In the midst of recording a new album, let’s see, number 24(?) – not sure, but certainly not the first, I figured out how to publish songs on rapidly growing Internet music providers like, iTunes, Rhapsody, Amazon, Spotify, eMusic, MediaNet, Zune, Nokia, Napster, and Thumbplay.
The first song to get released is a rocker that did really well for my group, Dreamer, originally written, recorded and released in 1995 called, “The Rhino.” If you can spare $.99 and iTunes is your fave, go to iTunes (iTunes Store) on your computer, or download it from http://itunes.com (http://itunes.com/); go to iTunes Store, and put Tim Darnell in the search box found at the top right of the site. The creative juices are flowing again, and it’s so weird for the muse to appear after a considerable absence. It’s like getting the urge to play golf after a long lay-off, and pleasantly finding out you can still hit the ball (at least to some extent).

Desi Red – Bob Tupper (guitars, bass and vocals) and Donny Green (guitars and vocals) on new music. Donny just discovered a tumor on his spine, so I would appreciate your prayers for him. He’s been gigging a lot lately with his group, Los Thangs, who got back together on a whim and are finding they still “got it!”
Desi Red was ultra-creative musically, writing almost all our performance material along with the addition of a few cover tunes in our sets, depending on the gig. We first met at Texas Tech in Lubbock in 1978. I’m a little hazy on who called who first, but we originally called ourselves, Shadowfax, playing primarily at the Rox night club in Lubbock, a hotbed for big-name concert acts, and several other very good rock bands from the panhandle. Perry Jarrell was the talented keyboardist and vocalist that made up the original foursome in Shadowfax. Perry fell in love with a beautiful TTU co-ed; and, eventually made the better choice of staying in the band or marrying Eva (the latter was his choice). They now live in Houston. We surprise crashed his 50th birthday party two years ago, jamming with him and his current band – way too much fun!
Paul Nabors joined us a little after Perry left, playing both keys, guitar and vocals. Paul is now in Big Spring, Texas. More on Desi Red and current music collaboration later.

We indeed are resolute in creating profits and better financial situations for hundreds and even thousands of Reps. But we are more resolute in doing business correctly, with God as our guide, Jesus Christ as our model, and constantly recognizing and delighting in the value of our people for their intrinsic worth.

I have been doing some research. If Cathy Darnell was aware of the tax debt and was filing a joint return with scammer Tim she is in deep doodie. She is also listed on the tax lien itself. So, she is responsible for any deficiency on the return (or silly Tax Affidavit.)

Of course, the back property tax may get the house foreclosed first. When the tax is not paid for a second year in a row in January 2012 they are sure to face a lawsuit. If they do not pay the tax in full or stay current on a 36 month payment plan and the coming years taxes, then the taxing districts will get the property.

It wouldn't matter who gets the house in a divorce as the lien follows the property.

The question seems to be who will get the house first. Will the IRS garnish her wages? Tim Darnell has mentored himself and his family into financial disaster. I don't think there will be any escape from Uncle Sam at this juncture.

Very little financial training takes place in public education. I was once a person who was utterly baffled by the vast array of options, financial products, markets, tax issues, and retirement possibilities. I didn’t know the difference in a “qualified fund” and a “non-qualified fund.” The related concept of ‘Before tax dollars’, and ‘after tax dollars’ was vague for me at best.

So, when I made the choice to become a Financial Professional, I chose to approach the field objectively. I chose to not be attached to any one financial philosophy or any one company. I knew I did not want to be a “Captive Agent” of a particular company where my ability to offer the best solutions and advise to my clients might be hampered or limited.

Several years back I entered into and ‘endured’ a business partnership that fairly quickly included fraud, collusion, and embezzlement by two partners.....

What a challenging time for my family, my employees, my Representatives (mostly very good friends), and many others who were distressed to see the business and me go through such an arduous ordeal.

Losing a business takes no small toll on a person. I wouldn’t wish what I and my family went through on anyone. A failed business affects a person mentally, emotionally, and even physically. Non-stop, intense stress will actually make you look different, and not for the better....

After realizing that my status in the company where I was the President, CEO, and Founder had been negated by the nefarious collusion of my “partners,” I determined that my best solution was to resign my position and immediately start a new company with a much improved business model....

I had bill collectors calling non-stop, Sunday through Saturday for well over a year, but we finally erased more than $200,000.00 in credit card debt! How nice to be able to answer your phone and it’s not a bill collector!!!
We came out of the torment intact. We survived....

Collusion can even take the form of pirating money out of a company and putting that money anywhere the majority conspirators decided it should go. For instance, operating capital, with no more than a phone call between the two colluders could by vote be designated as salaries for the conspiring parties. That is exactly what happened in my situation. English translation? “They stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in operating capital” simply because they could out-vote me....

When you choose to live in an Abundance Model, rather than a Scarcity Model (Scared City), you will find incredible new options are available. There is more than enough abundance, supplies, and business for everyone to thrive.

For instance, I have recently had to file a law suit against an agency that falsely and erroneously made statements about my company. The statements were ridiculously false, yet they somewhat tarnished my company and me personally to those who don’t really know who I am and what we do. The statements were verifiably false and the defendant admitted under oath that his statement was made based on no experience of my industry. He stated that he was ignorant of my industry and had no knowledge of the very laws he thought I was breaking. Amazing! And yet they stood by their statement, refusing to retract their posting. What has been a sterling reputation was made questionable by their statements.

Without going into great detail, I find it truly predictable that I would face a formidable Giant the moment I began writing a book called, “Slay Your Giant”. That had to happen, would you not agree?

