You also make the assumption that someone that remains anonymous is somehow less truthful than people that use their real names. ever heard of Andy Bowdoin or Bernie Madoff? Perhaps you would like to suggest to the military, police agencies, and regulatory agencies that they cease undercover operations since their anonymous agents can't be believed. I again suggest to you that you be certain of your interpretations of statutes prior to requesting their enforcement. I'm sure there are numerous attorneys out there that would help with that. I know of at least two at another site, but you probably can't rely on them, they're anonymous!

Now that I am gone from that place of filth why do they keep saying all those evil things about me? I am no longer a threat to any of them. Fiedur has suceeded in blocking my IP so that I can not read his scam forums YET AGAIN.

Please will members here post any accusations that Fiedur makes about me in future, on RS. I know that I have caused him a great deal of problems and I am anxious to know what dirt he thinks he has dug up about me in future.

I was very ammused that TG's "Buster" had gone to enormous lengths to dig up, what he thought was dirt on me. He had traced my advertising back to 1972. "Buster" published an advertisment from a 1972 edition of Wireless World giving my office address at 155 Knightsbridge London SW1. It was not a PObox. I was Managing Director of my own limited company in those days and we rented office space at the address in Knightsbridge.

The advertisement was one that I did place in 1972. If Fiedur digs up any ads like that and suggests it was fake please publish it here.

RS is simply a hate site headed by an owner who doesn't study businesses even though it would be just as easy to study a biz as it is to study BBB rules and laws, and she has a past of harassment, and 2 posters there have been banned from here for rule-breaking.
"Community" should gather around itself, and not just sit back and do nothing. The part of the community that's in AIF should really take a look at that co-admin and start asking some tough questions. Also wonder why the word "Adland" is allowed over the doorway of a group where one co-admin is on a rampage AGAINST Adland.

Now, that poor hapless idiot thinks the BBB makes laws. The BBB has no authority to do anything. It is a clearing house of information. The Texas Attorney General's office and other enforcement agencies will refer folks to the BBB to file complaints and read reviews of businesses as they don't have the funding and staffing to do more themselves. Only high dollar, high profile cases will ever get prosecuted in the USA. The BBB is a place folks can go to get help resolving complaints against businesses, but the BBB can't bind any company to do anything. It is totally powerless.

Kathleen's community should gather around itself and see about funding her brain transplant. Sheesh!!!!

I saw you had the twin Jim Allen's as friends. He has mutilple accounts in Adland and uses them to cast his many votes to swing the click votes his way!! So funny!! They got caught doing it in 2008 trying to get Peter as Person of the Year. Had 2 people who stayed up late and watched it so they could report the fraud to CEO. I was not one of them, nto a late night person on pc!!

Of course THE MOUTH keeps referring back to an earlier year when someone else won it and she has been jealous since. I had not really gotten involved at that time and only learned of it later - mainly from her, so I am sure I did not get the TRUE story.

Just had one of supposedly 'friends' posting in support of them. So sad how people can change almost overnight. It is always good to know who are NOT your friends!

It is unlikely to be coincidence that whoever targeted placed these threats and posed as RS should target the thread in RS, if it was random selection. I believe that it is a deliberate attack against those who post at RS and are not technical enough to recognise the symptoms earlier.

Don't believe it is anything but deliberate since I have just heard of another friend who was hit also.

Yesterday while on line, my mouse would not respond to me but someone had control. I immediately closed down and unplugged from internet. My virus software did not find anything but definitely something is going on. These are slick computer hackers and I hope people are reporting them.

And if any of those people who do join are dumb enough to pay for levels 2-5 they get more worthless e-bits of garbage...

There is no real product of value at all.....The 100 e-bits of garbage are the worm on the hook to catch the fish....There to make it look like there is a product....But all these e-bits are outdated, worthless and freely availiable online anyways...

The question is however that this is not her first rodeo. She's been advertising schemes for over 7 years and has found one that is making her lots of money. She should have learnt by now that being paid does not make it legal. She's seen enough programs go down and/or be prosecuted in her time at AdlandPro

Bogdan has a big dilema now. Does he defend his long time advertiser or does he ban her for messing up his sacred traffic and the "good name" of his site?? It appears we may be undervaluing EZWealth Creations' place in the world of 'net scams.

