Here's a first for deals Ari has touted (!)
Karatbars International securities fraud warning from Canada
Mining City securities fraud warning issued in Canada
Despite Brank operating as a Ponzi scheme and committing securities fraud, Maccabi falsely asserts it is “100% legal the entire world over.”
Brank Review: Ponzi credits securities fraud
I don't think Ari is going to like my analysis of his business acumen with my post responding to him at behindMLM. Time to call out these dregs of society trying to sound legitimate.
Well, the war or words with Ari has heated up as I knew it would. I don't think he likes me quoting him and exposing his lies about his investigative, research, due diligence skills. A good exchange but so far he has ignored my last 2 posts. Of course all he had was to try to discredit me and my "investigative" abilities trying to deflect from his BS he spiels to unaware people to get them to join his Ponzi de Jour. It is really a lot of fun bantering with him. Hope he doesn't duck and run like he has in the past.
Ari IMHO has an uncanny ability to rewrite history and deny what is right in front of him. I'm shocked you got him to admit to something on the order of promoting 8 Ponzi scams, or as he calls them mistakes. Of course this is mixed with a smattering of that never happened; Ari building a USI tech downline before he didn't and Darren Little offering people loans for Dumamis mining rigs also before he didn't stand out. I noticed early in this thread Ari said he investigated Traffic Monsoon for like 10 months, one wonders what he was checking since the video is no longer available.
The internet is a funny place. Here's a link to a post Ari made when USI tech was running for the hills, not sure how many ways one can interpret "No pay today" and "I've been in since April think I would know." I also much enjoy the quote about Bitclub being nothing like USI Tech

USI-Tech Statement USA /... | Facebook
I had to laugh at his claim he investigated TM for 10 months and still joined. Notice he keeps ducking my challenge of his "investigative skills and Ponzi knowledge. :RpS_lol:
Been busy but if he thinks I am done with him, he is in for a rude surprise. Always save the best for last. I especially love how he keeps trying to claim that CWE, Mining City, Digitex, and a couple others are not Ponzi's! Shows how much he doesn't know about Ponzi's. And he's this great Internet marketer, 8 figure income earner and Millionaire mentor BS he touts.
Time to bring up Income Army and what happened after his glowing review. :RpS_lol: Busy today but will up the ante come tomorrow or Thursday. Now off to celebrate my B-day and thanks for all the B-day wishes from all of you.
If someone tells you there are no red flags, there are red flags.
If someone recruiting you tells you that you can earn without recruiting; it's probably a Ponzi scam. Although a pyramid scam is not out of the question if they're selling some manner of trading bot.
If someone is an MLM legend, what happened to their last MLM(s) and all that passive income?
What types of public companies have used unlicensed Facebook spammers to solicit business in the past?
Opportunity of a lifetime, if you die tomorrow...

Oh that's right...
Murder?! How far did Jeunesse go to bury Matthew Nestler?
In fairness I don't know if this is the same guy and/or his last MLM. But the whole ordeal was rather smarmy.
MLM is the seediest, scummiest industry on the planet. Armies of lying frauds abound and trusting, desperate innocent souls get sucked in and have their lives and finances destroyed. How this is still technically legal in most jurisdictions is beyond belief. And, folks screaming that they want to defund police. We need those officers investigating these scams and scammers. I have worked with them for years and they are so underfunded and understaffed. Argh!
Ari's handing out money again, just need to send a little of yours somewhere first.

Fair Use clearly applies when using clips of Ari's past quotes and after all he's not trying to hide anything now is he?

My suspicion is Ari read this quote from someone touting another endless recruiting scam. Only using Ponzi Math does: ENDLESS RECRUITING = PASSIVE INCOME!

Wonder what happened to Brank? Ari told us it was going to launch mid-February, and here it is the end of February and crickets. Now you don't suppose........
I don't think Ari is going to like my last comment in the Brank thread at behindMLM. Called him out on claiming he didn't make a cent in Dunamis. So much for his "truth" telling.
Remember the "blockchain expert" Alan Friedland, of whom Ari stated in comment #2 in that thread:

Ari Maccabi's concept of due diligence appears to have always been focused around the concept of "can I make big bux selling this POS to my list?"
In keeping with his penchant for cleaning up his internet history as best he can, the Brank website now lists:
Daniel Noormohamed
Founder & Managing Director
Ari Maccabi
Co-founder & Marketing Specialist
Duane Noble
Co-founder & Trading Specialist
Chris Jones Hawk
Co-founder & Application Specialist
Nick Napier
Co-founder & Support Specialist
SD
.
People that don't need to sell you something don't.
Also I'm purdy certain that implying a guarantee of making "mo ey" is so illegal.Quote:

Not sure if it has sank yet, but the website doesn't even appear on Alexa's rankings the visitors are so abysmal. Since he made such a big deal out of Brank and his association with it, you would think he would be updating the forum thread, but all we've gotten is crickets.
Just a humble opinion. Brank offered a free option for the kiddos to join and play video games and what not. Supposedly punters could earn from showcasing their Mr. Pickle's Magic Ride skills. Of course they could buy tokens to enhance their earnings, but why would they? Since internal controls are almost always non existent in these follies it would be more sensible to create a 100 free accounts hoping to hit a jackpot. Even for those following Ari common sense wins occasionally.