But look at the positive aspect of this seemingly negative circumstance. How perfect the timing – a gift of first-hand, experiential data that would do nothing but give me greater insight into this important subject matter of Slaying Your Giant! I must tell you that I’m actually thankful and excited about this challenge. What better way to put Godly insight and advice into action! What I am sharing with you is actually serving to coach me through this battle.
Frankly, I have never had more confidence in all my life. I am calm in Christ! I know that, by the time this book goes to press or shortly thereafter, I will have conquered this particular Giant, and I will begin gearing up for the next one who will inevitably appear.

And so for me, I say, “Let no one lose heart on account of this ‘agency’, your servant will go and fight them.” I have decisively entered the battlefield. I have calmly and resolutely committed to the fight. And I am completely confident of the victory, with God as my guide, companion and fellow warrior. Insert Your Giant’s name in this phrase and let it be your firm conviction to prevail, as well....

Certainly my attorneys are trusted and capable allies as I fight business issues.

You can’t put stock in unqualified peoples’ opinions, even if they are a beloved family member or someone you have respected in the past.

Champions are more open to money flowing out and flowing in....The reason that people differ in monthly and annual income amounts is because each person “thinks their way” to different dollar amounts.

Small income is a “settle for” mindset that correlates to a poorly developed self-image. It’s time to see yourself creating more money. See yourself as deserving and able to create double or triple what you are now making. The money is there – billions of dollars are floating all around you every day. The right business or the right job is there,....

For instance, imagine your monthly income with an extra zero at the end of your current monthly amount. Would that make an impact on your life? You bet it will....

We will be raising $250,000,000.00 for qualified ministries thru 2010. I project substantially more - 1 Billion dollars from 2011 – 2015, all for ministries that are truly doing God’s work. How, you might ask? God has given us powerful techniques that raise huge amounts of money without our having to ask a single person to donate a dime. Yes, you heard me right. God gave me the job of raising millions of dollars for His glory and for the help of His children.

One must first GIVE in order to GET. I call this the Law of Circulation. You have to put money into circulation, rather than keeping it clinched to yourself.

If you are fighting a battle on an uneven playing field, then you’ve been trying to create wealth via a mechanism that will never pay you appropriately. Many are actually purposely designed to “not” pay you well. Few compensation plans pay fairly and in large enough amounts.

In Slay, Tim insists that God brought him the Hidden Treasures/Fundraising Advantage product. That sickening product bombed almost immediately as evidenced by the court papers. Then Mike Napoli, as published in Jack's blog, was told do not market TFA (Hidden Treasures), by God himself. Poor God just can't make up his mind.

Both versions of TFA (The Fundraising Advantage) bombed with zero dollars in sales. No church, ministry or charity ever bought a conference and the Hidden Treasures bogus stranger owned life insurance scam ended with no policies underwritten. 60 reps got insurance licenses for nothing and some were ruined financially by their involvement in that disaster.

So a whopping 0 / zero dollars was raised for charity / ministry etc. Yes, I said ZERO!!!!

God never gave Tim a job to raise money. Tim gave himself the job of using His word to empty people's pockets. He has been involved in scam after scam for years now.

Tim goes on to discuss the lawsuit against the "agency" which we all know is the Better Business Bureau and Dr. Jon Taylor. He thinks it is so telling that he has filed the lawsuit as he writes his silly giant book. He blathers on about how God has assured him he will prevail. The truth prevails and Tim is trounced in court in Summary Judgment. God changed his mind again and stabs poor little Timmy in the back.

Tim talks of $400,000.00 dollars being embezzled from All Star Entrepreneur and has implicated Glenn Green and Claudia Cawley, but that lying fool never reported that obvious felony to the police or filed suit to recover those hundreds of thousands of dollars. A pretty flaky story to be sure!

Tim tells folks to imagine their income with an extra zero. Ha!!! 98% lost money and took many zeroes off the end of their monthly income thanks to Timmy.

Tim tried to slay another of his giants. He sued me and I kicked his rear end in court in Summary Judgment just as the BBB did. When is his wife going to put the brakes on this clown???

Tim, if he had the I.Q. of a head of cabbage would make that inane piece of worthless drivel disappear. He is proven a delusional fool by his own words. No one is going to pay to read that trash. His "Giant" the BBB kicked his bobo. His egregious insurance product is long gone. If I was him, I wouldn't want that crap available for the public to read.

My close friend Judy Sterling graciously shared everything she had and knew about Advantage Conferences in order to see others would not be harmed as she had been. She and Tim had an interesting exchange about numbers. The numbers were a statistic that critics could use against him as the business was such a complete flop and financial disaster from the get go!

Tim was always desperately trying to hide things and sweep things under the rug. Givers Magazine was a one issue wonder. The few that paid for the subscriptions never got the rest of the issues they paid for nor did he produce a coffee table book to replace those unpublished issues. It was a total dud!!!! I got a copy and notified all the advertisers that they were wasting their money. After promising 20,000 copies Judy said the clown only published 5000 copies. Only one advertiser was someone from outside of Advantage Conferences. Judy was exceptionally savvy and talented, but no one could peddle Tim's nonsense to anyone with any business acumen.

I have called Tim an evil dictator for years. I was quoting his angrily departing reps. This rep whose e-mails I am posting spent $21,000.00 in All Star Entrepreneur before it went bankrupt. He only made money as he got part of the tiny percentage of matrix commissions that were paid on each sale and he had Jack Weinzierl as a recruit under him in the towering pyramid. He never made his second training sale and qualified, so all he ever got was matrix commissions. In 2007 Jack Weinzierl had only a few sales as the scam was imploding, so there was almost nothing trickling upstream.

