Aside from contacting the CO AG and USAG (they will probably be contacting you since part of the injunctive relief was to turn over all client lists and such) I would contact your state AG as well. As I'm sure you know, AG Swanson is fairly aggressive at pursing mortgage fraud and related matters.

PLEASE do not call Craig Tische or Chris Larson...I just spoke with Craig this morning and he is NO LONGER the person to speak with if you are a person wanting your contact information known for this particular stage of the complaint.
I am cutting and pasting the Colorado State Attorney General and US Attorney's contact information in Colorado that is published at the end of the formal complaint by the folks who presented the complaint...THEY are in charge at this particular stage of things....
It appears that within the complaint it does state that Bella Homes will be releasing all names and contact information of all 450 clients to the below agencies to contact YOU - and so don't fret if you can't reach anyone right away. I presume, however, that if you contact any of these folks below with an email and tell them that you were a defrauded ex-Bella Homes client that they WILL contact you at some point....my personal best wishes to you all!

I am looking again at your posted name, Isell, and it makes me realize that you may have been a reseller ("I Sell" ??)???? At any rate - for those of you that were a Bella (or RFP) reseller - the complaint was filed to put a stop to Bella's fraudulent behavior to HOMEOWNERS. The State and US Attorneys are focused on the harmed folks (homeowners) only. So if you are a small individual ex-reseller hoping to get your monthly dues back (or what ever) - I would suggest you chalk it up to a very bad business decision and move on (LEARN from it though!!). Of course this is simply what I've learned on a personal level - if you find out something new/different - please be sure to post here and let everyone know!!

The fun for the fraudsters at Bella may just be beginning. The first Bella clients' lawsuit is in progress. How wonderful this couple had the courage to come forward and seek justice! I would love to see this go class action! Check out the formidable list of attorneys. Thanks to my faithful birdy for sending this my way!!!

They are an advertiser trying to do business. We have spoken with them on the phone and they are reasonable guys. Let me screen every single advertisier you have on your site.
Give me a BREAK! George was a consultant on the board til January, he is no longer with scam.com, this domain has been sold over 6 times so get over the past and let me try to provide for my family. Your jealousy/anger/whatever is ******* pathetic. You also have NO IDEA who you are ******* with. Delete all these posts or I ******* swear I will own your website. I know you have lawsuits coming from George too, 100% I swear on my mother's life. Your information is completely false, trust my heads up guys. Delete all this **** now.

You are messing with my family and TRUST me that's not good.
There is NOTHING bad on scam.com about you, end this now.
You have George after you, you don't want me too.

First of all I have no idea who you are. Second, I don't respond to threats. Third, I don't cater to scammers. Fourth, we do not have any advertisements here, so who in the heck were you planning to screen? Have you read this thread? Bella has been shut down. There was a very good thread on Scam.com about that that was removed in order to advertise for that obvious scam. A birdy sent it to me and it is archived here. Bella did not have any reasonable guys in it. They are bunch of well dressed thugs that were defrauding desperate homeowners.
If you are a new owner then congratulations. There are still many threads about me and this site there and I don't expect that will change. There are threads on other forums such as Quatloos and JREF that discuss Scam.com and Mr. Dranichak as well. They don't remove threads without good cause either. If you in fact purchased Scam.com you did so with all this controversy already swirling around that dump of a site. You should have checked it out carefully and determined if you were willing to own such a site. How much more bad publicity do you want to generate? Are you really crazy enough to complain because you got caught advertising this Bella mortgage scam that was deemed fraudulent and shut down?
When you have calmed down you can send me a message and quote exactly any false information you find in a thread on here with documentation to refute it and I will retract, apologize and /or remove it as prudent. I make that offer to any party that complains. Otherwise we will carry on here with exposing scams, frauds and having pleasant exchanges.

Smooth talkin' li'l fella, ain't he ???
Maybe what he says is true.
Maybe the "new" management at his forum will stop removing threads the moment they're threatened by fraudsters.
You know, threads warning people about Bella Homes, Charles Gregoire De Rothschild, the kind of thread which seem to mysteriously disappear with monotonous regularity on his forum.
Maybe, just maybe, Sviat IS serious about returning Scam.com to its' former preeminent position of warning 'net users of fraud and fraudsters.
Maybe he IS serious.

That would be a relevant comment for someone who:
1) Wasn't running a website with the purpose of exposing fraud and fraudsters.
2) Hadn't removed threads containing warnings from members of said forum about said fraud and fraudsters.
3) If said fraudsters were not the subject of legal action:
Quote:
Colorado Attorney General John Suthers and U.S. Attorney John Walsh announced today that they have filed a joint lawsuit against Georgia-based Bella Homes and its principals on suspicion that they ran a nationwide foreclosure-rescue scam between March 2010 and this February.
4) If Bella Homes hadn't admitted its' guilt in open court:

So, my little loudmouthed cyber bullying friend, slither back under your rock and concentrate on your own behaviour.
Little bit of a drinking problem, have we ??
P.S. Oh, and for chrissakes' stop making threats in public places, will you ??
Geez, at least try and be a LITTLE bit smart.
Re: Bella Homes / George Dranichak / Scam.com / Sviat / Vladimir Sviatoslavich
Well, in fairness to Sviat Bella Home's being proactive in a court of law by acknowledging the role they played in defrauding homeowners clearly shows that they are the sort of "reasonable guys" which scam-dot-com is willing to delete negative threads for and accept advertising revenues from. I mean it's all about the money and scam-dot-com never stopped displaying Bella Homes advertisements until the court made sure that Bella was unable to pay Svait to continue adverting for them so he was being reasonable too. I'd wonder if now that these scammers can no longer pay Svait, he might reinstate some of the threads critical of Bella Homes which once had been on his anti-scam forum. But I know better than to ask that and so should you.

Vladigeorge hard deletes everything. Lucky for him law enforcement hasn't come calling with subpoenas for that stuff. Isn't is wonderful that his deletions get archived and posted here!
Bella's reasonable guys knew they were in deep doodoo and have already made an agreement and accepted a permanent injunction in the case filed the United States and State of Colorado.

It appears the negative publicity generated by the Colorado action has had a far wider effect than just in Colorado:

Meanwhile, ever alert Bella Homes victims are now using Bella Homes own Facebook page to warn people of the activities of the fraudsters behind Bella Homes LLC:

Re: Bella Homes / George Dranichak / Scam.com / Sviat / Vladimir Sviatoslavich
Bella Homes and many others went out and filed frivolous lawsuits based on the "show me the note" argument. That tactic has been royally shot down. Attorney William Butler has been sanctioned to the tune of $50,000.00 for repeatedly making this totally frivolous claim in numerous lawsuits. The judge pointed out that Butler has made a cottage industry out of filing these ridiculous claims. He has filed almost 30 such suits and made a habit of judge shopping and using delay tactics. He drops and refiles cases with alarming speed. "A very large monetary sanction is necessary to deprive Butler of the incentive to continue pursuing this illegitimate business model," according to the judge. The defendant's attorney fees are also awarded.
That should discourage the legions of other attorneys / clowns that get this not so bright idea!
