^ Or did some enterprising scammer just realize: "HEY!! I can just print these forms putting, uh ... BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC ... in box #1, rent myself a mail-drop box and screw 30 Day Success Formula out of the 39% of the CASH that they are stealing from everybody that participates?

^ I suppose it is anyone's guess as to why a "real", "legitimate business" would need to change its name and rent a different mail-drop box ten miles south of their original one.
