All of them are going to be some variation of an advance fee scam where the con gets you to pay up front for something they have no intention or legal ability to deliver. The craftiest scams will hijack real listings, may show you the property, or have you move in. The last might occur in a situation with an absentee owner or with a vacation rentals where you wouldn't expect to tour the property first.