Tim Darnell couldn't have paid the matrix commissions even if he wanted to. Advantage Conferences was already drowning in red. The Better Business Bureau had emptied the account leaving only $500.00 dollars in May 2007. Tim sold his car he had paid cash for two years earlier to fund the conference and conned an 80 year old rep, Phil Orr into loaning him $30,000.00. Tim wrote that off in the Advantage Conferences bankruptcy two years later. This is when the huge mass exodus was underway. By January 2008 only 100 reps remained and that field shrank quickly as even Jack Weinzierl threw in the towel.

This rep points out that Tim's packed calls were nothing more than a pack of lies! He also gave Tim a warning about how serious people were about taking him out. He noted that he had finally read Scam and that Tim had "some serious enemies that were ready to get you at all cost." He notes how Tim has lied cheated and deceived.

I just adore Quatloos.com. Tim Darnell should go the extra mile and really shoot for the big time. Why settle for having his butt royally kicked by just the Dallas Better Business Bureau and me? He should sue the IRS and government. I would love to see his name proudly displayed in the Quatloos Tax Protesters Hall of Fame, or should I say Shame!!!! With a $97,265.17 tax lien and two additional ones for $8,000.00 each plus his delinquent property tax he has no hope of digging out.

Why not really go down in flames and take on those major governmental agencies? Tim has always seemed so absolutely desperate for any kind of attention. Those false criminal allegations of me stalking him and sending death threats and his other alleged antics online sure got him some attention. And, who could forget Jack Weinzierl posting with nine IDs on Scam and then creating a bunch more to vote in that poll. This would be the little, lying weasel's chance to make history and leave a legacy for his children they will never forget. No doubt some sympathetic fellow non-citizen / tax proptester(s) will bring him a cup of coffee and McDonald's sandwich on the park bench while the media films! Then he will finally get to see his mug on TV like he always wanted!

Tim Darnell was a rep for Global Prosperity and that is where he got some of his crazy ideas about denouncing his citizenship and sending in Affidavits instead of tax returns and the money owed to the IRS. Here is the story of a fellow rep in Texas. Darnell should be tossed in federal prison as well. His Affidavits and refusal to pay from 1999-2005 deserve the full punishment. His wife should be garnished for their $97,265.17 lien for the 2005 tax year that was just filed in January 2011 after the IRS has spent years fighting with those arrogant scammers trying to collect the taxes they owed. I get very little nasty email in my business but I would say that 90% of what I do receive is from people involved (on some level) with Global. Most of the emailers have two things to say.

I must work for the government to not like what Global is doing
or
I am an idiot because I obviously don’t understand offshore investing and global is only trying to educate people about how to not pay taxes.
It is funny because I point most of these folks to site that illustrate that what Global is doing is illegal and they say that I need to get out of the dark ages and educate myself. Some of the callers even refuse to acknowledge that Global is banned from doing business in some states. They won’t look at any info that Global hasn’t supplied to them. I guess cults are tough to crack.
You can imagine my surprise when one of the top guys in Global called me after getting out of prison and said that he is making it his “personal mission” to make sure that people stop joining and Global Prosperity is closed.

