I'm sure it was just a "technical" glitch and Vic had no intention of having sign ups diverting to him. I'm sure Vic has it all resolved by now, cough, cough. Makes one wonder how many have no clue Vic is doing this to them, but you know it is more than just this one. You also know that Vic has an escape clause so he doesn't have to refund anyone for not getting their 10K.
