For about a year one of the former community members is engaging in slandering, defamation of this site and this site owner. The process started soon after this member has been terminated from this site. A special page has been created to discredit everything this site is doing as well to discredit my name. Subsequently this user has joined site with the name realscam.com and started attacking other members of this site, accusing them of scams. In the process I have been also included in all this claims. In addition I was accused of running extortion schemes, giving prizes to scammers, I was linked to a person who has been arrested and court proceedings are now underway. Yet now gang of realscam.com members including former member of this site claims that this site is responsible for all the scams which can be found on the internet. In this are also included spiritual forums on this site.

Currently they are on a crusade and are attacking my lawyer who has been hired in UK to contact the member in question who is discrediting this site for a year.

Also owner of the realscam.com gets into any possible places she can think of to discredit Adlandpro and myself e.g. Youtube videos, Alexa pages (already removed) and other internet forums. She believes she is invincible and can do anything she wants.
In addition our site has been attacked by DOS attack which caused that our site has been down for about 6 hours.

His rather pathetic attempt to attack those people who have chosen to express their opinion that he and his AdlandPro site are not quite kosher is yet another foot dug down in the hole he seems to wish to bury himself in.
If that wasn't enough, his warnings about legality seem not to apply to himself in anyway. His use of the domain title RealTruth.org as the header for his blog is a little careless. realtruth.org already belongs to an organization from Ohio called The Restored Church of God. Whatever it's particular merits or demerits, they may not be too happy to have their domain name borrowed by the owner of a ponzi apologist blog.

We have done a little bit search on Judy Hortin and have found that she might have been part of programs which were later declared illegal.
Here is the link on Yahoo groups where Judy Hortin discusses difficulties in receiving money from autosurf programs. The message indicates that the program has been blacklisted by E-Gold. It appears she didn't do the due diligence and joined a program which at best has been black listed by E-Gold. How many people did Judy refer to this program?
The RealScam.com appears to be represented by Heather Dobrott.
The RealScam.com doesn't offer any protection for individuals who can be targeted by malicious users of their site and doesn't have privacy statement, which at best can be called unprofessional and deceptive.
Belittling, ridiculing, calling names and using offending language is a common behavior on this site including main admin Heather Dobrott.
Site doesn't have information about its place of business and all information about site registration is hidden from the public using service Domains by Proxy, Inc to hide identity of the owner from liability.
Main admin stated that to prosecute her business we would have to be in her jurisdiction and we would not be able to prosecute all the other members who are spread throughout the world, implying that she can say and write whatever she wants and we can't do nothing about it.
She was amused with our immature and futile attempts to cause have any troubles.
We are still asking ourselves who is Heather Dobrott.
After checking discussion board on Heather Dobrott aka soapboxmom found in contempt.. we are learning that she was found in contempt of court on August 4th and ordered to pay $3,000 because of that finding.So the scam-buster breaks the law herself. Now we know where she gets her experience in court matters.
It looks like there are many users on the http://www.scam.com who will be delighted in joining this class action suit.
Site RealScam encourages cyber-bullying, cyber-stalking and cyber-harassment by allowing the creation of anonymous accounts and by allowing the users to present of unproven accusations towards individuals of their targeted organization. The RealScam.com turns out to be just unprofessional harassment and bashing site with no verification of facts and indiscriminate attacks at anyone who looks like an easy target.
RealScam instead of contributing to fighting scam encourages cyber-bullying, cyber-stalking and cyber-harassment and perpetuates the problems which it has allegedly attempting to solve.

RS allows anyone who wishes to the opportunity to register as does Adlanpro. We are an open discussion site and that is not going to change. The owners are not responsible for the posts of third parties and unlike you there is not a cent changing hands. I would remember that, Bogdan.
Here is what the FTC says. No doubt there are similar laws and guidelines in other jurisdictions. Since you are pocketing money for some very dicey scams and misleading ads, I think you should be focusing your attention on that, Bogdan! You developed that website, set up the advertising through forums, pop-ups, and other means and you are profiting from that!
And, you are once again accusing me of breaking the law, so I hope you can back that up!!!!

Forgetting about what the FTC uses to define "false or deceptive claims"
What the Bogmeister is talking about is suing his detractors for slander/libel/defamation/messing his hair/telling tales or whatever his complaint du jour might be at the time.
The first thing that's going to happen IF he ever gets this in front of a REAL court, (not just the court of his members opinion) is that "someone" is going to ask him just what he did to verify the comments were inaccurate and the claims in dispute are not "misleading or deceptive"

This was the first social community that I joined, and the only one that I call home. I visit others, but when I want to be among friends and beautiful women, I come here. If anyone gives you a hard time, I'll take care of them. I will walk right up to them and lift my arms. My armpits have been known to make a lot of people dizzy.