In January, 1997, I was taken to a conference call to a presentation of an organization called G.P.G., now I.G.P., and listened to how you could make thousands of dollars and NOT have to pay any income tax on that money. I was amazed and excited and thought I had found my pot of gold! I sent my $1250.00 by way of a cashiers check to the person who brought me in, called a director. I immediately started listening to every training call and followed everything she told me to do. I ordered leads and made a sale my very first day and my second sale a few days later. I was so excited because I saw this working and then the next sale went to me and out of $1250.00, I made $1000.00 profit. You couldn’t believe how happy I was to see something working and I was actually making money! Well. As the story goes on, I kept making sales and then I was introduced to the co-founder of Global, Dave Struckman.
Dave said if I stepped up to Global II, he would work with me personally. I did and I was qualified (having 7 sales under me) my second month.
I was looking forward to going to the offshore seminar and hearing about all of the investments and meeting all the people I had been working with. When I got to the seminar, I saw so many positive people that were making money and not having to pay taxes on it. There were different speakers but the main guy was Keith Anderson (now a federal fugitive) and he explained how a person could set up trust and other methods to hide money from the I.R.S. Of course, I followed Dave Struckman’s and Keith Anderson’s advise and set everything up like they said. The investments looked great but I was a newbie and used most of my money to get to the seminar. It was a little scary to hear this information about taxes and the I.R.S. but I believed them.
I went back and kept selling the product and by May, 1997, I sent $10000.00 in for a down payment on my Global 3 ticket, which cost $18750.00. It was supposed to be the mother of all investments, where we would get exclusive programs just for Global members.
Well, moving right along, I kept marketing and working with Dave Struckman. I considered myself pretty close to Dave and we would go out to eat and dancing with some of the other top leaders. It was quite an honor to be one of the first people to step up to Global 3 and things were going good.
A while later I kept hearing rumors about cease and desist orders but Dave Struckman, Dan Anderson and Zo Lamatius said that they were not a company and they just didn’t respond to it. That bothered me but I bought the explanation. Then came more problems with different states with the same thing and those states said that we couldn’t sell Global any more and some were saying the fine would be $25000.00 per occurrence. Struckman, Anderson and Lamatius took action and changed the name to I.G.P. and came out with new tapes and got into a big fight with Keith Anderson.
Keith left and started doing his own thing but then new people came in and they said the trusts Keith had set up were no good and we would need something new. By changing the name, they bypassed all those cease and desist orders but the bad publicity was already out. I kept marketing the product but would run into people who had seen this on the net, so I was losing sales. More seminars came and went and all this time I wasn’t filing income tax and was worrying that I needed to get things straightened out.
About that time, Global/I.G.P. brought in Bill Benson (a very nice man and friend). He had a series of books and information that said the 16th Amendment was not ratified. Struckman said that you must have this information because it explains how you don’t have to file or pay taxes. Again, I bought in and after a couple of Trusts and now this method, it was getting expensive but to keep from paying taxes legally, I felt it was worth it. Then came along Judge Rizzo and the title sounds impressive but when you check him out, he was just a city judge handling traffic court and such. Well, he modified Bill’s system, he said, and made it better.
Now for the BIG news. I was contacted by the I.R.S. and they knew I hadn’t filed in some time and that I was in Global. I didn’t talk to them and I went and hired an attorney that used to work as a prosecutor in the U.S. Attorneys office. It is not a good feeling having the I.R.S. come after you as a tax protestor and I was scrambling for what to do next. I tried to explain to my attorney how, through Trusts and the information I had been given, that I didn’t have to pay income tax. He we really unsure of this but he was open minded to listen to the people who had sold me all of this tax stuff.
I called Dave Struckman and told him I was under investigation by the I.R.S. for not paying or filing taxes and wanted help on what to do. You see, I am the first Director in Global that had been charged by the I.R.S. and Dave wanted to fight this and prove his material would hold up in court. Dave even helped with the attorney bill, or I should say his Trust paid $15000.00 to the cause. We started getting all the details and talking to the experts, like Judge Rizzo, and having all of this explained to my attorney.
Well, we finally called the attorney that represented Bill Benson and he put out all my hopes. Now this guy was the biggest fighter for the 16th Amendment argument and we were planning to hire him as a second attorney since he was an expert with this 16th Amendment stuff. I was ready for a fight and knew that if charged with tax evasion, I could be looking at over 20 years in prison. This guy burst my bubble and told me he would LOVE to fight it but it CANNOT be argued in court again. It is what they call “beyond review” which means the 16th Amendment defense is out the door and I mean gone for good! It’s a way that the higher courts locked the discussion up where no one could use it again. I had no defense and I was in deep trouble.
I told Judge Rizzo, Bill Benson and Dave Struckman that this defense was useless and that every Trust and 16th Amendment was going to get everyone thrown in prison. Well, after that, Dave Struckman quit taking my phone calls and I was on my own. It’s tough to market something that you’re getting prosecuted for and then the big news: I was kicked out of Global! They came up with some lame excuse, but I was out.
Now keep in mind, I had been one of the first 600 people to start with good old Dave, Dan and Zo back in 1997.
Things were heating up with the I.R.S. and I didn’t want to go to prison so we brought in another attorney but he didn’t do me any good. The thought of going away to prison and being locked up like an animal was scaring the hell out of me but my attorney cut a deal. If I would plead guilty to only one count of failing to file a tax return, I would be charged with a misdemeanor and wouldn’t have to do over a year in federal prison. It was a terrible decision to make but I couldn’t do the 20 year thing for tax evasion if I was to fight them and lose. I took their deal and my life changed forever knowing that me, David X, with NO prior convictions, would have to do time in a federal prison because I believed David Struckman and the whole gang selling the tax scam stuff.
Everyone going to prison has to have a pre-sentence investigation where the probation office looks at your background for the Judge to sentence you by. They slammed me so hard on Global, Dave Struckman, Dan Anderson and Zo Lamitus, and labeled me a tax protestor. They told about the cease and desist orders and how we set up Trusts to keep from paying income tax. It was awful and I knew I was going to make the Judge mad with this information but there was nothing I could do and Global had pushed me aside because I was a liability and it would shut Global down if this got out that one of the top people got sent to prison for using their methods.
My day in court came and my Mom and Dad were there and the Judge had made up his mind and sentenced me to 8 months in prison. My Mom busted out crying and fainted on the bench. It was then it hit me that I was going to go to prison for believing Global and their so called system. I really felt so bad for what I had put my family through and what would I tell my kids, 6,14 and 17, about why daddy had to go away. You think of many things when reality sets in and I love my children dearly but daddy had to go to prison.
My parents drove me to El Reno Federal Prison at 12:00 on September 5, 2000. We pulled to the security box and told them I was there to self report and the guard yelled “Get out of the car and walk the line”. It scared me half to death and I don’t scare easily. I got out and said goodbye and not to worry. I turned and walked by this huge, double fence with razor wire and went to the iron gate and pushed the button. The guard came out and walked me in with the gate slamming closed behind me. They asked me who I was and why I was here and I told them a misdemeanor failure to file a tax return and the guard looked at me and said “Boy, you must have pissed some people off”. I was then told to strip and stand by an inspection wall where I was strip searched for weapons and drugs and then I was booked in. I was in with murderers and drug dealers that had 25 years sentences and more and boy, did I stand out. They say you don’t know what you have till it’s gone and when your freedom and family are taken from you and you become an inmate with just a number, well, you really reflect on things.
I would wish this on no one but on May 3, 2001, I walked out a free man. You just don’t know what is was like just to get some decent food at McDonalds but I chowed down and let me tell you, it was great just to be free again! Did I learn my lesson? Yes, I did and I am catching up on all my taxes with the assistance of the I.R.S. and my attorney. You see, I didn’t get out of paying and look what it caused. I am here to say anyone who is in Global Prosperity, now I.G.P., needs to quit and get their taxes filed before this happens to them.
You know, Global/I.G.P. is still selling that 16th amendment course with Struckman getting 50% of all the profit from city Judge Rizzo and the rest of the people setting up Trusts, structures and whatever they come up with next. I am sure they will try to smear this in someway like “he didn’t do it right” or “we have changed this now” but don’t buy it! They are making millions and while I was in prison and my family was suffering, good old I.G.P. turned it’s back on me and hung me out to dry.
Global Prosperity might try to smear me personally but if I can keep one person from going what I went through then it’s worth coming forward and telling the truth about Global/I.G.P. and the scam they’re selling. I am not one of those people that bought the course and couldn’t sell it and everything was great until I heard from the I.R.S, IT JUST DOES NOT WORK.
So many people have lost their life savings believing Dave Struckman and the Global gang. There have been two investment managers of Global that have run off with money and people losing millions with their hopes of making this high percent of return on their savings. One of the other funds was even closed in the Bahamas for misuse of funds. I even have an $18750.00 Global 3 ticket and a Global 2 ticket that I am stuck with. I know I am doing the right thing and I am going to explore every avenue with my attorney in Federal Court against Global/I.G.P. so we will see what happens. My final word is if you’re in I.G.P., then get the hell out and file your taxes. If you’re looking at this as an opportunity, then run as fast as you can and never look back. It is not worth going to federal prison over.

