It's always satisfying to read these stories of regulators undertaking enforcement actions and following through with successful prosecution, but ...

... "Default Order" means no one from Tallinex showed up in court.

What luck do you suppose anyone will have trying to recover any money (much less $10 million) from some scammer in Estonia? Looks like the only possible avenue for any recovery may be US residents who got promoted to "invest" by General Trader Fulfillment in Utah, assuming GTF can be located, served and haven't already spent whatever they made in commissions on "The Laptop Lifestyle".

It is so bizarre to see these "investors" flocking to these SCAMS like moths to the flame time after time, decade after decade.
