    well, this is well-researched as far as identifying them, but since you never mentioned what the scam is, how can we know it IS a scam? You did say they're using pics of properties they don't own, but how does that benefit them? Are they getting rent $ from folks who never get to move in? Or something else?

    All of them are going to be some variation of an advance fee scam where the con gets you to pay up front for something they have no intention or legal ability to deliver. The craftiest scams will hijack real listings, may show you the property, or have you move in. The last might occur in a situation with an absentee owner or with a vacation rentals where you wouldn't expect to tour the property first.
