two types of people who join "successful" internet ponzi games. There are the people who've never been involved with one of these things before and the people who have. Both groups repeat in endless mantra like fashion that "this is a legitimate buisness" but only one group honestly believes it. Given the cult like social reinforcement and the Pavlovian conditioning of the daily increase in VIP Point totals I don't really blame the first time honest victim for having a hard time accepting the magnitude of the deception involved here. The Sham Suit 12 are just fleecing this flock one last time.

I don't think the reputation of the industry is a factor here, after all only the experienced player recognizes that there even is a HYIP industry and they know that pretending there isn't one is just part of the game. No, [insert name of program] is different than [insert name of A: closed program or B: failed program], because this time it's [A: Legal or B: Sustainable]. In order to pay the serial players they need to attract a whole hell of a lot of first timers to pony up the profits which is why these things are so pernicious.

A corollary thought just occurred to me.

I wrote an article on my blog about using fear as motivation, and that lead me to think: could this lawsuit be some sort of a "purity test" for die-hard Zeekheads? You think Craddock was trying to "smoke out the mole" among their ranks? (a little late, it seems)

    GlimDropper

I think the only goal of the Sham Suit 12 is to delay/defray clawbacks and rehabilitating Paul Burks/ Zeek is their only real sales pitch.

The Sham Suit 12 are just fleecing this flock one last time.
I saw no need in analysing the donor's motives here. Their motive is probably to prevent clawbacks, and similar motives. The donor's are on the bottom of the foodchain, anyway, but they are probably useful tools.

I looked for the one who had initiated the lawsuit, for his role and motives. Robert Craddock's primary job is to work for Greg Caldwell, and indirectly for his clients. The role as a network marketer was only fake. I don't think he has serious plans about becoming a network marketer on a full time basis.

Since Craddock works for Caldwell, I'll have to look at Greg Caldwell's motives and identify them. His primary motives are probably related to his client's interests, so then I can start to look at Paul Burks' motives, too. What can HE win in different types of lawsuits?

Craddock has full control over the donations and the planned lawsuit, but he reports to Greg Caldwell, and Caldwell reports to Paul Burks. So Caldwell and Burks are the ones who makes decisions. I can basically ignore people further down in the foodchain.

    Littleroundman

Although this whole "lawsuit" saga may be of academic interest, it's not going to go anywhere and it's DEFINITELY not going to affect Zeek or Burks or their prosecution.
Yet SpeakAsia has managed to delay several other court cases with their lawsuit about Fundamental Rights (WRIT 383/2011). It has stayed investigation for several months in a related case. So the right action can DEFINITELY affect something. Even lost lawsuits can work, if they indirectly causes some results.

The plan ZTeamBiz has posted will clearly fail, so I don't believe a lawsuit will be about "suing the SEC for unlawful action". But I have too little to work with before a lawsuit actually is filed.

    THE SNR DENTON LAWSUIT
I will usually try to expand the list of possible motives when I'm analysing something. Going through all the efforts with a lawsuit for PR purposes doesn't seem like a professional idea. Caldwell and Craddock are professionals, they will try to get some real results rather than protecting Paul Burks' bad name and reputation. They have had several months for planning possible actions and how they are intended to work. First of all they will try to protect Paul Burks himself and his money.

A possible counter strategy against some types of lawsuits can of course be to involve Paul Burks in them, by showing the connection between Craddock - Caldwell - Burks to "the right person" (the SEC prosecutor --> the Receiver --> the Judge). But that strategy can be kept in reserve. I'm not very eager when it comes to interfering with how the system works.

So I don't have any other plans than to wait and see.

I'm not overlooking it, but I have partially dropped that theory after I checked other details (when they were hired, what they have done for RVG and Paul Burks, professional background, and so on). You can't compare them to ordinary Ponzi-scammers.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

Robert sent out this update today:

Update as of September 5, 2012 As Zeek Rewards always used to say, “Greetings Fine People”. This has been a busy past few days, so let me address the concerns and anxieties. As we have moved forward to question the SEC actions and filings to obtain an emergency order in freezing Rex Venture Group assets and ours by freezing each person associated with Rex Venture Groups e-wallet, we have to all understand the magnitude of having each person resented in this first phase, would be overwhelming and would take months to get everything filed. What was agreed upon is if we can take a small group limits the scope of our goals to just challenging the SEC application, and if we prevail we win for everyone, because having that ruling reversed, will impact everyone one of us. Simply your e-wallet will be un-frozen and you will have access to any funds you had in it at the time of closure.

What else would that do, and again we can use that win as a basis to open discussions with the NC DOJ on the concerns over how Paul was forced into turning over Rex Venture Group on the 16th of August 2012.

We have a team of legal professionals that will be leading the charge to file the needed motion and please understand the contacting of SNR Denton has caused huge issues and slowed up the process. I can tell you there is a different legal team leading the charge in the next 10 days to get this in front of the court, and we are greatly encouraged as to the potential outcome.

To let everyone know where we are at we have had right at 6,000 people donate money to help with the legal costs, about 175 people have filed what is called a charge back that has taken away from the money we have to pay the attorneys and about 4,000 people have sent in their information to be part of the group going forward but at this time they are unable to assist with any legal expenses. It is important that if someone wants to be up to date on the latest happenings and be part of this group as we move forward they need to just simply go to the login page at www.zteambiz.net and click on the link to sign up, they will not be asked to pay anything, but if they wish to later there is a donate button in the backend area of the site that will be created for them.

We are expecting more positive news in the coming days and we will use this area to keep you informed and up to speed on the latest.
Thanks again for your help and support.
    Robert
(They bolded the whole thing but the underlining is by me.)

Different legal team? Looks like SNR Denton wised up and drop kicked Fun Club.
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.
You made a killing dealing real estate at NASA selling cemetery plots in outer space til some falling coffins crashed upon your doorstep: Welcome to the human race.

Re: Caldwell and Craddock's Greatest Hits

Conjecture 1: Denton got tired of fielding phone calls "who? what? no comment."
Managing partner then called Craddock's buddy in Denton over...
MP: Did you ever promise Craddock that we'll take the case? We're fielding 100+ phone calls a day, and they even mentioned our name on their webpage!
CB: I surely did not, sir! I didn't even accept their retainer!
MP: Good, send them a formal letter that we are NOT taking their case.

Conjecture 2: Denton was NEVER involved, it was a smokescreen and bogus announcement all along

(Come to think of it, the TVI Express scam once allegedly announced that they hired Grimes and Reese as their MLM attorney to open US operations. And guess who revealed that little juicy bit? Troy Dooly. It never happened.)
