To be honest it doesn't really matter what we as members have achieved here in the past 14 months as our network is closed to new membership relative to the funds in play. I'm pleased to confirm all shown here already as being accurate.

You now deal with Gain Capital UK for your transfer and deposits and only utilise the system of trading we recommend and there are different levels you can choose for that depending on your view of risk etc.

These nice folks at Oceanside no longer deal with your funds and that lessens any perceived risk associated with involvement ( not that there ever was any for many of us well established here)

Soon you will see several different examples as we open these new Managed Accounts at Gain Capital of what can be achieved.

I see several of our members have replied to you, and I'd expect you'll get more after the weekend is over.

One thing I wanted to point out is that being from the US you will have two options should you decide Oceanside is a good fit for you.

1. You will need to set up an offshore corp/bank account in order to get a Managed Account at Gain Capital UK (Min account to open is $1,000 USD)

2. Participate in our Domestic Hedge fund......minimum ($30,000 USD) and a bit of paperwork to read through and sign.

OR....

Wait until sometime in the 1st quarter of 2011 when we have gone through all of the certifications and paperwork ourselves to set up as a CTA with Gain Capital US. (US Managed Accounts may have more restrictions imposed upon them and may in turn have less performance than at Gain UK.)

There are no such thing as "new shareholders" to Oceanside. Prior to October 1st, 2010, Oceanside accepted a very limited number of shareholders who helped launch Oceanside. Think along the lines of what many wall street based firms do in order to raise "start up capital".

The Oceanside Network Forum takes a firm stance against SPAM of any kind.

If you are caught spamming the boards for any reason, you will be given an infraction. Think of your first offense as a "2nd and final chance" warning, just in case you were still unclear about the rules. The second offense will most likely result in a loss of all posting privileges; perhaps even a permanent ban if blatant disregard for the forum rules are evident.

Deliberate attempts to send PM (Personal Message) SPAM (or "list SPAM") to members of the Oceanside Network community will most likely result in an immediate ban.


Why must Oceanside Network be so strict concerning acts of spam?

Because we seek to establish a forum community that is always 100% free of the dangers of ponzi schemes and all other internet related scams.

In similar finance, marketing, and investment related forum communities of the past, members were often allowed to post referral links to any programs they wished. In the process, many blatant ponzi schemes and other unethical programs were recklessly promoted and resulted in many people losing their hard-earned money. The owners and administrators of Oceanside Network have worked diligently to bring you an honest, profitable program and we are not about to risk our forum being used as a scam gateway for shameless ponzi scheme participation.

To ensure that our Anti-ponzi scheme policies hold true and that our members are not led from the Oceanside Network to some treacherous scam, we must contend with spam in a very serious manner at all times. We do not have the time to review several programs promising an "amazing opportunity" or "high ROI" and determine whether they fit the classification of "legitimate" or "illegal ponzi scheme." Nor can we establish an open-door policy, because sooner or later (most likely sooner) a referral link to a scam would be posted on this forum and some of our members would find themselves at the mercy of a rotting ponzi pool.

We absolutely refuse to let this happen. Oceanside Network was created to help YOU make money and we're not going to risk the possibility of one of our members digging a deep hole for another member to fall into. Consequently, all spam is forbidden and members will not want to put our rules to the test. Consider yourself warned.

It sounds like the perfect place for scammers to set up shop. Only problem is I don't think a Plaintiff suing them will care if Seychelles requires a court order to release names. The courts here will likely pierce that alleged corporate veil and the scammers will be held severally and jointly liable for their shenanigans. Afterall, they posted their involvement and shareholder status all over the net. Broker and company attacked people online with bold-faced unsubstantiated lies and even did so on the company website.

The annual fee for the IBC is only $100. package A Why pay Broker boy $500??? Seychelles also has no taxes on those corporations. So, no doubt Broker fantasized about making millions tax free and skirting the IRS. Not to mention apparently trying to skirt the NFA and SEC by doing business off-shore. Hmmmm.... Just how did that work out???

