I am shocked that he hasn't been charged, arrested and his trial hasn't started yet. They must be putting together a list of charges for them to take this long to take action.

Well, here we are 17 months later and not one court date for Frank. What the heck is going on with the authorities in this case? He should have had his trial and be in prison by now.