In the world’s economy, “more” is the thing that men chase only to find that “more” is never enough. In the world’s economy, conditions like recessions and depressions in the marketplace loom large in the minds of men. Tales of woe and hardship frighten the masses and cause them to tighten their grasp on inanimate coins from which they are destined to be separated anyway.

In the world’s economy, people fear money. They incessantly think about it and worry over it day in and day out. They secretly wish money didn’t exist, yet their lives revolve around it, while investing the bulk of their time and energy toward its acquisition.
In the world’s economy men worship and are controlled by a non-existent god called mammon. This man-made god of deceit seduces individuals and entire countries with the promise of tinsel and glitter – mere objects that never provide meaning, contentment, or true pleasure whatsoever.

The world’s economy is defined in terms of scarcity. The concept of scarcity is focused on to the extent that it becomes a mindset and way of life. Since money and things are thought of as scarce, competition to get “my share” drives individuals and populations to compete for the “little” that is available. Soon, people become bound to the rules of scarcity and take up permanent residence in the town of “ Scared City .”

In the world’s economy, human life is cheapened and even disregarded in favor of “our” comfort and convenience. Children by the millions are left alone without food or shelter, and that’s somehow OK as long as “our” stomachs are fed, and the sheets are warm and clean on “our” beds. “Ours” is so paramount that a baby can and does die of hunger every few seconds while we turn away in order to dis-attach ourselves from the horror to not feel guilty or nauseous.

The world’s economy is measured and reported on 24/7. Entire media networks focus on the world’s money and its condition. The world’s economy is watched like a hawk, while men focus their entire lives on understanding it, predicting what it will do, and conquering it. Those who seemingly have conquered it, gathering more for themselves than the masses, are venerated as pop icons, more famous than rock stars. We make lists of these people and value their rankings as if their lives were more valuable than ours.

When the world’s economy dips, the masses rise up and blame the President, the political party in power, and the Chairman of the Federal Reserve for their ineptness and stupidity. Likewise, when a household’s economy dips, blame and accusation flare against a spouse for his or her ineptness, stupidity, and lack of concern. The very subject of money becomes a source of contention, eliciting disgust and frustration.

Time out, please…
Can we please stop this manic carousel of confusion and aggravation? It’s time we understand and enter into a different economy - God’s economy. His economy is completely removed from the world’s economy, and doesn’t carry with it the angst and hysteria.

A few simple words reveal a greater economy - a powerful revelation for each of us to comprehend. “The silver and the gold is mine”, declares the Lord Almighty.” Haggai 2:8
God created the money. He created the things that money buys. Everything is His, and in God’s economy all of our needs are fully provided. They ‘have been’ provided and they ‘will be’ provided. He has given us everything that we need, not only for our provision, but also for the provision of the homeless, the orphans, and the widows. He gives us the choice – a test, as to whether we will “hoard” what He has so generously given us; or whether we will we transfer it to the ones who can’t provide for themselves.
The money to feed every soul on this planet has already been given to believers. It is in our pockets at this very moment. The question is whether we’re willing to turn loose of what we’ve been given to feed and care for those who are depending on us.

God’s economy is not scarce, so you can renounce your citizenship of Scared City if you’ve been living there. No, His economy is one of infinite abundance, where there is more than enough for everybody. His economy is prosperous, growing, infinite, and never subject to failure. It is not selfish, but rather expansive and inclusive of all of His children. If you want to find “more”, you’ll find it in God’s economy, and you will be amazed to find that it is always more than enough.

God says, and I paraphrase from scripture after scripture, “you are placing your focus on a wrong economy – the world’s; and the wrong person - yourself. You do not understand Who is important and Who is to be feared. Mammon will never treat you with respect and will always leave you empty. You can never trust in mammon – it is a trap and it will always betray you. No, I am the only One to be feared and respected. “I Am” your very great reward. Come to Me. Have courage and do not be afraid. Do not worry, but respect and trust in Me - and I, and I alone will take care of all your needs and even give you the desires of your heart.”

In God’s economy, relationships are infinitely more important than money and things. Relationships are our reward, and they are much more fulfilling and longer lasting than money or things. Wealth is a mere tool. Jesus told His disciples, “…use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings.” Luke 16:9 Jesus doesn’t say, “if” it will be gone, He says, “ when it is gone” .
In God’s economy – our wealth is stable. Our wealth is infinite. God is our wealth. He is our faithful provider. Our relationships, soul to soul with others, constitute tremendous, gratifying wealth, as well. Our wealth is here consistently all the time because God is here all the time – with you and me, and in you and me. Indeed, “the kingdom of God is within you” ! Luke 17:21b. How could we want more? There is no need to do so.

