I see they already answered this at behindmlm for you but it was in this video.
Jolly mentions it towards the end.

But we all have what to some seems to be an unlikely vulnerability. We all do this because we really care about people. What can you say to someone who wrote that?
Yea, he'd be a few miles ahead of where he's at if he'd have flipped burgers all day in addition to posting his daily ad. He'd be light-years ahead if he'd use the internet to investigate vocational education opportunities instead of online money games. All that and more is absolutely true, but it also isn't my point.
Money games like Zeek Rewards are the crack cocaine of false hope. If most people were introduced to these programs by a simple, sterile recitation of the buisness plan the majority of people would walk away. "You mean I copy and paste one ad a day and earn trans-Madoff interest rates? Nothing real works that way." But people aren't introduced to these things like that, they're introduced either by people they already trust or by people skilled at stealing that trust from them. It's called "relationship marketing" but the problem is we all have relationships we regret.
So we have this sad person "35 days" away from being out on the street because his magic Zeek money fountain went dry and I hope to God he isn't giving money to Disner/Kettner/Craddock. But even if he isn't he is turning to them for his false hope fix. And that false hope addiction is this guys problem. If he'd stop investing mental/emotional energy on a ponzi scheme that will never come back he might have time to find a lasting solution to feeding his family. Because let's face it, you can't pull yourself up by your own bootstraps by copying and pasting one ad a day. That's a very harsh truth and one that will be difficult for some to accept. But the sooner they kick the false hope habit the sooner they can start looking for something to build real hope upon.
Marley's post really hits the nail on the head. The brain washing (otherwise known a motivational practices in the MLM and network marketing world) has a great deal to do with why some people "make businesses" out of the money games

Funny what you say about cult thinking... back in 2007, when I was out of work, I started to read about Scientology. That led me to the Rick Ross web site. I began reading up on various cults and the indoctrination techniques that they use. I subsequently landed a job, and let my minor obsession fall by the wayside.
Until the Zeek phenomenon. Suddenly, for the first time, I actually saw two people become indoctrinated, by increments, before my very eyes.
Reading about stuff online and seeing it happen in front of you are two very different things... theory vs. practice as it were.
I'm still a bit stunned by the whole thing. Guys that I'd considered, if not friends, at least friendly acquaintances were suddenly drooling kool-aid drinkers who turned on me on a dime.
Watching two seemingly normal (if not terribly bright, to be honest, even before Zeek) people become absolutely transformed by greed is probably one of the most eye-opening experiences of my life.
I learned more about human nature than I wanted to, to be honest.

In that idiotic take down letter to the host of BusinessforHome.org, Craddock states
I’m in the middle of assisting a large group of individuals around the world retain legal counsel for potential crawl back action by the Securities and Exchange Commission here in the United States.
Although that is exactly the reason many suspected in the first place, has he previously stated this.
Too much info from all this clanging around in my head. I can't remember. :)

Hmmm... Dooly apology... acceptance? or still a bit of denial / bargain? (I was referring to 5 phases of grief/loss)
As for the attack on Ted Nuyten... This got Rod Cook really riled up. Rod Cook called Ted Nuyten "my godson" on his own mlmwatchdog.com and gave me a mention as well.
Jordan Maglich already knows, and I already forward him, Nash Dunn (of Lexington Dispatch news) the latest Craddock escapades... and about Paul Burks' previous life as a magician.
This is gonna be fun to watch... as an outsider.

That would be an outsider content in the knowledge that not one, single, solitary thing he/they do is going to make one, single, solitary bit of difference to the eventual outcome.
All the huffing and puffing, all the threats, all the donated money and all the wasted time, and the only people with any sort of influence at all on the outcome are the receiver and prosecutors.

Re: Zeek Rewards !! How to get to $3K a month, starting as a free member !
Paul Burks was quoted as saying "this is my second time wearing a tie. The first one was at the first red carpet event" for a presentation to an Israeli organization, promoting Zeek. The critics showed he obviously wore a tie on at least one previous occasion as his profile picture on Zeek's websites show him with a tie.
Assuming the above picture was not the first Red Carpet Event, that makes it 4 times Paul Burks was worn a tie (that we know about). Those little white lies...

But we can make it very difficult for him to scam other Zeek victims out of money for "legal representation" and "PR" (to his PR firm, no doubt).
Also, many do not realize that legal retainers often have refund clauses for un-billed work. Smaller retainers often do not have that clause, but larger retainers almost always do. So even if you ignore the "PR" work for a moment, and even if you assume that Craddock is sending the law firm 100% of every donation, all he has to do to play out this scam is bill for some small amount of work against the retainer, then later get a refund for the un-billed work minus any minimum/prerequisite amounts.
For example, send $100k retainer. Request some amount of work, say totaling $10k in fees. Some time in the future, request refund of un-billed amount, or $90k in Craddock's pocket.

Trust me, if this lawyer didn't get a non refundable retainer, he's not much of a lawyer. The reason no case has been filed yet is there is no case to file. Filing the motion these people SAY they're going to file could get a real Attorney sanctioned. I'm still of the opinion that any legal fees these guy pay go towards delaying claw backs that would eventually go to their contributors.
Of course, The 12 Apostles could prove me wrong and make public the retainer agreement. I'm not holding my breath though.

But if Craddock is perpetuating a scam, he's the one in control. We would seek out a law firm that is reputable enough to continue the "sue the SEC illusion" but with a favorable retainer agreement. If our work is successful, maybe the potential law firms Craddock is approaching is reading this and will either reject him or take up work with a minimum consumption clause.
In my varied legal representation experience as the client working for Fortune 500 companies, we always had a refund clause for unbilled work for retainers above $100k. Always. In fact, we often used escrow accounts and had agreed upon accounting process dispute resolution for billing rates. Granted this was corporate law and slightly different, but I would be shocked if Craddock could not fine a law firm that would offer refund clause for at least some of a $100k retainer.

Filings #6 and #8 effectively put the final nail in the coffin of any action/s against the S.E.C.
The judgements against both Zeek and Burks have now been consented to, signed off and entered.
There ain't no going back.
Mr Craddock and Co are going to have to come up with another reason for collecting "donations" because they sure as h**l aren't going to be using it to sue the S.E.C. or Burks.

Thanks again Don for the time and expense in making these documents public.
Interesting, (doc 30-1) still lists Dr. Keith Laggos as a consultant.
Document 29 should have a few people squirming. From which I quote:
2. The documentation that supports Receivership Defendant’s anticipated filing contains account and financial information concerning not only Rex Ventures Group, LLC d/b/a ZeekRewards.com, but also thousands of individuals who either paid funds to and/or received funds from Receivership Defendant since January 1, 2010.
3. Because the documentation to be produced contains personal and sensitive financial information of thousands of individuals, Receivership Defendant, through undersigned counsel, respectfully requests that it be permitted to file this information under seal. Due to the nature of the documents themselves and the
volume of transactions represented therein, undersigned counsel does not believe that an alternative to filing under seal, such as line-by-line redaction to include only the last four digits of the financial account number, is feasible.
4. Receivership Defendant, through undersigned counsel, respectfully requests that this information be permitted to be filed under seal, and that it remain sealed until further order of the Court.
Bolding mine.
So here is Paul's attorney in the process of turning over yet more records to the receiver warning that the sheer volume of information makes redacting information like account numbers not feasible. It seems that Paul is cooperating in every way he can. Clawbacks are coming and Robert Craddock can soon "crawl back" under whatever rock he came from.
So your prophets of finance have fallen on their collective proverbial face, and you hear muffled voices calling: Welcome to the human race.
You made a killing dealing real estate at NASA selling cemetery plots in outer space til some falling coffins crashed upon your doorstep: Welcome to the human race.
Open up your heart...
Welcome to

In the docs it lists like 35 employees for zeek....Got to wonder how much of members money was being paid out in wages? And if there are clawbacks will those workers have to repay those wages??...
Also I see that listed in the creditors is....
"Climate controlled mini storage" @ $300 per month.....
Got to wonder what is them lockers??...Maybe that's where Paul Burks kept the extra gelt that didn't fit in the bank accounts??....
And if the $300 per month is not paid will we see the lockers on Storage Wars??....

Re: Zeek Rewards !! How to get to $3K a month, starting as a free member !
Wages are not subject to clawbacks. Wages and other properly earned income are just that. it's the "ill-gotten gains" that needs to be clawed back.
I believe in the footnotes it says mini-storage contains no Zeek related items.
