It is easy to file a complaint to IC3 about this scam and it doesn't require standing either. All it takes is a few minutes of ones time and it's all done on line.

Let's explain about what the US can and can't do when it comes to having jurisdiction regarding investment opportunities.

If an investment program offers investments to just one US Citizen, US laws and regulations must be adhered to and followed. It makes no difference where the company/program is domiciled (located), they still must comply with US securities laws. That is the requirement of the SEC.

It is a myth that being offshore, in cyber space or in a galaxy far, far away, the US laws don't apply. The US had extradited dozens of people who were running an illegal Ponzi outside the borders of the US to stand trial. In fact, extradition proceedings are underway for Peter Roor (Pedro Dispenza online moniker), who is a Dutch National, and his wife to stand trial here in the US.

The same is true for most other western countries, so this nonsense that because JBP operates on the Internet makes them exempt from securities laws in the US, or in other countries, is all bunk, a myth and a lie.

Every HYIP program and non-HYIP Program admin tries to make this bogus claim. Just because the gullible and the players in these programs accept it as being true, does not make it true.

So much for I'm offshore or in space somewhere so the laws don't apply to me mantra.

Another one who gets it, and this is from the MIN forum, which is now closed for failure to pay hosting fees:

Braden @ 3:32 pm
@pikot:
I have been in JBP since May of last year and I have earned over 30k. The rumblings you are hearing are about the last restart. This is a feature where the program restarts once the obligation to pay becomes greater than the money coming in. When this happens the positions that earn daily (short term) are converted into matrix positions (long term). Your daily earnings decrease, but your overall portfolio increases in value. The issue people had is the last restart came sooner than people were expecting. I for one love the restart feature; much rather take a hit on my daily earnings than have the program disappear.

And that my friends is a classic definition of a Ponzi. The only problem with his logic is that Fred Mann will not keep doing these restarts for very much longer. People are beginning to learn that they indeed lose money every time one is done, and as each one is done they will continue to lose even more. But for the claim this is sustainable indefinitely using this formula is hilarious.

Fred knows the longer he tries to keep his Ponzi running, the greater chance he has of the authorities moving in. So he will only do this a couple more times at best before he runs with the money. Unless of course the feds move in first. No doubt the clock is ticking, and it remains to be seen who punches the timeclock first.

Now all the major pimps of JBP/JSS have claimed this is a legal program. Of course it is not registered anywhere, but it is still legal. So if this is such a legal and upstanding program, why do they insist upon these two clauses:

6. I affirm that I am not an employee or official of any government agency, nor am I acting on behalf of or collecting information for or on behalf of any government agency.

7. I affirm that I am not an employee, by contract or otherwise, of any media or research company, and I am not reading any of the JBP pages in order to collect information for someone else.

in their membership agreement? Hmmm, now why do you suppose that is?

I think Fred should become our Treasury Secretary, and handle all the US investing so we could end our national debt in just 2-3 years. Then we could get Greece, France, Italy, Germany, or any other country for that matter to join also. Why with all the money these countries could infuse into his program, world debt would be eliminated in 2-3 years. Yet he doesn't want anyone of them participating. How narrow minded of him.

HeHeHe,

Don't ya just love those "membership agreements" ??

Ya gotta laugh, though.

Can you imagine Freddy Mann or his sycophant, MoneyMakingBrain fronting up in court and saying:

"I object to this witnesses' statement, Your Honour.

He signed the membership agreement certifying he isn't a reporter or Government agent, and he told a dirty rotten lie.

The defense moves he should be sent to the naughty corner"

What a lot of poppycock.

Which is more ridiculous ??

2% per DAY interest

OR

a HYIP ponzi promoter claiming he will now, or will ever, be able, to pay out $1 MILLION

OR

the B/S membership claims:

JSS-Tripler now has 306,677 members -- having grown by just over 12,000 new members during the past 48 hours

Still, I suppose desperate times call for desperate measures.

Guess they want to get in on this list:

The 10 Nastiest Ponzi Schemes Ever | Business Pundit (http://www.businesspundit.com/the-10-nastiest-ponzi-schemes-ever/)

The King of Get Rich Quick, Charles Ponzi became a millionaire in six months by promising investors 50% return in 45 days on international postal coupon investments. He earned $15 million, which in 1920s terms was serious money. After Ponzi was caught, investors only received $5 million back.

Nastiness Factor: Mythical. This ancestor of fraudulent men passed his name on to the many schemes that would follow his own. His legacy, and his scheme, are forever memorialized, earning them a unique Nastiness Factor label.

The pressure is building for a restart. The amounts he is having to pay out is getting too much for him to keep this going much longer without one; or he just runs with the money.

He will be lucky if he makes it to the end of this month before he has to pull the plug claiming it is a restart. The longer he runs this, the more he knows the authorities could be closing in on him. What will be most interesting to see is if he does shut it down claiming a restart and instead just disappears. The CONSOB shut-down was a warning shot, and there is no doubt he is worried other countries won't be far behind.

It has now reached critical mass, and that's when these go bye-bye, or the feds raid. The next few weeks are going to be interesting indeed.

VERY TRUE!

