Excuse my ignorance, I am a new observer to this world of scam-busting. Is Lyoness somehow related to Zeek? There is a couple of posts where it is mentioned in this thread, but I don't have time to read all 47 pages to make sense of it all. I don't see Lyoness mentioned anywhere else on this site in the search.

Lyoness was promoted by Keith Laggos, one of the MLM consultants hired by Zeek / Burks, and apparently lead to his dismissal from Zeek a few months before Zeek got closed.

Greetings good people; I would like to comment on the latest events concerning Kenneth Bell.

Let me first give this disclaimer I’m not an attorney, and I cannot give legal advice but I would like to point out some obvious, areas you may be overlooking.

First, for everyone that has received a civil request for information from Kenneth Bell, do not panic. Kenneth Bell is fishing for information and is using, in my opinion, scare tactics to shake you good people up in turning over money you have earned from your efforts in building the penny auction known as Zeekler.com for Rex Venture Group.

Next, I have been instructed by the attorneys fighting for us to inform you that any request you have received to voluntarily turn over any monies earned is just that a request. You are not bound to turn over any money. Why, you may ask and that is simple there has not been any judge ordering you to do so and the likelihood of that happening is slim to none.

The attorneys have all looked at this and have concluded two things; first, they do not see a victim, as alleged by the affidavits filed by the court. Second, they do not see a security as alleged by the affidavits filed.

What does this mean? Simply we would not have gone through the prior events if it was not for Paul Burks believing he had to voluntarily turn over control of his company to the North Carolina DOJ on August 16, 2012 and leading up to the rushed filing by the SEC assuming that Paul Burks was admitting guilt.

I’m now confident, as are the attorneys, with motions being filed in the court on our behalf will bring into question the accuracy of the statements, affidavits and testimony’s given to the court to secure the order Kenneth Bell is operating under and interruption of the order Kenneth Bell adopted.

We are putting together examples of how to respond to requests by Kenneth Bell. You can follow if you wish. The information will be coming directly from the Attorneys representing this effort to bring all the facts into the court on how Rex Venture operated. In addition, how we all earned money and how Zeek Rewards was not a Ponzi scheme, as alleged by people that simply, do not understand the Zeek Rewards business model.

We are doing a series of conference calls on Saturday, Sunday and Monday; get with your leaders to listen in on a call for your group. We will be in contact with the leaders and they will communicate with you.

In closing I would like to say that this is the turning point where we start to have our combined voices heard and take back our future. I personally would like to thank all you for your continued patience.

Hmm, let's see. First he says he is not an attorney and then proceeds to give legal advice. Wanna bet the "attorneys" have said no such thing? Do they truly understand this is not a civil request but a federal subpoena? Want to tick off a federal judge, ignore a federal subpoena or not comply with its instructions.

If these attorneys are so sure Zeek was not a Ponzi, and they have all this "evidence" to support their case, why haven't they filed by now? They have been promising this legal action for over a month and nothing. There is a simple reason and it is because the attorneys were not hired to file a case, or they would have filed by now with all this "evidence."

Also noted they were offering securities without being a registered broker. Some never learn. I hope the feds charge these crooks criminally for their role in Zeek.

A request from the receiver has the authority of the court headed by Federal judge, and any one who choose not to respond will likely face contempt charges, IMHO of course.

Well, according to Robert Craddock on his conference call tonight, their game plan is to disrupt and challenge Kenneth Bell as much as they can. They also said their long awaited lawsuit will be filed this coming Tuesday as they needed to confirm if NXSystems was owned by Zeek/Rex Ventures.

Didn't Craddock say he only made around $1000 or so from Zeek?

It sounded like he stated that he received a subpoena as well.

So it seems he either made more than that or Zeek was extremely top-heavy on the "winners" end.

He did claim to have only been in a rather short period of time but he also said he'd built a downline of about 500. It is entirely possible that he only took out a small amount from Zeek. But while I'm sure that total earnings was the primary factor in deciding who the first 1,200 subpoena recipients would be it's not like that's a hard and fast rule. I'm sure all the lies and misinformation Robert has been spreading have brought him to the attention Mr. Bell and there's no reason that Robert couldn't be included in the first round of mailings, even if he was at a net loss (which I doubt).

And he has a right to be pissed.

I don't know how much of the Zeek Rewards saga you watched, but Mr Dooley is now in the position where every single thing he said about Zeek turned out to be inaccurate and every single thing said and every prediction made by his and Zeeks' critics has turned/is turning out to be correct.

The only questions now remaining are whether Mr Dooley was duped by Burks and Zeek, whether he was an "insider" and/or whether he accepted money either directly or indirectly for his "services" in promoting the scam.

If I were him, I'd be more than "pissed"

It all comes back to his motive for the big song and dance....The lawyers....The BS claims about the SEC got it wrong....His motive must be money....In other words keeping what he took out...
Being the loudest voice Robert has clearly put himself ON the radar...
IMO he made huge profit here and that is the motive.....He's seen how CEP and ASD played out so knew clawbacks were a certainty...

The subpoena process itself looks to be a case of the receiver locking the winners into a story....It's a common law enforcement tactic....
Lock them in then find the proof that they lied....That proof in front of a judge is gold....

My bet is that most will settle....But fools like Robert may fight....But in the end they will pay....

Greetings good people, update to the conference calls on Saturday November 3, 2012.

For everyone that has received a subpoena for information from Kenneth Bell, you like us believe that Kenneth Bell is fishing for information to intimidate and to get you to voluntary turn over monies you earned by bringing value to the Zeekler Penny Auction.

As I clearly stated, you are not under any court order to turn over any funds and it is our position that Zeek Rewards was a legal business model, claims stating otherwise are false.

Our law firm is now willing to take on the people that have received subpoenas from Kenneth Bell and respond to them for you. The firm has come up with a flat rate for doing this and it is quite affordable.

You will be listed on the court records as being represented by the firm and they will file the objection to Kenneth Bell’s subpoena request for you. You have 14 days to file an objection and the clock is ticking. Because this is only impacting a small percentage of people we decided to not ask the entire group to help fund this, and the law firm has agreed to do this on a flat fee per person needing assistance of just $300 dollars.

And I rather suspect that if there was anything filed with the court today he'd have mentioned it by now. Oh well no news is good news, to some of the folks at the Loyal Affiliates group at least.

If you buy what he is selling, there are supposed to be 2 filings this week. But then, Craddock has been talking about filing motions for months. I doubt even he believes his own crap any more.

Troy Dooly actually quoted an article from the Blog and asked the question, If Fun Club USA has 6 or 7 figures in donations already, why are they asking for an additional $300 per person for representation on the subpoenas?

My take is that Craddock is doing this to cover his lies about everyone being "client" and represented once they donated. In the latest phone call, Craddock said he could get into details about their plans, but it has "attorney-client" priveleges. OK, there's a red flag....

If people send the law firm $300 they are then represented by the attorney and not before as Craddock has repeatedly stated. Anyone with intelligence above that of a small soap dish recognized the lie when it came out of Craddock's face. The Circle of 12 is represented, those who donated are just footing the bill for them.
