Someone alleged that Neo-Vo.com is another venture launched by Tarun Trikha, mastermind behind TVI Express scam.

I didn't find Tarun Trikha, but I can confirm that Neo-Vo is using a virtual office in Canada and has fake testimonials, using stock photo and celebrity photo with made-up names.
