If you take the time to read the Law Society complaint it will take you a full hour to do so along with all those exhibits that show beyond any doubt that Gilmour perjured himself and extorted the guy's family based on what the three eye witnesses (Stone, Arnold, and Sanchez) swore under oath that confirms what Gorcyca and his wife swore out in their complaint. A lawyer who doesn't show up for court dates and gets caught trying to sell confidential client files to people in other countries for $50,000 and himself gets arrested for child abuse shows a lack of integrity and honesty. Regarding your comments about Chism, I was able to confirm his 8 month "prison term" at Eglin Air Force base and this link confirms that his sentence was 30 months but federal sentencing guidelines show that really means an 8-15 month sentence, and the U.S. Parole and Probation office in Miami confirmed he walked free after 8 months. You can call yourself to (305) 523-5300 or spend the five bucks like Canadian explained to get the exact dates from the online courthouse records. As No Maxim pointed out he did get early release/. Gilmour almost upset their apple cart and they had to get him under control. I am convinced they bought the guy. Why? What lawyer is not going to censor his own client in court when he was instructed to call 5 witnesses, to all Gorcyca to testify and get the Wolkenstein affidavit before the courts and failed to do as he was instructed - verbally and in in writing? He made a choice to keep his client gagged even though he had a legal obligation to follow the instructions of his client. IMO he was definitely in on the cover-up or that Child abuse arrest case would not be sealed today. That was a reward for his "cooperation".

I also called Vic Richards at Big Brute motorcycles and heard another horror story about Gilmour straight from the horse's mouth and gave me yet the name of another client that Gilmour exploited and that victim actually recorded Gilmour trying to extort him. I am trying to get him to send me a copy of the recording but he is an older guy who is not too computer savvy. Lawyer Konski in Miami confirms that Gilmour tried to sell him Gorcyca's legal files for $50K and the fax proving it is in the exhibits of the law society complaint at http://gilmourlawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com. Lastly I cannot ignore this Solicitor William Gilmour in Toronto is Government Informant - WhosaRat.com.

Umm, document 31 is Mr. Chism's request to return to Panama. That document is rather useless by itself. In fact, document 31 makes no mention of the length of Mr. Chism's prison sentence.

16OCT2003 to 19DEC2005 is a period of 26 months. Document 31 (you linked to that one above) dated 19DEC2005 states;

completed approximately one year of the three years of supervised release.

That would put his release date on or around 19DEC2004.
The period between 16OCT2003 and 19DEC1004 is 14 months.
Hardly that important anyway. Non-violent tax offense, fine paid, back taxes paid, no priors, and time off for good behavior.



And perhaps you are getting somewhat confused here.
It was Mr. Gorcyca that did his prison term at FCI Eglin.

Which is convenient for any good conspiracy, and all the more reason to question people that get the public stuff wrong. The government screws up enough in plain sight, like say missing Madoff , I don't need to wear myself out chasing ghosts.