In God’s economy there is no need for the blame game. People are not to be blamed. They are not to be disparaged. Quite the opposite – they are to be loved and uplifted. They are to be built up and supported in every way, not cursed, slandered, feared, or despised.

In God’s economy, there is no need to worry about circumstances. There is no need to worry about the future. Jesus admonishes Martha in Luke 10:41 , “Martha, Martha..., you are worried about so many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better and it will not be taken away from her.” Mary’s choice was to not be distracted with preparations, agendas, outcomes, etc., but to simply be with Jesus. She chose the best – the relationship with Jesus rather than a schedule or thing.

In God’s economy, we “return” to Him, and He will “return” to us. I’ve always thought of that word “return” as talking about giving our hearts to Him, while following His decrees, and that is certainly true. But God, through the prophet Malachi is very specifically talking about money and possessions when He uses the term “return”. I believe He is very clearly talking about the monetary meaning of “return” as much as He is our heart’s return. If we don’t purposely give or “return” our money (our “returns”) to Him, we are in essence robbing God. Notice in the following scripture who is to return first – we are.

“Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the Lord Almighty.
“But you ask, ‘How are we to return?’”
“Will a man rob God? Yet you rob Me.”
“But you ask, ‘How do we rob You?’”

“In tithes and offerings. You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you are robbing Me. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. ‘Test me in this,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and I will open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.’” Malachi 3:7b-12

Let us be mindful of honoring and entering into God’s economy. Let us live under His rules and sovereignty, and not our man-made, up and down, worldly economy. Let us “return” to him in our hearts, and with our tithes and offerings. His economy is the right economy. His economy blesses - the world’s economy stresses. It curses. It frustrates and leads to nothingness. God’s economy is strong, faithful and not subject to the sneeze of the Chairman of some man-made board.

God’s economy was found long ago in the Garden of Eden, where man could find and have any and all he ever needed – abundant, delightful, free gifts from God. It will be found in the City of Zion , where the streets are paved with gold and where we sit at the feet of King Jesus surrounded by His dazzling white brilliance in the company of fellow believers. It is found today in our love for Him and in the hearts of one another - a prosperity afforded us beyond compare and measure.

In God’s economy, you can smirk at the recession and understand that opportunity always abounds regardless of circumstances, measurements, or the falling or rising valuations of the Euro or US dollar. True wealth lies in our hearts and in our relationships with our fellow man, our families, and with God Himself. In God’s economy, we are blessed beyond measure and that includes our needs and our finances.

Does all of this mean we shouldn’t go about the task of making money? Not at all. We should make money and we should be proficient at doing so. But it’s not all about the money like the world would have us believe. It simply means that we can get off the manic, agitating carousel of the world’s economy thinking our well-being revolves around the movement of markets, money and the creation of wealth. We can get our self-centered eyes off of the wrong person (our self) and focus on Jesus and our relationship with Him. We can loosen the death grip we have on our so-called ‘wealth’ and use our possessions to help those who are truly in need and rely on our awareness and compassion for their sustenance.

We must be ever mindful that the silver and gold are all His. His economy is extremely generous and in spite of what our checkbooks or savings account ledgers currently report, we have been blessed beyond measure.

Many talk of recession. Will you be fine? No, you will be more than fine. You will be, and already are unimaginably prosperous. Don’t be deceived by the world’s economy of confusion and chance when evaluating your worth and your measure of success. Enter into God’s economy and have total confidence in Him. Know that you live in abundance already and, in His economy, you have infinite value. You live in the very place where your future is perfectly assured – in God’s kingdom, God’s economy.

If you would like to commit your life to Jesus Christ, you can do so, and thereby experience the most important gift ever offered to mankind! You don’t have to be perfect – I’m certainly not and I know you aren’t either. In fact, we all sin and fall far short of perfection. Won’t you make the greatest decision you can ever make? I pray that you will do so today.

They are jointly and severally liable, so she is likely to have her salary garnished.

Ruth Madoff wisely decided the well being of her child should be her priority. Her other son took his life because of the scandal.

Is Cathy Darnell going honestly acknowledge what her husband has been doing? Is she going to kick him out and make a desperate last ditch attempt to save their home for her children's sake? Is she going to make an honest effort to compensate the many victims?

Tim Darnell was investigated and sent a warning letter by the Texas Department of Insurance. I think he should be in jail for this hideous deception. 60 reps got insurance licenses to push this bogus program. He tried to get the Better Business Bureau of Dallas to pay $10,000,000.00 in damages for this program folding when it was a scam from the get go.

Legitimate insurance companies will not underwrite policies that are based on a lie. Saying the insured is holding the policy for loved ones with an insurable interest in them is one thing. Lying and saying it will not be resold when in fact the senior is planning to resell it and is taking a huge incentive to sell their insurability is sleazy and totally dishonest. This program bombed and not one red cent changed hands, but that lying fraud Darnell told wild tales to his reps and they advertised his twisted lies.

Darnell is completely delusional. The Fundraising Advantage program as a seller of the scamferences and this stranger owned life insurance raised exactly zero dollars. Quite a bit less than the $250,000,000.00 Tim fantasized. The Advantage Conferences pyramid scheme was a colossal flop! I am not current on all the laws. I can tell you that when Weinzierl declared bankruptcy I and a number of his scam victims contacted the Department of Justice and the DOJ was very interested in possibly fraudulent transfers. They asked for and got special counsel appointed to investigate and litigate possibly fraudulent transfers. So, basically the DOJ could sue Jack's estate to recover money or assets he tried to hide in the months before his bankruptcy filing. Weinzierl panicked and begged for dismissal to end the DOJ's inquiry into his finances.

