Comments: Dan Ptak the president with JEVIN has stolen $35k from my soccer league. He now will not answer any phone calls and refused to pay us the money we are owed. DO NOT USE JEVIN.

The City of Garland and US Youth must remove David Arciniega immediately and investigate his involvement with and insistence on continuing to allow Jevin to handle the charity's money as he never produced any documentation in relation to the issues with Jevin in violation of state law, IRS regulations and the GSA / NTSSA bylaws. Now, besides the Garland money that went missing we have reports of other organizations that are out $39,000.00, $20,000.00 and $35,000.00 in just the past week alone.

It is critical that a new group be brought in to run Garland Soccer that can keep the money safe and that will run it transparently.

We can add another $19,000.00 to those figures. These groups have been fighting to get paid for weeks and Dan Ptak is said to be ducking them. The Garland Soccer board must be dissolved to stop David Arciniega from continuing to risk the local family's money. He has deliberately risked the families of Garland's money since 2013 when Garland Soccer was missing thousands and he refused to produce a shred of documentation and lied to the Garland Police in order to stop them from investigating. He wrote some of the software for Jevin and is forcing Garland Soccer into bed with that buffoon who has numerous organizations fighting to get their money.

If Arciniega had let the police do their job and turned over the proper documentation to the Garland Soccer board and the polive, then these other charities would most likely not be out tens of thousands of dollars. Daivd Arciniega is dirty and most of the Garland Soccer board members are nothing more than brainless stooges that are not fulfilling their fiduciary duties. The stooges are blindly supporting Arciniega and destroying Garland Soccer in the process. Only 2 of the directors still remaining demanded documentation on the money missing from Jevin and wanted to do the right thing and quit using Jevin.
