Any other "opportunities" that ask for scan of your Photo ID?

Recently Wazzub (or "Perfect Internet") started asking members to upload scans of their photo ID (from all around the world!) as "additional verification" all in the guise of "weeding out fakers" who signed up using spam-bait e-mail addresses, and even those who just signed up multiple times under different e-mail. Clearly this is a HUGE violation of privacy but few members seem to realize.

Which got me thinking: are there any OTHER "opportunities" that request you to upload a scanned copy of your ID? I remember TVI Express did so at one time (late 2010 / early 2011).