Advantage Conferences and its other top reps kept right on pushing that scam up to and even after the business ceased to exist after a December 2009 chapter 7 bankruptcy filing that discharged all AC's debt and some personal debt scammer Darnell threw in and liquidated the business with $0 in assets. He got the $20,000 he owed his attorney for the personal suit against me he filed and lost, plus the court reporter's fees for deposing me discharged in that bankruptcy filed almost 2 years after the company had plunged into the red.

Sleazy dealings to be sure, but small time well dressed thugs don't get brought to justice in our underfunded and understaffed system.

We were gratified in 2011 to see the Mavs really getting tough on defense. Always a great offensive scoring team, we never really put the clamps down on the defensive side of the ball until 2011 – and that adjustment, in my opinion, made all the difference.
If you are in business, you need to play both sides of the ball as well. Much of your public persona and the effectiveness/success of your online marketing hinges on how well you do both. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is offense. Reputation Management, keeping negativity off your SERP’s, is defense. (SERP is an acronym for Search Engine Results Page.)
The latter, Reputation Management, is absolutely critical for your business health. If your SERP’s are ‘diseased,’ (the public sees negative remarks or smear site titles and links on your first page Google results), you will experience decreased revenues, and, if left unattended for any extended period of time, you could experience much worse.
Having been a business owner all of my life, there is no question that there are multiple, crucial aspects of business that have to be mastered. Of those myriad issues, there may be none so crucial as the removal of negative content on your SERP’s.

Oh for the love of mud. Tim's MLM / pyramid scheme shenanigans have ruined his reputation, left him with a 97 grand tax lien and all had horrific loss rates of around 98%. This scammer just never gives up. Flipping burgers is a much better way to make money. One could walk home with minimum wage per hour and a free meal for a shift worked. And, everyone gets paid!!! IS THE MARKET BUYING: This is ESSENTIAL for your success as a marketer. Is there a genuine need for the product? Does your product/service competitively fill that need? Is the market crowded with similar products? Is the public already proactively buying your product, or will you have to “pull teeth” to find a sale? Your product should be one that the masses “WANT” to have, one to which they are genuinely attracted, and one for which they are ready and willing to pay. Ask yourself, “Is the public really buying this product or service, or am I being overly optimistic about the validity of this item?

You need to understand that you are always and unquestionably in the business of making certain that consistent qualified lead generation is a reality for you; and, if you have a team, it must be a reality for your Representatives as well. You should always be proactive in finding processes and methods that produce continual QUALITY lead-flow. Master this area and you’re in business! You can’t be caught flat-footed without leads – ever.



FAIR & GENEROUS COMPENSATION PLAN: Having reviewed in microscopic detail hundreds of compensation structures over the last several decades, as well as having written my fair share of the same for companies producing millions of dollars in volume, I cannot tell you just how critical a given compensation plan is for a Rep’s success. Most Representatives, especially ‘newbie’s,’ are unaware that comp plan differences are as numerous as breeds of canine. A great compensation plan (http://timdarnellac.wordpress.com/tim-darnell-reverse-marginsm/) can actually complement and compound your efforts.

On the other hand, a bad compensation plan can absolutely thwart your efforts, hard work and ability to succeed. A comp plan must work for all involved in the sales campaign – the company and all levels of Management and Representatives, and not slanted toward any one sub-group, like the over-achievers, or the company itself. In order to be able to delineate good from bad, compensation plan detail is a subject in which you’ll want to develop expertise as quickly as possible.
Also, find out if there exists a Board of Directors that has the power to change the compensation plan. Honestly, most Boards, in my experience, are comprised of individuals who have had success in other fields and other, often non-related verticals; and, their primary interest is the company’s bottom line. They don’t understand the negative implications for the field when comp plans are changed. If they, at the drop of a hat, can change the comp plan, you could find yourself damaged or in an indefensible position (http://portal.sliderocket.com/BISOW/Tim-Darnell-Reputation-Management/) even though it would not have been your fault. In instances where I’ve worked for other companies that I have not owned, each time the comp plan is changed, I’ve lost ~40% of my Rep base. So, be certain to discern with clarity who it is that has control over the compensation plan. If it some ‘detached’ Board of Directors, you may want to consider another product/service or a different scenario.


BIG TICKET vs small ticket: This should be completely obvious, but thousands of Reps will commit to represent a product that will simply not support their desired income goals. Small ticket items require more transactions in order to provide significant monthly income for a Rep. With bigger ticket items, fewer sales are required to create your desired monthly income. Seems self-evident enough, but far too many people choose to represent items that would, even if they were super-star producers, be almost impossible to make enough sales to add-up to a reasonable income. I have found that bigger ticket items usually require the same amount of energy to make a sale as does a small ticket item; so why would we not focus on products/services that pay bigger commissions? You should carefully analyze how many sales it will take to satisfy your monthly income goals when considering any product/service to represent.



DUPLICATION: Can you build a team selling with/under you that pays overrides in addition to your personally produced transactions? If so, is the payout from their production substantial or minimal? Also, does the compensation plan create competition between you and your enrolled Representatives? If so, then you’re going to have issues that won’t support long-term team-building. You comp plan should rather, naturally encourage cooperation. E.g.; If there is a question as to where a new Rep should be positioned, or where a piece of business should be placed, the plan should allow that volume to go under the lower Rep to benefit both parties – you and your Rep.

