I am shocked that he hasn't been charged, arrested and his trial hasn't started yet. They must be putting together a list of charges for them to take this long to take action.

Well, here we are 17 months later and not one court date for Frank. What the heck is going on with the authorities in this case? He should have had his trial and be in prison by now.

Frank Calabro Jr, Rodney Burton, Jamison Palmer and the rest of the USI-Tech promoters who got taken for over $3 million dollars by Saffron and Kagel while celebrating their "score" in Las Vegas were never charged for the millions that they stole from the USI-Tech "investors".

This piece of human excrement needs to be charged, tried, and if convicted put in prison for a long, long time. He got out of Dodge and moved to El Paso to get away from his cease and desist order back in North Carolina. All they got was confiscation of a lot of his money, but sadly it didn't stop his stealing ways. Of course where he lives in El Paso he is literally just steps away from New Mexico and about a mile from Mexico. Makes for an easy and fast getaway if he has to run.

Hopefully one day he will get charged, arrested and have to go to trial
