belle vie day spa viktoriya velasquez scammer fraud woman not licensed

terrible service. terrible experience. so this is what happened. i have an appointment. the doors are locked so i have to wait outside. i get in, and after a wait, the unlicensed esthetician viktoriya says: you have a lot of lines and a lot of zits. nice greeting. then she gives me a 75 second microdermabrasion. i have gotten 39 microderms since the age of 18 and they usually last 15 to 30 minutes. this is the first 75 second microdermabrasion treatment that I got that lasted 75 seconds. she then lied to me. told me a fake name of the microderm machine. told me it was the best on the market and i only needed a 75 second treatment. the name she gave me of the machine and I even asked her the spelling, turned out to be false and fake. she lied a few more times about why she did not want to give me a microderm treatment and I paid her. she did not go over the face, even though it was a microderm of the face. she did not go over the temples. she did not over the forehead. she did not go over the chin. she did not go over the cheeks. she did not go over the chin. she did not go over the mustache area. a mask was part of the price I paid, but no mask was applied. i almost forgot. her esthetician license with the barber and cosmetology licensing board of california has expired. This "spa" is located at 2667 Camino Del Rio South Suite 111 San Diego, CA 92108 Phone: (619) 798-3907 Email: info@MyBelleLaVieDaySpa.com viktoriya velasquez is the owners name. a real scammer. #onmyminddaily

You need to file a report with the San Diego Police Department immediately, and it wouldn't hurt to also report her to the office of the San Diego DA.