Another totally deluded individual that thinks the site's members are his friends and like family. Unfortunately, many are seeing dollar signs. If he thinks they are going to prevail, I can assure him they don't have a snowballs chance in hell. I can also predict that any honest person left in that cesspool will leave with all the threats and legal circus shows going on. Anyone who stays risk getting tangled up in very expensive litigation, having their name all over the internet and suffering harm from it or landing on a witness list and having to be deposed or turn over financial records and more. One does not get a choice about it either. Any party can put your name on their witness list and you can't do anything about it! Good luck with that Adlanders!

| This is not on the topic of site harassment, but...I'd still like to see ALL new nominees on the ballot, every time. People should just TRY to get to know new people. So many of us have won more than once, now it's at the point of being ridiculous, I thought it was at the beginning of 2009 when I started running the election, and now it's almost 3 years later, and most winners are past-winners, winning again & again. What's really ridiculous is putting 1 popular longterm multi-winner against 3 new nominees. So what if there are "spammers" on the ballot, or people who just post in Advertising forums most of the time, or all the time, they would probably visit chat forums sometimes if more people would make the effort to get to know them. Most of the constant-advertisers are very polite when replying to messages. It's a one-week win, it's an electronic ballot, people should just vote on the nominees who are there and not have public group refusal to vote such as #253. That was unnecessary. Those were all non-past-winners, this is a website with an election, I don't know of any other networking site with a weekly election for 6 years, I also don't see why we need to have so many multi-winners, win 10 times and get a free coffee & donut? What's the point? Shouldn't there be term-limits? Is twice enough? How many times is enough to win, and keep overlooking non-winners?

Just think, one letter to one real lawyer or one letter to the FTC requesting information and/or seeking the correct way to find information, and this would all be a non event.
Unfortunately while the Bogmeister is all too happy to accept money for what he does, he cannot simultaneously expect to abrogate his responsibilities WRT legalities.
Ignorance of the law/s is no excuse ESPECIALLY when it comes to businesses and accepting money.
He simply CANNOT claim ignorance of the law/s when he's had it pointed out to him AND he has not taken steps to clarify his position legally.
It is entirely his right to refuse to accept the word of anonymous posters on internet forums, HOWEVER he will have a very hard time using that defense if he cannot provide proof he sought official and/or legal opinion, should he ever follow through with his bullying and threats.

The next step forward for anybody who is or has been associated with Adlandpro looks a little easier now.
There are three directions for you to choose.
1) Join Adlanders in Facebook where there is no advertising or discussion about business opportunities. You can enjoy social networking with people whom you remember from the old days.
2) Join Ex Adlanders which is run by a British web hosting business that operates within the law. Money making opportunities which are advertised there will have to be acceptable to people who "know their onions."

I advise Michael Caron to be very cautious about this stand. Perhaps he and anybody who wishes to stand with Bogdan Fiedur should take another look at Adlandpro Community Homepage. On the top left hand corner of the screen, you are offered the choice of reading the page in Polish or in English. I clicked the Polish version to see the picture of Adlandpro employee Barry Scott who is Barry (something else on the Polish version) and found a trojan.
If you can not speak Polish and click that link, what will you do if a virus or porn popup appears on your computer? English speakers know how to deal with these threats but To whom could you turn for help if you can not speak Polish? You would need a web host or a solicitor (preferably both) who is fluent in both Polish and English to sort out the problems for you.

Hello Everyone!! I am sitting here reading the latest after I posted last evening and my chin is still on the floor!! I will close my mouth now but type a few things. Michael Caron!! Mike!! What happened!!?? This is unbelievable!! All I can say in this day and age you just never know who your friends or enemies are for that matter. I even advertise his website on my own. Got to work on that one and SOON!! I have had phone conversations with both he and his wife. (Something playing in the background here...)
Let me go take care of website concerns and be back later. I ASSUME someone is taking action at my website now from some of the statements I just read. Keep it coming, I need more information.

Thanks for the info GOF!! I will visit again. Right now I need some more coffee and try to get a grip on things. I believe I have been slandered on Adlandpro enough in the past and to keep doing it is not setting well. I realize I have enemies there. I don't HATE anyone but there are some people I simply do not like and refuse to have anything to do with them.
I have just written an email to Michael Caron and will see if I get a response. I hope it will not be shared but sometimes we have to take the chance. Mike & I have shared delicate things on the phone "gossip" and yes, at the moment - I am hurt. If that makes those enemies of mine happy, well so be it.

The RealScam.com turns out to be just unprofessional harassment and bashing site with no verification of facts and indiscriminate attacks at anyone who looks like an easy target.
I don't think George wants to discuss his false claims of receiving a Pulitzer prize and he has proven time and again he is terrified of getting tangled in lawsuits. I left Scam because of the dishonest things going on. The anonymous owner who set this wonderful site up invited me in as the first admin because I was no longer at Scam and that person thought I could continue to help people. This site is very much my baby even though I am only a volunteer. And, again, Bogdan, not a dime changes hands here.

When people say something stupid,
mean, or evil about you, smile and

There is a wee bit of good advice in there. This kind of constant trauma and drama will drive away the members. I would like to point out to Bogdan that he has 171,000 some odd members and only 2 thus far are actively participating on his forum about this scuffle. The slam site set up that is stealing the name Realtruth.org has only 5 members. We have only 700 members on our young site and are getting a much greater response. That should tell folks something. Bogdan has folks here, on Quatloos and on patrickpretty.com all discussing him and he is drawing fire. Nothing like publicity!

I should remind Bogdan and everyone reading. I know for a fact the various authorities read these threads. So, not only is Bogdan scaring off members and advertisers, but he is drawing attention to the many uneconomic schemes and outright scams he is accepting money for promoting.