Unfortunately they ususally express their outrage to those who are known to be sitting on the sidelines rather than those who were actually involved in the scam. I have been sent so much information about scumbags like Dr Mara that it makes my head spin. I have published very little on my blog or web pages but I have been thrilled to see the Krimm, Smirnow, Vee and other cyberbullying thugs loosing control and law enforcement gaining more power.

I have found some strange malware when I visit some pages including JBP. I am gathering information about these threats to protect my own system but comments about this subject from tech gurus could be of great value to many who read this forum.

And here is the update from admin saying that all is well and please, please, please deposit some more $$$.....

Welcome to all our new members!

During the past 24 hours our servers were subjected to a devastating DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack.

Fortunately, today we were able to implement "DDOS protection" to nullify the current attack and also to protect against future attacks.

So we're back in business! You should now be able to access the JBP, JSS-Tripler and JSS sites for business as usual, although for some of you, propogation maybe still need to happen - this can take another 24 hours possibly.

Meanwhile, the 2% earnings will NOT be paid tomorrow. We'll resume the daily 2% earnings 24 hours later, just as to be expected.

Also, because of the servers being down we're unable to pay tonight's withdrawals. We'll also resume paying withdrawals as soon as we can, most probably tomorrow also.

As described in the previous update, this downtime is no reason for panic. Last August we had a "business time-out" for over a month while we did a Restart and moved to offshore servers. After
that we came back in full force!

Working for our wealth and success,
Frederick Mann

And the update saying that the daily % on Sat and Sun will drop due to a lack of fresh money being deposited...

Welcome to all our new members!

Thanks to the heroic efforts of our systems admin staff, we've been able to get almost everything up and running after a massive DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack that started on April
2nd. We now have proper DDoS protection to minimize the effects of future attacks.

Good news! The 2% daily earnings will resume tomorrow (April 5th) and can be expected to continue daily without more interruptions.

Typically, on Saturdays and Sundays our funding drops to about half of the levels for weekdays. For this reason, from now on, the daily earnings for Saturdays and Sundays will be 1.5%. This will save us a lot of money over time, and could significantly increase the time between Restarts -- another great idea from one of our members!

Withdrawals were not paid since 4/1, but expect them to be paid today, and after that, each day without delay, especially since our system is getting more reliable with each passing week.

The Help Desk just started working properly since the DDoS attack, so please expect a couple days of delay in answering your requests -- keep in mind, we usually had a 24-48 hour turnaround time on answering help desk requests before the DDoS attack.

Otherwise, please feel free to report any other issues you have experienced since the DDoS attack -- several changes had to be made to get us back up and running properly, so a problem or two might still exist for you.

JSS-Tripler now has 434,880 members. Thank you to our many promoters for doing such a great job!

Comments: Everybody is raving about this program. The website is fine, speed if good, design isn't all that great but functional. I can see why people would like the content. From a psychological view the website pushes all the right buttons to get you in. The program itself is a bit confusing which is the part that I don't like. It is not very clear where the money comes from but if you dig a little deeper (read the interview) you'll find that this is a hybrid program. Some money comes from new members spending their way in, another part comes from revenue such as a Paid-To-Surf program. The program owner advertises that this is 'Indefinitely Sustainable' but I doubt that. Given the fact that withdrawals (cash flow out) are increasing rapidly in size I doubt that this is sustainable at all. The very fact that recently this program had a 'reset' illustrates just that. The cash flow in couldn't keep up with the cash flow out. Alexa here is showing us that traffic is pretty much topping. That tells us there can't be much new money coming in. No matter how you shift positions in the system and other tricks you do on paper, eventually it all boils down to stalling because it didn't change the incoming cash flow. Eventually the cash flow in can't possibly keep up with the ever increasing cash flow out. The next reset will be sooner. Now I might be wrong about this but after some discussion with people in the know I found no evidence or reasons to change my view. Up to today nobody could explain to me why this would be Indefinitely Sustainable. I'm sure the program owner will have some other tricks up his sleeve to prolong the duration of this program. But I'm seriously doubting if most people will like it as much as they do now in 6 months from now. Time will tell. Anyway, that is just my opinion against the other 9 positive ones above. Don't flame me for having an opinion ;-)

Wow, after reading through some of the WealthBooster Magazine Archive (http://bigbooster.com/7million/wbm/), I don't think there has been a ponzi or pyramid scam in the last decade that old Frederick Mann hasn't been a part of.... 12DailyPro, Prosperity Automated Systems, YMMSS, Reality Millions, and on and on.

Judging by his posts, I think it's entirely probable MonkeyBrain has no idea of the existence of HYIP ponzi scams or the underworld in which they exist.

To MonkeyBoy, Surfer pointing out that Freddie Mann was involved in "12DailyPro, Prosperity Automated Systems, YMMSS, Reality Millions, and on and on" meant nothing in terms of establishing a pattern or as a pointer to past behaviours.

After about 40 days, my free $10 is sent back to JPB so now I have about $5 bucks interest for my 'Legendre' effort...

Legendre:

"From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Legendre, LeGendre or Le Gendre is a French surname. It may refer to:
Adrien-Marie Legendre (1752–1833), a French mathematician
Legendre (crater), a lunar impact crater located near the eastern limb of the Moon"

Let me get this straight...After 40 days I may get about $5 bucks 'interest' (do I get to withdraw that $5 bucks?)...Then you suggest I fund my account with $1000...So, you give me $10 bucks free... I possibly/may get $5 bucks interest (not sure if can w/d)...Then you want me to 'fund' my account with $1000?...Ah'm a thinkin' this 'Legendre' effort is more a big crater than any mathematician...