I hope the investors enjoyed their limo rides and expensive dinners out. Those dinners probably cost them thousands of dollars in reality! Some expensive dinners out to be sure!!!

For this particular video I was actually holding it “Narrow side up” for the express purpose that people were blowing me up on Chat and I was trying to leave that out of the video. One of the hazards of having over 1,000 friends on FB is that you do get a lot of messages! (I don’t really market on my personal FB page, or it would be maxed. I recently deleted over 2,000 friends!)

Broker gave folks terrible marketing advice and then after their names were all over the internet he proceeded to fabricate hideous lies about legitimate critics. Who would want to be associated with false criminal allegations of Broker's wife and daughters receiving rape and death threats via e-mail when they are apparently the delusions of the rather bizarre president of this sinking scam?

But I must abide. The only reason I'm even posting his here is because you are all a very private and exclusive group. It is not illegal to have an offshore corp and do what you are going to do. It's a "gray area" on the concept of talking about it, because US authorities might think we were trying to circumvent them.

HOWEVER....of VERY BIG NOTE: The Republicans have sent the Dodd-Frank bill on an 18 month delay of the July 11th deadlines that the CFTC was imposing through this bloated regulatory piece of junk. (Sorry it's how I really feel). Many are speculating that the Republicans, once in power in 2012, will seek to eliminate the Dodd-Frank bill because after some analyzing they have realized it is doing "more damage than safety",and it is further serving to destroy the American Economy ...I just became a Republican for the time being I think.

Those of you who took advantage of things while we still could talk about them.

Laidback, that was an awesome catch and I love what LRM said. Broker may have had the authorites already reading his forum and even signed up as reps and not know it. He also can't be sure he doesn't have disgruntled reps passing information along. Private??? LOLOLOLOL!!!!!

I would love to have been a fly on the wall when Gain Capital told Broker to get lost. I don't think it took the many suits long at all to decide to send him packing permanently. I take it Broker is not on the forum bragging that they have found a new broker and can once again come out of the closet.

Broker needs many more lessons in when to remain mum. That sure was nice of him to publically announce that Oceanside Assets was JD's little fiasco. I can't imagine why they would want to change the name? A mystery to be sure!

June 25th, 2009 The first key step to leadership is to recognize that all people want to be treated with respect. Many people will preach about how respect must be earned,

caring and honest with your words, others will respect what you have to say even in difficult situations. Living every part of your life with honesty and
integrity is another key trait of leadership.
Listening to what others have to say is also a trait of a great leader. Leaders who are really successful recognize that they don’t always have all the
answers, and they don’t have to. They listen to their team about challenges and possible solutions, and then synthesize the ideas of the group to move
toward a common goal. Valuing the opinions of others will encourage them to invest in you and your vision.
Whether you were born to be a great leader or you’ve decided that one of your life’s goals is to become one, if you focus in on these key traits of leadership
you will be the person that others want to follow. A true leader creates a team environment and helps others see that a common goal is easily achievable
by working together.

This the same guy that called the cops because somebody was messing with his water sprinkler?

Since Rick (assuming this is the right on) is so quick to contact the authorities one must wonder if he has filed formal complaints about Broker? His ranting about "Leaders must also live their lives with honesty and integrity" sure is a dichotomy when one is hooked up with Broker Jones.

These Oceansiders are sure doing a terrible job of going deep underground and shrouding themselves in secrecy. Their forum has been infiltrated and they don't seem to have the good sense to pull their pages down and get their names off of the internet.

The link to the offshore asset protection stuff Broker just said he couldn't teach on is still up as well. Not too bright boys!

I'm also pretty sure it's not registered as a corporation in any state, not licensed as a financial services company in any state, is not and does not employ any registered brokers or financial advisers, hell, are you even legally " a complex corporate set up" and you better be able to prove you are, because saying you are when you're not is illegal on its face and in connection with financial services it a felony. (and if you intend to take care of the details later, that statement, if false, is enough to bar you from ever being licensed).

This expert system has been tried and tested for over 2 and a half years. The highest monthly performance was 45% and the lowest was 3%. BUT you'll notice that even during the worst month, the expert system led the investors to secure a profit.


