Re: Lease Default

Dear Mr. Patel:

I represent John and Carol Bain, the Landlord under a Residential Lease Agreement that you signed as Tenant, effective November 29, 2013 (the “Lease”) to lease 3600 Tolbert Drive (the “Property”). As you are aware, and as we have confirmed with First National Bank, you have been seriously delinquent in payment of your lease obligations on numerous occasions during your occupancy of the Property.

As of today, you are delinquent on three months of your rental payments. Although you specifically waived written notice of default in the Lease, this letter is written as a courtesy only and shall serve as written notice that you are in default under the Lease. You must immediately make payments as required under the Lease. However, this letter also serves as your notice that under Section 15.B.2 of the Lease, the Lease is terminated effective immediately. You have until the end of January to vacate the premises. If you do not confirm your intention to vacate by January 12, 2015, I have been authorized to initiate eviction proceedings against you to secure the property for the Landlord.

As you know, you presented a bad check for $25,000.00 in an effort to fraudulently induce my client into extending the lease. Since your check bounced, the extension is not valid, and neither are any of your other rights under the Lease such as the option to purchase. The deposit you paid is now considered forfeited.





Please contact me as soon as possible to confirm you intentions to vacate the Property and in order to avoid unnecessary litigation and the resulting attorney’s fees that you will be required to pay.

This is for the new program. We are simply taking the money makers back office, tweaking it and adding the 1up compensation plan from PWS.

The program is not going to be called moneymakersinternational so if you need to remove the header to make the work easier go ahead and do it.

1. Please make the back office wider. Here are screenshots of the competition. As you can see, they use the entire width of the page. I don't want to use the entire width but we should make it wider so it looks a bit more profssional and gives us more room for text.

C. Click on View Downline. Where it says Current Level...change it to say Payment