Uh, why, after my free $10 bucks earned about $5 bucks interest, do I have to turn around and invest $1000? The 'math' just doesn't add up:RpS_confused:...Maybe it's just me...I never was very good at math:RpS_blushing:

[quote]littleroundman: What an excellent idea.

Now, where is that bloody credit card ??

LRM, if you will 'loan' me your credit card I will gladly put $1000K into this 'crater'...You trust me...uh...this...right? (Really need 'whistle icon' here)...

Hmm, the restart began and everyone is happy.....well, not everyone. Seems there are a few people who have not been paid for several days now, some didn't get their 1.5%, and can't get into the website back office.

On cue, as soon as they posted, we had the rush of "I got paid" posts and of course the member had to have done something wrong because Fred is such an honest man and a great admin. This even happened on the MMG forum where anyone who dares raise any question or post payment issues is immediately drowned out by the "I got paid" posts and of course it is the members fault they aren't getting paid.

When this goes down, and it will, it is really going to be interesting to read all the "excuses" as to why, as well as all the moaning and groaning and crying. One just gets the feeling that Fred knows this has just about run its course when you listen to his conference calls. Of course the faithful never hear this, but only what they want to hear. The only question is will he continue until the Feds move on him, or will he try to run first.

I get the feeling he wants the Feds to shut him down so he can blame them. He knows the faithful will never blame him. As a sovereign, this will make him a hero and martyr in their eyes.

Yep,

the newbies are agreeing with them,

still some mileage in this one,

unless those really behind it decide to buck the Bowdoin/Marsden/CEP trend and snatch the money and run.

Thanks for this and the last posts in my "I make a fool of myself" thread. :)
There is no question that Fred knows all the ins and outs as well as all the perils of running a bad HYIP. It gives me more confidence and reason to say that the old man probably knows what he is doing. You, on the other hand, consider his experiences in those programs as a bad thing. Well, how can you build a better program than those who failed without knowing those who did and why???

[B][COLOR="#0000CD"]Hmm, the restart began and everyone is happy.....well, not everyone. Seems there are a few people who have not been paid for several days now, some didn't get their 1.5%, and can't get into the website back office.

It has been exactly as I said: Fred waited several days to fund its merchant accounts from his own bank account at a rate of $100,000 dollars per day (which is most of the payment processors' funding limits). That didn't include all the "Triplers" that were converted into JSS positions and which reduced JBP's liabilities acquired before February 17, 2012.

The restart took place when all funding was completed and triplers' conversions balanced JBP's financial sheet.

Well, you should question why people aren't running in throngs upon throngs, pushing and shoving you out of the way to make a line at the BBB to file complaints of fraud. There is clear evidence that JBP has an enormous amount of members now. You would think that after operating for more than a year, there would be at least one single complaint filed against them by now. Some say JBP has close to a million users, but I can't confirm that.

That's your opinion all over again, Lynn. To put things in perspective, each time you've predicted that the end was coming, you have been consistently wrong about that.

I get the feeling he wants the Feds to shut him down so he can blame them. He knows the faithful will never blame him. As a sovereign, this will make him a hero and martyr in their eyes.
More hearsay. Your feeling is wrong and it makes no sense from the business stand point. Fred is making more money than anybody, not only because he is the biggest sponsor of it's own program, but he is probably paying himself a nice salary as the owner of the company, and which he rightfully deserves.
So, to assume that he wants the "Feds" or anybody to shut him down is a ridiculous statement at best coming (not surprisingly) from you.

The 'math' just doesn't add up...[b]Maybe it's just me...I never was very good at math

It is YOU....Nobody is asking you to deposit $1K.....nobody is forcing you to deposit any specific amount of money, but if you really want to cash out the free $10, you are going to compound the 2% interest on your gift for about 112 days.

Here is another tip, if you want to expedite receiving your whopping $15, , just buy one TRIPLER position ($10) and in only 68 days you can withdraw $25. That is $15 (your bonus) + $10 (your deposit).

Now, do you "clearly" get the idea???

MoneyMakingBrain
06-04-2012, 12:29 PM
That didn't include all the "Triplers" that were converted into JSS positions and which reduced JBP's liabilities acquired before February 17, 2012.

Hmm, could it be there are signs that there may be chinks in the armor of JBP? A lot of people not getting paid, others who accounts are frozen with no expanation, problems accessing the site, conversations banned about customer- service related issues on the conference calls, support tickets not being answered for weeks or more, and of course members E-mails hacked.

As in true Ponzi fashion, as soon as these posts start showing up on the Ponzi Forum threads for JBP, we have the obligatory "I got paid on time, what a great and honest guy Fred/admin is, if there is something wrong with your account it's your fault."

And now comes the dreaded "P" word.....Patience. Usually this word is not used until there are massive payment issues with people not getting paid posting on the forums. For them to be trotting this word out now, could mean that there are many not getting paid that do not post on the forums. They have to keep up this front that all is well in JBP-land so they can sucker even more people into this Ponzi.

