I just finished a 30 second phone call with Mr. Julian Weider, the lawyer for Bogdan Fiedur. He is the most arrogant, rude man I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He angrily responded that Bogdan Fiedur's threatening letter was not addressed to me. No kidding! It did demand that Path2prosperity write an apology and post it here on RS. It also complained specifically of posts on this site. I told him I was one of the admins and had full editorial control and would not allow an apology letter to stay up. He refused to discuss anything with me and told me to write a letter and then slammed down the phone. You can bet I will.

I think it would be quite nice if everyone who disapproves of Bogdan's tactics write a letter and ring the incredibly arrogant and rude solicitor Bogdan is using.
