Ari has claimed time and again this photo is a hoax, yet the admin of the website that posted the photo provided a means for it to be removed via contact with a lawyer. I posted it previously in this thread on account of me being a nice guy wanting to give Ari a hand up, not a hand out. Instead Ari does this song and dance about how fake it is and he will sue the people that post it. Odd

I don't even remember if Ari called Ormeus a scam back when he was playing scambuster, but the video makes it sound like he was going to give it the green light. Quite the PI this one.

Ari forgot which persona he was. He was thinking he was Don Simone replying and not his real self. Otherwise he would have never, ever threatened a lawsuit. Why? Because he is a really good person and great guy. He only has others best interest at heart and wants to help them succeed.
