The page about me is great. I would link and quote it, but as we have discussed before there are ongiong issues that can't be addressed until certain matters have been settled. Broker Jones has some really charming friends. I blogged about that scam very little simply because I was busy blogging about so many others that needed to be shut down. I didn't know they were so desperate for attention.

My, these guys from Oceanside are a lovely bunch. I can just feel the love. Can't you feel it too, Doc. No doubt all the well heeled investors out there are going to flock to a deal run by reputable businessmen like these guys. All the most successful entrepreneurs and business people out there get to the top by authoring slam sites and talking like juvenile delinquents with a snout full.

Too bad the ding-a-lings at Ocenaside arent' planning to join us here. I am sure my fellow scambusters who are more familiar with this deal have a lot of questions for these charming and brilliant business people.

First of all brainiac, stalking is a felony criminal act and I wouldn't discuss such allegations if I were you without definitive proof. Where are the exact quotes and sources for this information?

Perhaps you should get out a dictionary and learn the difference between fact and opinion, bonehead. Criminal allegations vs. how someone feels about something would be a good start for a discussion about that.

I have filed felony criminal charges for www.heatherdobrott.com. You might want to check out the many recent laws passed about online harassment. Law enforcement indicated to me that only one person was likely posting everything on that site. So, it is one lunatic babbling to him or her self. One does not = many - even in new math. Since law enforcement and several judges are involved I am sure a gutsy guy like you will want to run right over there and be lucky poster number 2 on that site!

Several weeks ago, this website had less than 200 members.

Today, it has 251 members.

I don't know what has caused this sudden increase in membership, but this website is obviously not growing "more empty" each and every day. It's becoming more popular.

And it's also obvious that the author of those articles (G Evans) is not really concerned about logic and honesty. I think it's sickening that he's attacking Heather and trying to make her look bad. She's a good person and she doesn't deserve that.

Where is this article at? I am Gregg Evans and I don't recall anything that is critical of Heather, I couldn't have told you her real name without looking it up.
The closest I would come to being critical of her is to say I agree with everything she is against, maybe her posting style is different from mine....lemme look at it...

I think you're a little confused. What I am saying is that the person posting as G Evans on that board is not me, Greggory B Evans, Ph.D., (google me) a person who has for over 7 years written about scams, have specifically called Justin Jones a crook and after he threatened to sue me I dared him to and even sent him the information on where to serve the papers on my lawyer. What I'm alleging is that at the very least a person with a similar name to me is posting there, and my own impression of the general character of Broker Jones I would not at all be surprised to find in the end that the person writing it may be involved in some kind of left handed identity theft like attempt to make it look like I am endorsing him.

I'm not saying they weren't written, I'm just saying I didn't write them.

Thanks for the welcome, but I think you'll find I originally registered on this board within days of it's inception, I am/was a moderator at scam.com before the take over by the scammers and I know it's almost back to normal now but I don't post much there anymore. When I do, my login was "Xavier"....I think a little research on your part will show you how absurd it is to think I would have written any of the stuff we're talking about here.

I have to jump in here... I do not know Greggory Evans personally, but I know of him and his affiliation with Eagle Research Associates,(sorry Dr. Evans, that will get you banned at TalkGold if they find out who you are.) and cannot conceive of him writing the drivel posted by "Greg Evans"...! I hate to point out the obvious, but why don't you refute point by point anything said by a "consumer advocate" about you or oceanside that is false. By that I mean provide documentation and court papers etc. that would show a possible investor that you are completely on the up and up and any issues that were raised on here or Scam can be refuted by you with verifiable, solid evidence.

I won't hold my breath. As we can see from the scammers on www.heatherdobrott.com all that they are capable of is sickening personal attacks, but are never able to substantiate anything. Google my name, Heather Dobrott. You will see the slam site for the first three results and then this site.






For the love of mud read what the Harvard site referenced by Broker and friends says and get the whole story. The truth is always good enough. Why they don't put in proper links and don't disclose the sources for their nonsense is quite apparent. They obviously aren't fans of the late Paul Harvey and "the rest of the story."

Now on to the announcement that actually relates to the title of this article today.
O C E A N S I D E Network is now moving up in the world. When we first began operating back in October of 2009 we were fairly limited in our choices and assets and we went with a broker dealer located in Chicago whom we had visited several times. They were a much smaller firm and we felt that we could grow together.
Over the last 14 months Oceanside has grown and it is time to move on to broader horizons.
And so we are both excited and proud to announce Oceanside at Gain Capital US (for institutional clients only at this time) and Gain Capital UK for both institutional and retail. We have permission to use their logo, and as we speak we are finalizing our custom links and back office at Gain.
Gain is a Tier 1 (top level) broker dealer, capable of offering the absolute best in liquidity, spreads and execution speed, and we feel they are the perfect fit for our upcoming radio, mass media, and internet marketing expansion. We have had personal accounts with them for quite some time (over 500 days now) and we cannot be more thrilled to finally offer this caliber of platform to our existing and prospective membership.

What you say and what Mr. Bill Schneider at Gain Capital / Forex.com say don't quite jive. I got the distinct impression they hadn't done much checking on you and Oceanside, but in light of your current advertising campaign on your corporate pages the compliance department would be thoroughly investigating. I don't think they appreciate having Gain Capital and Forex.com tangled up in you delusions of persecution and fabricated criminal complaints (if they were legit you would have gone to the authorities, Mr. .68).

Just how are the members of this crack legal team you brag of? Does Oceanside have the hundreds of thousands necessary to fund your proposed legal adventures? Have you lined up any attorney(s) clueless enough to take a sure loser like this on contingency?

How about all that advertising you are proposing. The "upcoming radio, mass media, and internet marketing expansion," is going to cost a pretty penny. What are you waiting for? I haven't seen anything but you trolling on obvious scam forums such as Talkgold and MMG. How is that working out for you???

Small congratulations seem to be in order. When OceanSide announced their buisness relationship with Gain Capitol Management last November they seemed so proud to partner with such a prestigious Tier 1 Broker/Dealer. But today their blog laments that:

The accounts Mr. Jones referred to are both Managed Accounts located at Gain Capital UK. (US Residents and certain Canadian regions are not able to participate in those particular services at Oceanside)

However in brief other news, the owners of Oceanside are scheduled to conference with another Tier 1 broker who claims that it can support Managed Accounts for US clients. (More updates next week on this)

I could have sworn that many months ago Broker's tip top team of lawyers were oh so very sure that OceanSide's buisness model was not only 100% compliant with all laws and regulations but were diligently working to become even more compliant than that. But today they announce that they are unable to offer their service as presently constituted to American and Canadian citizens. The humorous thing (well one of them at least) is that many well meaning individuals pointed this out to Broker more than six months ago.

It's almost tempting to give Broker some credit for taking baby steps toward legality but I find it impossible to believe that Gain was willing to handle his transactions but OceanSide voluntarily stopped trading through Gain to honor securities regulations. No, the safe assumption is that Broker Jones can no longer even pretend to be doing buisness with Gain and it's also a safe bet that out own resident forum bull dog played some role in this development. Congrats SBM.