No doubt the next few weeks are going to be interesting to see if the number of member complaints rise regarding all these issues that are happening now.

What is truly fun to watch at MMG is all those who are epxressing 'issues' with not being paid, can't access the website, and then the immediate posting of I got paid on time as always. Straight from the Ponzi handbook.

Hmm even more not getting paid posts at MMG, others expressing problems accessing the site, triplers not being credited; and then of course all the I got paid immediately or I got paid on time posts followed. Just too predictable.

There have been a lot of complaints at TG, but MMG has been relative free, but no longer. These next few weeks are really going to be interesting to see if this trend continues that started just a few days ago, or they get it resolved.

Some of the faithful are telling those who are thinking of putting in more than $500 to hold-off until they resolve the issues. Fred has to have this income to keep this going. If he is forced to do a restart this soon after the last one, it will be the death knell for many. Unless he plans on shutting down before he thinks the feds might move against him. With the recent charges and extradition of Horohorin from France has to have him looking over his shoulder.

In fact, some are questioning the "I got Paid" posts since they are not getting paid. The bloom very well be coming off the pumpkin. Even Fred is begging for $1,000 to $20,000 deposits. He's in deep doo-doo and this is going to be really fun to watch in the coming week.

Let's see, we had manicalmoronbrain telling us that JBP did not have to be registered in the US, and the US authorities would have no jurisdiction over JBP. That Fred was smart to do his business in cyber-space, and therefore was not subject to any countries laws.

But wait, there was a big announcement today by JBP, and here is what the announcement had to say, and I quote:

"Exciting Announcement - Our New Legal Team Is Here -

Dedicated to legal compliance with international regulations, JBP is excited to announce the addition of our globally respected legal team. Seasoned in the realm of innovative business models, Jardine Law Offices is our primary source for legal counsel. This new department addition will ensure that Just Been Paid is acquiescent with all laws and regulations in every area that we serve.

Founding attorney, Joseph Jardine, comes to us with a globally rooted reputation for his skill, persistence and case by case savvy. His ability to acquire and win cases that other attorneys have deemed hopeless is the reason legal professionals herald him as a pioneer in his field. His extended expertise and commitment to customer welfare within an ever-evolving industry is what makes Jardine Law Offices and JBP a perfect fit.
A true advocate for his clients, Jardine will never persuade you into an unsatisfactory plea agreement just to resolve a case. Instead, he brings a competitive spirit and sharp perception to each individual. His client’s interest has been and will always remain his foremost concern. As he states in his own words, “I want to make sure that our clients are better off than when they walked into our office for the first time. It's a huge honor to represent a person's liberty and to fight for their freedom. We take our role seriously and work hard to help our clients."

Jardine Law Offices | Toll Free - (866) 550-3505 | 39 Exchange Place Suite 101 - Salt Lake City, UT 84111 - United States of America"

But Fred said that JBP did not have to be registered anywhere because he was not "physically" located in any country and therefore did not have to register JBP anywhere. Now they say, and again I quote:

"This new department addition will ensure that Just Been Paid is acquiescent with all laws and regulations in every area that we serve."

Now you would think this law firm specialized in Securities Law, Network Marketing Law, or even Business Law from this big buildup. No, they list their services as follows:

Our law firm provides aggressive, responsive, and committed client service in the following criminal cases:
DUI and related drunk driving charges
Implied consent violations, such as refusing a breathalyzer
Felony DUI cases, such as injury accidents or involuntary manslaughter
Driver's license hearings before the Utah Driver License Division
Domestic violence charges
Drug charges from possession to conspiracy to import or distribute
Sex offenses Sex crimes involving minors
Violent crimes such as murder or assault
Federal crimes
State or federal investigations or grand jury proceedings
Property crimes from vandalism to auto theft or burglary
Fraud crimes and other white collar offenses
Internet crimes , computer fraud, or online identity theft
Criminal charges that could result in action against a professional license and related drunk driving charges
Hearings on alleged probation or parole violations

What they are is a criminal law firm. Gee, do you think that Fred might be a little worried the feds are about to come after him? But Fred is not a crook, nor is JBP a Ponzi. :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol:

"This new department addition will ensure that Just Been Paid is acquiescent with all laws and regulations in every area that we serve."

Yup, yup, yup.

When "all the areas that we serve" is the whole bloody internet.

How likely is it a single company which specializes in

DUI and related drunk driving charges
Implied consent violations, such as refusing a breathalyzer
Felony DUI cases, such as injury accidents or involuntary manslaughter
Driver's license hearings before the Utah Driver License Division
Domestic violence charges
Drug charges from possession to conspiracy to import or distribute

Criminal charges that could result in action against a professional license and related drunk driving charges
Hearings on alleged probation or parole violations

would have all their bases covered ??

Maybe in the world of get-rich-quick schemes, HYIP ponzis and those with no experience in the real worlds of business and law, it might seem possible.

But, to the rest of us................................................ ........nah.

Now what is truly interesting is that this law firm is in Utah. So does this mean that Fred is now living in Utah? JBP is not registered in Utah, so how does a law firm from Utah do them any good?