Sometimes, we don’t know the accurate answers to these questions until the product/service we’ve fallen in love with is field-tested. Field-tests can often be non-rewarding financial periods of time as we attempt to spread the word about a certain product/service, but that’s a professional marketer’s reality. Not everything you or I attempt will work – sorry. I and my Reps have seen great campaigns, and then there have been those that were complete busts. If you aren’t willing to go through less-than-rewarding times as a Representative team member, or even as a marketing company owner, then you may be in the wrong profession.
The good news is that you’ll eventually find a product or service that meets all of the above criteria, and at that point, your patience and testing will turn into a lucrative position as an Independent Representative!
Final Thoughts
In closing, learn to scrutinize first. Don’t emotionally commit to “what” it is you’re going to represent until you’ve done significant due diligence that includes the points discussed in this article. Don’t let due diligence steal your enthusiasm. You can research, and all the while remain optimistic. There awaits you powerful campaigns with which you can succeed, and perhaps, even wildly! Be patient. Exercise scrutiny. Choose wisely. Your time is coming!

Because the masses couldn’t care less about their product, service or concept. The Market wasn’t buying. And you can’t fool the market. It buys what it wants, not necessarily what we would like for it to buy.

Trends and Waves
We look for several factors, both tangible and intangible, in attempting to identify profitable products, companies, and sectors (marketing people refer to the latter as ‘verticals.’) We look for trends. We search the horizon for marketing waves. In my estimation, we have just found the biggest yet.
What this Company has done is so incredibly intelligent, that I literally shook my head when I was first presented the business model. It was so good – so excellent that I was only frustrated that I hadn’t thought of it myself.

SIMPLICITY
While marketing data – measurement and metrics are critical, one of the main intangible factors we’ve found that often makes all the difference is “simplicity.” What I’m about to share with you is the epitome of “simple.”

Trust me when I say that negative remarks found by people doing a Google search of you or your business is no laughing matter. Not having the answers to this crucial issue years ago literally put me out of business in 2009. With that as background, what I have learned over the last six years has been incredibly valuable. Here are five key mistakes for you to avoid.

1. Not Being Aware of the Gravity of the Problem - Ignoring the fact that seemingly innocuous negative remarks on your SERP's (Search Engine Results Page's) will have enormous negative impact, is not an option. A single nasty remark on a company's First Page can and will cost you in terms of customers, reduced revenues, a maligned reputation, and even the loss of your business.

2. Not Inspecting SERP's on a Regular Basis - If you are not continually vigilant, damaging statements will slide up your SERP's to the all-important First Page. The longer they are there, the more they will gain rank, Google relevance, and authority. Inspect constantly.

3. Not Acting Quickly Enough - Defamatory remarks are like cancer - the sooner you take steps to correct the problem, the more quickly a professional RM firm can annihilate the problem. Allowing the negatives to fester unabated can make the process more prolonged and expensive.
Unfortunately, people Googling your name will predictably gravitate toward negative remarks - exactly what you don't want. It is always wise to deal with negative comments appearing anywhere in your first ten SERP's, immediately and decisively.

4. Trying to Handle Reputation Management Issues "In-House" - Businesses too often think that their Webmaster or IT department is capable of a genuine Reputation Management solution. I can assure you - they are not. A business can lose valuable time and suffer incalculable damages if unqualified personnel are trusted with this complex issue. A company will be much better served hiring a trusted firm who is experienced specifically in Reputation Management solutions.

5. "Reactive" Reputation Management - Most people wait until they are diagnosed with cancer before getting serious about living a healthy lifestyle. Cancer prevention and healthy living should be a proactive concern long before one receives bad news.

It is time they take that lying tax evader out.

With $113,000.00 in tax liens and a suit for delinquent property taxes he has no business spending the week of spring break at a luxury ski resort. That is a slap in the face to his many victims who have lost their homes, gone hungry and suffered due to his scams and schemes. God has always seen the truth prevail as Tim has claimed. Justice will be served when the taxing districts enforce the lien on his property!

Their response to us was to take our $375.00 membership fee and post surprisingly erroneous information about our Company. We, therefore, are now in the process of litigating against the north Texas chapter (an independent for-profit franchise) on several counts.

There has been some inquiry about Senate Bill 1813, specifically the section, Giving the IRS power to revoke your Passports. A amendment has been tacked onto a Federal highway construction bill. Senate Bill 1813, proposed by Democratic Senator Barbara Boxer, includes an amendment that would prevent any American citizen from leaving the country based upon a determination by the IRS that you owe the government back taxes.
The amendment, Section 40304, was written by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and would authorize the State Department to revoke, your passports for anyone the IRS certifies as having “a delinquent tax debt in an amount in excess of $50,000.”
Well, if that passes Darnell and his evil wife won't be going anywhere!

Slide 7 of his Reputation Management power point presentation is beyond hilarious. He talks of one single negative remark costing thousands of dollars. My numerous truthful posts completely took him and his scam Advantage Conferences completely out. Jack Weinzierl is working for a bunch of sleazebags selling cars that have felony convictions and tainted reputations themselves, so no doubt he fits right in after years of not being able to make a dime.

I am like metastatic cancer that can't be destroyed and pops up everywhere imaginable. Darnell and Weinzierl will never be rid of me! I am absolutely waging a massive campaign against these scammers!

Darnell is keeping the identities of his clients confidential. He doesn't want to admit that he and Jack Weinzierl are his only clients and he has failed miserably in his attempts to clean up his own online reputation. He talks of years of experience and his many legal adventures. He can't give anyone any good advice on that front. He is known for his very embarrassing losses. He sued the BBB and I and lost. I sued him and he was forced to remove everything including the slam site using my name that had been investigated as a felony. Advantage Conferences and Jack Weinzierl filed bankruptcy and suffered the humiliation of having all of their court documents splashed all over the internet.

HOHOHO! This was just the laugh we all needed this holiday season!

By the way, Darnell better pay those property taxes. Wouldn't want a third lawsuit filed against him in district court for delinquent taxes. That would make for some hilarious posts right here!
