We took a long vacation in Houston two years ago. Our former neighbor moved back to Houston to rejoin the team at NASA. Who wouldn't want to be a part of the space program and the incredible accomplishments at NASA?

I can't believe Obama has ended the return to the moon. Everyone there was so excited about that. Humankind is destined to explore and shoot for the stars. The dreams and the employment for so many has ended.

I know this is old....but we've got the Mars mission now, and who knows what the future will bring?

Aside from that, what else are they doing? Topographic studies of earth? All above my head, but glad the whole sha-bang wasn't shut down.