Or maybe Fred is revealing more about himself that he needs a criminal lawyer for any one of their other services:

Domestic violence charges; Drug charges from possession to conspiracy to import or distribute; Sex offenses Sex crimes involving minors; Violent crimes such as murder or assault.

Something is not right here, and I think this may be more smoke and mirrors to try to calm the members who are getting nervous the feds might act.

Thought their name looked familiar:

Fraud Awareness: Company called "Connecting us All" - Spirit Unlimited (Minneapolis, MN) - Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/SpiritUnlimited/messages/boards/thread/19983972)

I was just informed today about a new scam hitting the Twin Cities by a company called "Connecting Us All". This program is being promoted by 2 very well known people in our community (and this is not the first time they have promoted a very bad MLM scam/junk --> please keep in mind, I do not think all MLMs are bad, there ARE some very good ones out there).

This is a Cash Gifting Pyramid Scheme, and one of the founders, HARVEY JOSEPH DOCKSTADER, JR., was put into prison in Texas for awhile because of it when it was called "Elite Activity". Elite Activity has now transformed into Connecting Us All.

This program promises "Abundance" and being able to create cash with "5th Dimensional thinking." They say that this program has been around for 9 years... though, in reality, Connecting Us All was founded in 2009 (http://archive.consta... and from their WHOIS record: http://who.godaddy.co... and BBB: Untitled (http://www.bbb.org/so)...)

This is their website: http://www.connecting...

Here are the Legal briefs from TX: http://www.search.txc...

They claim that HARVEY JOSEPH DOCKSTADER, JR. is not in this program, though, he talks to you in this video introducing you to the "Flip'n" system here: http://www.connecting...

So, if you are approached by someone trying to get you into this program, please let them know about this, and do NOT give them money.

Now, a little more on the company:

Their legal council is Jardine Law Offices... which is a Criminal Defense law firm... (this is very odd)

And just a reminder from Wes at Quatloos:

Quatloos! • View topic - Elite Activity Resurrected (Connecting Us All)! (http://www.quatloos.com/Q-Forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4694&start=60)

Nope. It's common practice, however, for scams like Connecting Us All to write a letter to a firm and then claim that they are on retainer.

Now you can see his face :)

Not really, it could be the same person. The ears are the same and the nose does tend to droop a bit with age. I did some comparisons, so look again.

I guess it really does not matter what the guy looks like now but it was fun to work with.

JBP/JSStripler probably in a free fall but never fear they will do a restart or Tripler 4...

Now we have all been told that JBP does not have a physical address, and they don't need one, because they operate solely in cyber-space. We have also been told, ad nauseum, that because they operate in cyber-space they do not need to be licensed or registered anywhere to do business. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw this on their website, and I quote:

JustBeenPaid is an internationally based organization committed to legal compliance.
Our in-house globally renowned law firm ensures that legal operations are maintained within all of our operations.

Jardine Law Offices | 39 Exchange Place Suite 101 - Salt Lake City, UT 84111 - United States of America

So how does a company that exists solely in cyber-space have an in-house law firm? How does a company that claims because it operates solely in cyber-space and therefore does not have to register or be licensed be legally compliant when you do have to be licensed and registered? How does a criminal law firm ensure they are legally compliant when they don't handle this type of law?

I would appreciate a loyal supporter of JBP to explain how this can be.

Jardine? Back when they were helping JJ Ulrich, I checked into them and saw that they were only licensed to argue law in two states. I wonder how many other shady businesses "retain" Jardine? Might be something to investigate.

Fred is offering an impossible to attain 2% per DAY return.

Why would anyone then believe anything else he says ??

Oh, my darling...I am not sure if you are asking Eagleone to do this because you actually believe in Freddie...Or, if you think for one second Freddie will tell the truth.

Either way, I have been on many a 'conference call' in a different capacity...Not with JBP, but with others...They, on the conference call, will NEVER EVER tell the truth no matter who the Admin is and which game they are playing. And, I can tell you another thing...No matter WHO gets on the 'call' and starts asking legit questions, they (the person asking the legit questions) will be 'shot down', 'banned', and/or the 'Admin' of said 'hyip/scam' will ALWAYS have an...uh...umm...'so-called' answer. When the 'program/business/hyip' is not legit, the 'Admin' on the 'conference call' will always have an "Answer" to give to those who he has sucked into believing what he has to offer is a legit business...

Listen to LRM...What Freddie is offering is not possible...plain and simple...bottom line.

LRM...They believe because they want to believe...They are desperate and hopeful and wishing for so much better in life...That is how these 'Admins' and their 'Pimps' suck people in...

Seems someone is starting to catch on that things are not as they seem with this Ponzi, and I quote:

(mikojan @ Jul 7 2012, 03:56 AM)

Hmmm... All these events do not smell to good.

I just compared the top 20 earners from 20 days ago (on my blog I have a screenshot of that time) and the top 20 today. As I can see some of the leaders of the earnings, now there is no longer on the list! What means that? All of their earnings pulled out from Tripler. 20 days ago there were 13 people who earned over $ 100,000, now only 4. Where are the 9 of them have disappeared? The situation is similar with the top 20 promoters. I don't want to spread negative vibrations, but all this does not smell to good.

Despite all... Think positive - be positive!
Long live JBP!

This post was on MMG, page 1060 and Post #15905.

