My prediction would be that we will see many more "Donald Kernan" type ponzi pimps finding themselves in a similar situation as more and more of their victims discover that they, too can use the same internet that was used to defraud them to strike back.

People are far less likely to simply sit back and be ripped off in 2013 than they were at the beginning of the internet based HYIP ponzi era.

A fact that has become only too apparent to young Mr Kernan.

You have asked for the removal of information about you which you yourself put into the public domain. Your requests have been refused. What makes you think you can force anyone to remove that information?

According to WHAT law or even to any moral standard is it as you claim "wrong" to repost information you yourself made available?

You guys always have such a raucous time when I am not on. I have been sued twice and kicked a$$ both times. The site hasn't had a threat in a couple of weeks, so it was getting dull around here. Then comes the self-avowed creator of one of the biggest scams out there -- Banners Broker.

I always tell young people these days to be careful what you say and do online because it is a permanent record for your public identity. Hiring processes in many companies today in addition to background checks will often Google the name of the candidate. Although I may feel bad for you regarding your identity, YOU stuck your own neck out there. I hope this serves as a serious lesson to anyone reading this. What you do online stays online.
