A little about myself: My name is Dwayne Stevens and Diamond Member of Oceanside. I live on the east coast of Canada with my wife and 4 kids. We are also foster parents and are actively involved in our community and the local schools.

I had spent many years looking for a real way to build a income so that my wife would be able to stay at home. I had tried everything from real estate investing to networking marketing. But thanks to the advice of one man, to start thinking long term and invest my money in Oceanside, my wife does not work outside our home. I also have been able to spend a lot more time with my family.

There is nothing better than being able to attend all of my kids school events. And being able to play videos games with my son at 10:00am while drinking a juice box.

As I see it, we have perfect examples of what happens to victims following the exposure and demise of one of these frauds.

1) Victims undergo what Dr. Elisabeth Kübler-Ross describes as "the five stages of loss and grief" in her seminal book "On Death and Dying"

Those stages being:DENIAL, ANGER, BARGAINING, DEPRESSION, ACCEPTANCE.

2) The "anger" phase involves "shooting the messenger", i.e. those who exposed or reported on the fraud, rather than sheeting home responsibility where it belongs, squarely on the shoulders of the perpetrators of the fraud.

This was never more evident than in the recent demise of the AdSurf Daily fraud, when a large number of victims swung between denying they'd been defrauded and angrily blaming the investigators, prosecutors, naysayers, reporters and anyone remotely connected with what had happened.

Everyone, that is, except themselves and those who actually WERE totally responsible.

That is the real tragedy here. So many were hurt and instead of reporting things to the authorities and holding the scammers responsbile folks sometimes attack the very people who are out trying to save others from being defrauded. I did archive the entire Oceanside forum for the authorities and my attorneys, but I think folks really need to read what Broker had on the public part of the forum used to lure in marks. I will be sharing more of it as I think it is vital information.

if Mr Evans was one of Justin Jones' victims and not just another shill, that quote really IS sad.

He must be devastated right about now as he realizes what happened and that he was a part of promoting it, however inadvertently

I am quite curious about Gevans. He is the one post wonder on the Oceanside forum, but on the corporate pages he is the author of those many posts attacking me, Doc Bunkum and fastmoney. Boy did he go completely crazy in those troll postings even though he only invested $2,500.00 - $5,000.00. I would love to know how he is really connected to Broker Jones and company after his online tirades! I can certainly see why he has fallen silent and disappeared.

After that hideous pack of lies then Gevans went beserk on the corporate site and attacked Fastmoney, Doc Bunkum and I again. The question is now how much responsibility the shareholders / investors / members have. Unfortunately, all those folks have put money into this Titanic and have a controlling interest. Having already spent a lot of time tangled in legal matters I can assure everyone reading that those attacked have every right to respond appropirately and publicly as that is how the attacks were waged. No one should be surprised that those of us that were victims of Oceanside Network's online campaign have responded in kind. The corporate entity if it exists at all is said to be registered off-shore. So, could the shareholders in Oceanside be considered something akin to general partners?

Remember all those investors that put in thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. I am going to send that list to the IRS and ask they investigate Oceanside and determine if the investors earnings from 2009 and 2010 when they bragged of the money they made were reported. Remember the investor that wrote of limosine rides and elegant dinners with Broker. Well, those deductions Broker and Oceanside listed as business expenses should be audited as well. Of course, since Oceanside is allegedly an off-shore corporation then what taxes were paid to who and what kind of records did the boys keep? I am sure the IRS will be thrilled to look into that!

The sale of stock is normally set up in the Articles of Incorporation for a company. Just what sort of incorporation if any is there for Oceanside? What kind of written agreements or stock issue certificates do his investors hold?

Who would purchase shares in a corporation set up by a juvenile Justin Kaiser and Broker Jones who have no education in business, no registrations, no certifications, no experience and no real capital of their own at risk? I can't believe anyone gave these clowns a dime!!!

My heart goes out to their victims as this business never had any chance of success and losing tens of thousands of dollars can ruin folks finanically. Hopefully others will read this and approach online businesses with much more caution!

Broker / Justin Plain Jones had tens of thousands of dollars being thrown at him. He promised 50 grand a month in advertising and all sorts of nonsense if I recall. I think the shareholders and our valued readers here deserve the truth. How much of that money in the corporation was paid out in draws to Broker and Justin Kaiser. How much did Broker blow through on those expensive dinners and limo rides? What do Broker's and the corporations tax returns look like? Did they use a CPA to help them with handling the money invested in the business? Those off-shore corporations in the places he sets them up are said to be tax free, but I suspect any income / dividends to American, Canadian, Britsh and other citizens is subject to taxes.

Joker boy had to be living off of Oceanside for almost 2 years. Will the investors file a class action suit against this off-shore maybe non-existent corporation in order to recover their money from these fraudsters? Did Broker misrepresent his education, knowledge, experience, certifications, registrations and / or his capabilities to these Oceanside investors? I hope all those harmed will join me in filing with the proper authorities.

Do contact them and ask for the annual reports and information about this international conglomerate that they claim to own! We want proof of this alleged rapid growth!

I have been waiting for Broker to get this Company started for over a year now and am very excited to be buying shares in this Company.

I am a general contractor in Oklahoma, (everyone knows how building has been, lately!). I have 4 grown children and 8 grandchildren, two new ones this year. My plan is to establish my account then start accounts for each of my decedents to help them in this economy.

The structure we have now is actually far more powerful than MLM.

Now you earn $5 per month for each personal. (nothing bit but.....)

You also earn 5% of the performance of the Forex account of everyone you refer.....

So imagine if you find yourself someone who wants a Managed Account with us.......well on an average positive month you are now earning $1250 per month and growing....No MLM in the world pays you that type of income per month for 1 personally enrolled member.

Find yourself just a couple of people who join and also purchase shares, and your membership fee is more than covered. (In most MLM's it takes 10-14 people to break even each month.)

And, you wrote this after Broker had publicly attacked 5 people including me putting their names, addresses, telephone numbers, and more all over the net while spreading all sorts of hideous lies about us. You investors would be well advised to fasten those seatbelts as owners of this scam and possibly responsible for the tortious acts of the corporation and your fellow members / president / officeres / investors!

I do hope the investors will take action to clean up this mess!

Welcome to our forums. To answer your first question, all our members have made money with Oceanside. We have a 99% retention rate. Our first year we returned 40% to our members. Sohrab,
The only thing I have to add is that, I live in the US, so while on vacation last year, I was invited to have a fantastic dinner with Broker, his wife and JD, it was very first class, they even picked my wife and I up in a limo. They are great people to know, and very loyal to their investors! I have had 4 times as much invested in my 401K with a broker in the same town that I live and never have had a single cup of coffee.