Also what most have not been watching is how all of the major players early on posting at MMG, are no longer posting their "I got paid" and their payment proof. Another dead give-away this is in trouble.

We are seeing more and more payment issues, login issues, triplers not showing up for long periods of time; but of course it is just due to growing pains and all must be "PATIENT." The dreaded "P" word in Ponzi-land.

Some are even wondering if another restart is close, and many are saying it is too soon as Fred had said 175 days before they would need to do another restart, and this has only been 45 or so days since the last so-called restart.

Then of course we had Fred on his last call saying for the upteenth time that there is no outside revenue, and that the only way this continues is from new people joining and investing, and for the current member to compound instead of taking their money out.

They have now hit critical mass, and that's when any Ponzi only has a short-time left before it collapses.

I believe Just Been Paid is completely revamping their entire program to be fully compliant. Why else would they hire a law firm in the USA. I have looked at many of the post on this site and noticed many errors by posters. JBP or JSS Tripler does not guarantee 2% daily. They pay up to 2% daily. Big difference. I think many people are judging this book by its cover, but in reality, I think Frederick Mann is morphing this into something very legitimate, otherwise, why bother to have a law firm? I think when you see the massive fraud being committed by banks, and now high ranking government officials, sometimes I wonder if its safer to trust online opportunities rather than give your money to the Jon Corzines of the world who ripped off $633 Million from his MF Global clients and is a free man today dining at the finest resturants. It's obvious to me, crime does pay for those with the right connections. As it stands right now, I trust the online programs more than I trust the so called mainstream investment companies. Seems like the woile world is coming apart from greed. And the worst of the bunch are the ones connected to Wall Street who get to scam all of us under the so called view of the SEC and avoid prosecution when they do wrong. What does that say about the SEC?

New at this aren't you. First, the SEC does not oversee and regulate banks, the OTC does, but this is nothing more than deflection on your part from the true situation with JBP.

Let's let Fred not pay 2% daily and see what happens when he explains the 2% is not guaranteed. He does promise that he "will" pay 2% daily and 1.5% on weekends. He didn't say up to 2%. Read the website.

You have to be legal day one, not open up for business then over the next couple of years start to become legal. The mere fact they are saying they hired this law firm to make them legal proves they are operating currently illegally.

But this law firm is not a business law firm, SEC law firm, or even an MLM law firm. Now I am going to type this real slowly so you get it: They are a CRIMINAL Defense law firm, and they represent "individuals" who have been charged with a crime. They couldn't make JBP legal if they tried.

It has not been proven that they even represent JBP, only that JBP claims it. The mere fact they are a criminal law firm should speak volumens about what they fear is coming.

But if you are going to try to deflect attention away from JBP being a Ponzi, at least get your information correct when you want to illustrate all the "other" types of crime as a reason why JBP is no different. If JBP is no different, then you are admitting they are crooks.

I guess I must have ticked off a few of the believer's at MMG in the JBP thread with my last post. Now I can only access page 1 of the thread even though it is showing page 160. They didn't ban me as I can still login under my name, just can't post anything new, at least I think it won't post. I didn't even get a notice that I was blocked or even given a warning.

Guess I hit too close to home and they can't have anyone exposing this Ponzi for what it is. But it won't make any difference as now there are too many posting on MMG they haven't been paid for 2-3 days, triplers are not showing up, and a whole host of other back office issues. Me thinks the Titanic is taking on water, and it is just a matter of time before this sinks for good.

PS: I had a friend check out the thread and was told I am not banned, a temp ban, or a time-out, so it has to be a techie issue. I thought it might be since I could still access the forum and login. And I'm sure I would have received an E-mail advising me of a temp ban or a warning. They have treated me very well since my ban was lifted, and I do appreciate that. Still I'm sure my last post didn't sit too well with the faithful.

Empty rhetoric consists essentially of hollow promises-words uttered without any attempt to take the action necessary to back them up. These promises and commitments are made and then ignored or forgotten.

It must be hard enough keeping their HYIP ponzi games 'under the radar' as it is, without some LulzSec wanabee threatening to blow the whole thing wide open by involving other agencies as well.

After what happened to Andy Bowdoin, even Blind Freddy knows the I.R.S, Secret Service and FBI are fully aware of what's going on in the HYIP ponzi world.

One can't imagine introducing a little cyber-terrorism into the mix will help them stay 'under the radar' for much longer.

The very last thing they're going to do is come out in public and expose themselves by doing something stupid to members of forums or those who speak out against them.

She was most active around October 2008.

If you go back and check the Pathway-2-prosperity thread on MMG you'll find her using the same old tired arguments and threats she's using today.

I think I should send a case of Kleenex to all the cry-babies in the JBP thread at MMG for my exposing their Ponzi de Jour and all of Fred's lies.

Seems my last post got me a warning as I am trolling repeating the same thing over and over (Fred is a liar and JBP is a Ponzi); and of course name-calling by calling Fred a liar. I thought facts were not trolling or name-calling. So much for an open discourse on a Public Forum.