So, what does this "Forex program" have to do with our network? EVERYTHING!


As a member in our network, you will have the opportunity to purchase shares of the company's forex trading activities. In other words, you will be able to place your money in the forex machine and enjoy the profitable returns! The traders take 20% as a "trading fee," and the company takes 10% as administrative fees. What if you compounded for 3 quarters? (9 months) $5,890!
4 quarters? (1 year) $7,850!
6 quarters? $13,900!
8 quarters? $24,620!
12 quarters? $77,280!

What is the cost to join the basic level of this network and gain the opportunity to participate in the private forex program? Only $10.75 per month!

Let's be extremely conservative. Say you paid $10.75 to join the network and you only purchased a $250 share in the company. Let's also say the monthly return was only 5%. You STILL earned $12.50 from the forex program which is greater than your $10.75 membership expense!

Oceanside Wealth is a brand new program using specialized forex software to invest member’s money. Unfortunately, no one can give you any personal experiences at this time because the forex investment opp won’t be available until later in September; potentially as early as next Saturday.
I’m not entirely sure what you read or what you were told by others, but oceanside is expected to achieve monthly returns of 10-20% per month. To be on the safe side, you should probably not assume you will earn the upper ends of 20% each month. Also, you must understand that forex results will vary from month to month. During the 15 month test period prior to OSW’s launch, the lowest month was 3% and the highest was 45%. Similar variance is likely to occur in the future as well.
Oceanside Wealth does indeed have a MLM (or network marketing) matrix/business aspect; however, it is optional. Those who choose to build the program can earn extra money on matrix positions below them. They are also entitled to 50% matrix checkmatch bonuses and 5% commission on their direct referral’s forex profits. If you are only interested in the investment portion of the program, you do not have to sponsor or recruit anyone. However, make sure your initial investment follows a good, logical business decision…..
For example, if you do not plan to build the business, keep in mind that Oceanside Wealth charges a $60 fee per month. Therefore, you will want to ensure that your initial investment isn’t small enough to render you monthly profits useless after the monthly fee. Although OSW technically has a minimum investment qualification of $100, Admin JD and I recommend a minimum of $300-500 or so if you are only interested in the investment opp.

  I have been in Forex for 15 years, and is very risky. Offering 10-20% returns per month is as close to a Ponzi as you claim ASD to be.
  Additionally this is regulated by the FTC are you guy registered futures and commodities brokers?
  If you got 1000 people at 60$ the first month thats 60K, you can leverage 6 Million US$ in the forex market, and will only take 100 pips to wipe out all that money. been there done that, the wrong side of a moving market can kill you in matter of seconds!!!

  A “Ponzi scheme” uses new members’ funds to pay out previous investors. Though OSW’s projected average rate of return is approximately 14-15% a month and seems rather high, our organization has confirmed that it comes from legitimate trades. In a couple weeks, we will very likely be posting trading results as proof.
  As you know, sometimes the market doesn’t “swing your way.” Even OSW’s $6 million software isn’t perfect, and during one month of the software’s test period, it met a series of losses, resulting in a very low monthly return of 3%. Still positive, but nothing absolutely amazing. The important fact is that not one month experienced a negative average.
  OSW and its program is not regulated by the FTC or SEC. The company is registered off-shores. The Owner, JD, was obligated to take this approach for our safety. Even ethical, legitimate programs that pay “higher” rates can face dangers and be shut down by the government, simply because they fail to have the necessary licenses that cost $10,000s or more.
  Finally, OSW plays it safe, in case of an “instant kill.” They only trade approximately 10% of all currently invested funds. The $60 payment is only a monthly fee for using the software or investing in the private program. Additional funds are required to deposit in order to earn monthly returns through the program.

We are told in the videos the software cost 30 grand to develop and then the stories of 6 million to 60 million for the system are spouted all over the net. We also learn they are a corporation in Panama. If don't think the corporation set up is complex, but the stories are sure getting very hard to keep straight for our overgrown juveniles pushing this thing.
