Now this migysmp.com appears, after a few readings, to be a cash gifting chain letter (prohibited by postal regulations) that approaches things a bit differently than most such schemes. Unlike the majority, I'm not seeing "tax free income" claims or the like, but I am seeing that it's a "give in order to receive" scheme just like them, with a snowball effect.

Considering that the first ad came from Sherman Latimer ("mcfunklord") who has fallen for gifting con men and run several affinity fraud schemes of his own in the past, I would tend to suspect that the "Al Hall" running this site is more of the same.