Now this also raises a new question. Since my last 2 posts were deleted, they don't exist. Therefore in the future if I post the same information that was deleted, it cannot be said I am repeating myself, and by not specifically calling Fred a liar is not name-calling, right? :RpS_lol:

Well it won't be much longer now until Fred loses Payza as a payment processor. Their board just announced they would be instituting new rules in regard to their customers.

https://blog.payza.com/user-agreement-updates/user-agreement-update

Now what is also interesting is that STP is also moving away from their wink-nod agreements and going to go legit based on their last comments. Seems they are getting heat from FSA and they want to partner with an US bank and their credit card. To do so, they have to clean up their act and get rid of the Ponzi's. So the Ponzi's payment processors pool is beginning to dwinde a little. Of course they still have those in Panama, DR, Costa Rica, Vanuatu, Seychilles, Aruba, Somalia, and Angola that I know will be glad to get the business. The only problem is it is going to cost the Ponzi's more, and they have no guarantee they won't steal all their money. :RpS_lol:

Dear Zepp Lombardo, This email is to notify you that your industry is no longer supported by Payza. Due to an increasingly stringent regulatory environment associated with your industry, which has been reflected in an update to Section 6.02 of Payza’s User Agreement, we can no longer process payments for your business industry. Because Payza is a licensed money transmitter agent, Payza must conform to the standards and regulations imposed by the U.S.A. and its individual state regulators. As a result, your industry has been included as one of the industries Payza can no longer support. As of July 20, 2012, we will be required to conclude our business relationship with you and terminate your current Payza account. Please be sure to close your Payza account and withdraw all of the remaining funds. After July 20, 2012, your account will be automatically closed or restricted. If you are not able to withdraw your funds before this date, you must contact us for an assessment of your fund withdrawal eligibility. As it is not our intent to hinder your business, we would like to suggest EgoPay, one of our most recent authorized e-currency exchangers, to help with your transition. some people don't want to see,

some people see, but realize there's not a damned thing they can do about it.

The guy above is a prime example.

It's taken 30 days for him to recoup just 20% of the money he sent.

At that rate, he's looking down the barrel of another 4 months before he's even recovered his deposit.

Who, in their right mind, would bet on Just Been Paid being around for another 4 months, much less being able to pay a consistent 1% or 2% daily for that length of time ??

I lost everything. I was tricked by an old friend named Neil Gallagher. He offered me a free surfboard if I lost any money with Just Been Paid. I lost every penny of the $1000 I invested, so I asked Neil for the surfboard and screwed me on his offer. So I contacted the FBI and the State Police against Carl Pearson and Frederick "The Nutcase" Mann. You may have to wait a little longer and many other people will lose their money but it will happen.

This means not enough people are putting enough money in, or the major players have pulled their money out so they don't lose when Fred goes bye-bye. Actually it is both, but that's what the restarts are for...but it is not a Ponzi. :RpS_lol:

I didn't expect a restart less than 2 months the last one. Hmmmm........I wonder if the old man's reasoning has been crippled by the aging process or this was something he waited all his life to do. I guess I may not make my new next big whopping $15 payout. LOL. ....True to be told and all jokes aside, there is no reason why he should do a new restart unless his balance sheet is near the red.

But hang on Lynn....before you give yourself a pat on the back, there is still the possibility (remote as it may seem) that this restart is nothing but the new (annoying) strategy to keep the programme "indefinitely" going and to keep it "sustainable".....so don't blow your celebration whistle just yet....

While it is still unclear if Fred received a notice from Payza that as of the 20th JBP can't use Payza, the alternative payment processor egopay is not as rosy as first thought. There are going to be a lot of really unhappy people if they use Egopay. Seems their fees are a lot higher according to information provided by MyBrowserCash as reported at MMG:

URGENT! ALL PAYZA USERS READ!!!!!

Within one week many programs will have to move their funds from Payza to EgoPay.

The Egopay game is going to be very costly. Direct Payza funding cost 3.9% + 0.59$ per transaction, withdrawing cost 2%. Add to those costs 8% of JBP withdrawal fee, and if we assume that most transactions will be at rate of $20.00, This gives us a total cost of $3.57 on each $20.00 transaction in both directions.

This represents a cost of 17.85% in total. A big portion of we can earn in JBP.
I am afraid that this might be deliberatly constructed problem, just to make enormous number of JBP members to go through egopay.com and take almost 1/5 of their investments.

To be fair, I did correct misspelled words and grammar somewhat, but the content has not been changed.

At first blush a lot of people were pleased that Payza had an alternative payment processor, but now it remains to be seen if it is a payment processor that will be used.

This might also be the strategy of Payza to set the fees high enough that people won't use it. Still I am sure those programs who are in need will use them since the fees are born by the members. They could care less what the fees are to the members.

ha ha yeah. I won't be putting up with this for too much longer. No one should have to " foot race " to the withdraw button, just to get out money that they've invested with the company. I've been with JBP since June 2011. I knew that getting tons and tons of members would ultimately be a downfall for them. Now it is nearly impossible to withdraw, and the MODs won't even answer your questions hardly. Half of them are probably just there for a paycheck anyway. As soon as I can ever get a withdrawal, I'll be moving all my funds elsewhere, until they get it together.

Last time around, he announced the restart and there was a stampede to pour money in because of all the hype. The restart was announced the first week of April, but didn't commence until the last week(I think) of May because of the influx of cash. The delay between now and the actual restart should give a clue to how poor the cashflow is. Then you'll really see the shills trying to shout down any voice of reason to try to milk a few more days or weeks out of it.

