He claimed folks including me from Scamdotcom had sent e-mails threatening his wife and daughters with rape and death. He is a delusional nut! Making false criminal allegations is certainly haunting him as we can see Oceanside Network hit the ocean floor and he left or was forced out of That Free Thing.

Justin just hops from one scam to the next in rapid fire succession. Of course, his marketing on Facebook is brilliant. Everyone wants to know how he spanked his wife so hard his hand hurt and how he just managed to sober up. He certainly was having a difficult time presenting himself as a presidential mogul jetting around the world to sign up insitutional investors and the movers and shakers in industry with Oceanbottom in his stinky gym shorts. Ah, the wonders of Facebook!

Oceanside Assets is on the ocean bottom. www.oceansideassets.com is down! Broker Jones' shenanigans ruined Justin Kaiser's little off-shore corporation forming outfit. Didn't their attempt to flout U.S. regulations work out swell? Now, there are no forex accounts to peddle and Broker boy is reduced to marketing on his private (friends only) Facebook page. Run off into hiding by a spunky housewife. Oh, the humanity!

So much for the designer suits and jetting all over the country to meet with presidents, vice presidents, large fund managers and other movers and shakers.

Just went to Twitter and it defaulted to BJ's, and he has updates on Oceanside scam Network? Is he back to doing business with JD Scheister???

The answer to that question depends on what you mean by "doing business" I think.

Oceanside is offering advice and running webinars,and claiming to offer "Forex Managed Accounts at MIG Bank"

One would certainly hope for Jones' sake he has dotted his i's and crossed his t's this time.


Oh, and keeps his mouth firmly shut and his foot out of it.You never know who's watching these days.

I joined the webinar hosted by Broker Jones today under my own name. Shockingly, young Justin Jones apologized to me personally by name at the beginning and end of the call. I appreciate that he has now acknowledged that he was out of line. I take his kind words to mean he regrets making false allegations of me and his online critics sending his wife and daughters emails threatening them with rape and death. He did not go into those specifics, but certainly those hideous allegations are what he should be retracting and apologizing for.

While I am very pleased to see him trying to make amends with me, that does not change the fact there are serious concerns about his business. He still has no education, experience, training, registrations or certifications that would suggest to me he should have a limited power of attorney to manage folks forex accounts with the Swiss bank, MIG bank. He talks a very good game and has gotten the CYA disclaimers down to a science now. But, as to Oceanside I don't see any hope of it surviving Broker's management decisions of the past few years.

If MIG bak finds out about the history of Oceanside I suspect that relationship will end as the one with Gain Capital did earlier this year. Oceanside Network was a concept that was formed in 2007 amidst increasingly volatile markets and a turbulent shift in the regulatory environment. Quick register! I want to know how Broker is screening out individual clients and companies from the USA that are barred from participating.

MIG Bank, Broker's latest partner can't take United States citizens as customers. I tried registering for an account and I was redirected by MIB Bank to Penson Futures. Penson Futures | Home I had a lovely chat with several people there including a very nice gentleman in the compliance department. JD Kaiser was working behind the scenes preparing to get U.S. customers signed up there. Since he and Broker are not even licensed dog catchers they won't soliciting U.S. customers any longer and sending them through MIG to these honorable folks. Remember how I read Gain Capital the riot act and the boys were unceremoniously dumped. Well, it looks like Penson Futures will be showing them the door as well!

JD and Broker, don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!!!

If the boys ever host another webinar at least they will have something new and interesting to discuss!!!

Folks will be shocked to know that Broker has not plugged Oceanside on Twitter since October 20, 2011. Oceanside has not had a webinar since November 18, 2011 and as of this posting none are scheduled. And, neither he or his partner is scamming Justin / JD Kaiser is registered with the NFA. Those nice folks at Penson were very happy to get the facts. I recall that there have been many humorous discussions about Broker and his complete lack of any registrations or education qualifying him to have the power of attorney to manage anyone's accounts of any kind. Who could forget my psychotic fan club member Extortion Buster ranting like a lunatic:
