Xenios says he started PPH when he came out of university and was disillusioned with the engineering firm job he got ( eighteen months as a trainee ) and so he contacted another class mate from university and quit this firm the name of which he does not mention siscx months in

Same for Simos his "classmate"

PPH was incorporated 12 Sept 2007 by James Carter although it might have been shelved and bought later by Xenios. Xenios moved in in 2007 when he became a Director. His address was Flat 9 , 11 Queensgate Gardens SW7 5LY
Which had been sold on 6 May 2006 for £495,000
Xenios is a Cypriot and was then Directur of Arcarnus Limited No 4922212

James Carter the original founder/director then became Secretary.

They then issued a few million penny shares Ill go intot details later owned by Xenios ( 156,255) and other people and companies in Greece, the Marshall Islands, Dubai ( Taxas Ventures has about 700,000), Cyprus ~ offshore entities??

All worth a look at. Again later.

But
1. Simos the Classmate isnt listed as far as I know
2. The company has been around for over eight years
3. It was not set up by Simos and Xenios

A little aside on Arcarnus Limited No 4922212
That company was incorporated on 6 Oct 2003
as a Travel agencies etc; tourist business

At the time Xenios was involved in Holiday Visions Ltd 5247613; XTZ Capital Limited; 5668800; Arcarnus Solutions Ltd 5939713;and Arcarnus Group Limited 5487072.
Ill have to look them up later.

anyway out pal Xenios has form in the "not paying people" department with Arcanus

It seems that company dint pay HSBC for an unsecured loan or "debenture" and didn't pay the rent for the office to Knightbridge Green who hit them with a bill for £34,750 although looking at it that may have been their deposit on the property. Anyway it and the loan from HSBC are registered as "charges" against Arcarnus.

In May 2009 it changed address again to Speechly Bircham the above firm.

After a threatened compulsory strike off notice ( they didnt seem to have filed annual returns) they returned 2009 accounts in 2010

There was about £29,000 ( 29,397.12) paid up in shares of three types A1 A2 and B1 and the shares were owned by another company Arcarnus Holdings.
Then they filed 2008 returns
which show 500,000 A1 Shares worth £5,000 and 5.026 A2 shares worth £50.26 and 2,434,686 B1 shares worth $24,346.86 were all transferred from Arcarnus Group to Arcarnus Holdings. It seems no actual business was done and that was just a money go round from one paper firm to another. Actually Im thinking only a peeny was paid on each group of shares but I might be getting misex up with other personal holdings in the PPH company

In any case having moved to the holding company Arcarnus was dissolved in May 2011

Well this has all the PPH shareholders

and had £15,000 paid up in shared but was dissolved 28 June 2011

or Arcarnus Group Limited?
05487072 also dissolved 28 March 2009

Arcarnus group was previously called Arcarnus Holdings Limited Incorporated 21 June 2005

So the money go round seems to be setting upi companies with the same name then moving things from the older company to another company or renaming it and eventually dissolving the newer company.

One might think the dissolved company is the original one but it isnt and doesnt show where the original ownership went before it was dissolved and the new version with the same name and same people involved set up and then dissolved.

All looks quite fishy and this is just an aside on the main issue of PPH Limited?

Whats to bet PPH doesnt divest itself elsewhere and dissolve and a now PPH then be set up?
Well maybe not now that that tactic has been identified.