Is Pearson seriously trying to tell us the licensing authorities are going to be fooled into thinking Payza has gone legit, when he openly admits it is opening a subsidiary processor in an attempt to get around the rules ???

Either he's lying, Payza is lying, or, the more likely scenario is, they're both lying.

Anyone who now sends money off to this lot is just begging to be ripped off.
I think the answer may well be as this member gloats"

Ii think the whole idea of payza creating egopay is fantastic. Now they can not say that payza as a payment processor by law is not allowed to do business with this or that program, because as long as we use egopay payza becomes an exchnger and not a payment processor. Very clever. Thank you payza . Also note that Payza now has another level on which fees can be collected...!

I wonder if anyone seriously believes the people from the SEC/FBI/Secret Service/IRS/FTC and CFTC are sitting around saying:

"Damn, they outsmarted us again. Now we'll NEVER catch them"

Like, PEOPLE, for goodness' sake.

Forums are PUBLIC, people.

The news of what Just Been Paid and Payza are doing is all over the 'net.

The SEC/FBI/Secret Service/IRS/FTC and CFTC knew about it before the members of MMG and Talkgold knew about it.

Since you need a minimum of $20 to withdraw, AND I believe you must be upgraded to withdraw (i.e. buy an upgrade) AND JBP keeps intentionally rotating the time of day a withdrawal can occur, he has basically sold his soul for.......squat...!

Me neither. It was a simple question: Does your firm represent companies too or only individuals?

Now since they are a criminal law firm, there is no way they could help keep JBP in legal compliance. Since JBP is in cyber-space, kind of hard to be an "in-house" law firm don't you think?

Makes you wonder if Fred is now domiciled in Utah or Southern Idaho since that is the only areas this law firm is licensed to practice.

Maybe my question was too difficult for them to answer?

It's Jardine... I wouldn't expect any communication from them unless they're being retained on a case that you are also involved with. Remember, this was the law firm that J.J. Ulrich used to spring Harvey Dockstader from prison. At one time I thought that they were a normal, if a bit clueless legal partnership, but nowadays what comes to mind when Joseph Jardine is mentioned is Hugo Ingermann.

If it's a real "law office", then they don't have time to play silly online games, so sending silly emails, or even leaving phone messages, will probably not be considered serious inquiries and thus be ignored or deleted.
The correct way to address these concerns is via the US postal service. Send them a good old fashion letter, and if you are a non-profit company as you claim to be Edgington, with your letterhead and write all your concerns about the legality of Justbennpaid and ask if indeed they've been retained as a law firm for their legal representation in the US.

Any other method is plain silly, IMO.

Well, besides having to chase around the clock to get your money out, now Fred's, the Genius, program is having these issues:

Is anyone else having problems with their triplers being placed? I had around 20 triplers over a week period or so that had still not been placed. It was about 433 triples purchased 412 triplers placed. Then suddenly I had 434 purchased to 203 placed with 184 active triplers in my "positions" area. Has anyone else noticed that the numbers in their members areas are all messed up?

Also, has anyone else noticed that their expired and transferred triplers have disappeared from their tripler members areas? I had 70+ transferred triplers that had still not been placed in my matrixes but showed up clearly in my tripler members area in both the financial and positions section as well as 18 triplers converted from the last restart that had still not been placed. All of this info has disappeared and no new matrixes have been created. Now in my tripler financial section, all it says is I now have 16 expired triplers. Have I missed something here, are they doing something new with the accounts, or is it just my personal account that's glitching up terribly?

Posted by isayyes at MMG this morning.

Hmm, and here I thought Fred, the Genius, was making everything "easier" for the members. Any bets all the "wonderful stuff to come" doesn't happen? Just like there won't be any cease and desist orders or lawsuits for libel.

And the hits just keep on coming for Fred, the Genius, and his JBP that is indefinitely sustainable, and I quote from MMG:

QUOTE (oPatricko @ Jul 23 2012, 07:57 AM)
I am sure this will be resolved soon

Patrick

Yeah I hope so Patrick. I feel like I am in limbo right now. $200 withdrawal missing from JBP, $600 withdrawal missing from STP to my bank account, plus $1,400 of withdrawals from STP which have been showing pending on my account status since early July. STP not answering support tickets and their phone just rings busy all day long. I hope they aren't about to go down again. They have been the best option for JBP since Pazya stopped allowing ACH transfers to my bank account and then of course they stopped dealing with JBP all together. I guess I just need to sit tight and hope for the best huh?

Let's see: We have roaming payment times, but are limited to how much you can withdraw, if you can withdraw; E-mail addresses of members hacked; missing Tripler's; missing money; website not accessible at times (not maintenance); a restart in just over 50 days meaning Freddie, the Genius, is out of money already; no outside income to keep this going; need constant new money or restarts will be even closer together; but this is the best program on the net and is not a Ponzi. :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol:

It usually takes around 3 or 4 ponzis before people wake up to the fact that in HYIPspeak, "balancing accounts between payment processors" really means "we're running out of money and we're only selectively paying a few members, ESPECIALLY monitors and those shills who will post "I got paid" on the various forums"

This disgruntled member is slowly waking up to the realities of "selective payments"