Not exactly another ASD or Madoff sized fraud, but, big enough to be bloody dangerous when you realize this was back in 2009 and then think of this amount of cash being paid to God-knows-who:

Hmmmm, methinks something smelleth foul...! EZW claims it paid out $1mil in commissions. Kathleen claims to have raked in $75000 in commissions. That means that if any more than 12 other people are making the same claim the math goes to h3ll in a handbasket. This also does not square with a couple of other items from their promotions. Firstly, the 100% commissions from "sales" is supposedly direct from other members, not from EZW.( In actuality, the first line "resellers" are paying EZW for the "product" they are "giving" to their "resellers".) EZW isn't paying out anything, and is in fact raking in $10 per month per member, plus the "sales" to their first tier suck....errr resellers...! I wonder if anybody has looked at the digital "products" and seen how many were also offered by Club Hysteria...! Just contemplating here.

Know what we don't see from any of the anonymous attackers? Family. We don't see any mention of what's important to them aside from bothering people they don't know, they never mention the people and experiences that are important to them, offline or online, they completely keep everything about themselves hidden while attacking people who have our minds on friends & families and trying to do better in our lives.

Those promoting questionable deals and those that expose scammers should not under any circumstances put their families at risk by talking about them online and /or putting up their pictures. That shows a complete lack of good judgment.

Jack Weinzierl for instance had what appeared to be a very enraged former rep who said that he had lost his life savings and that his wife had left him threaten to come shoot him in a thread he started on Scam. Jack bieng the narcissistic clown with no common sense that he is decided I was responsible for those threats. In fact, I contacted a moderator at Scam and got the e-mail and IP address and to give them to law enforcement. Jack didn't report it to the authorities and they wouldn't take a report from me. I would say Jack is darn lucky a former rep didn't take him out.

One Advantage Conferences rep, a pastor, attempted suicide after his wife threw him out and he nearly succeeded. He spent time in the hospital. Jack as a Christian couldn't be bothered to check on his fraud victim. Jack was very upset that the guy had come into his business and then wasted his time only to quit. Jack didn't do his wife and kids any favors by dragging them into his sordid saga.

If Kathleen had the sense God gave a goat, she would respect her family's privacy and do what is prudent to keep them safe.

Thanks for bringing this over SBM. My stomach can't take much visiting in the Kathleen and Jim Scamland anymore. She is playing that card and telling more BS. She has NEVER been interested in anyone or their family except for HER OWN!! Wonder when she will start posting some artwork and more poetry, Bogdan needs someone to fill my shoes over there and I think they will be a tight fit for her but probably both her and Jim can just get a toe in and make others believe how GREAT THEY ARE!!

Sickos and I am glad to be gone. Why I stayed so long... Only reason I can think of I enjoyed meeting people all over the world and hearing about where they lived and seeing pictures. People not scamming have no reason to make up an anonymous family for pity. They don't need human shields to justify a scam as they aren't in any. There are plenty of people that know other people's families. Why would a scammer make another wrong assumption that they are 'hidden'? I was having a recent discussion with someone who sells "real products" online and that person also insisted that digital products are "not real"...while at the same time that person gets sales (money!) from selling real products via digital platforms such as Adlandpro forums and Facebook. There's the proof that digital products such as forums & networks DO bring in REAL results such as spendable cash. It's quite ironic how people who sell "real products" ONLINE don't realize that they are earning that REAL MONEY via DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS.

Ya really can't blame a woman with apparent diminished mental capacity confusing the term "real" with regard to digital products. Perhaps it would be easier for her if she realized real may also describe something that is useful and/or valuable! The digital products may be useful to some, but valuable? There is still no real justification for charging someone $10 a month, or $47 or $400 for products freely available on the web for free.

I learned back in 2008 to try and protect myself in a social community by keeping everything. It was by deleting some messages, I got myself in trouble because I had no PROOF these things were said. Do I have some treasures!! I even relayed in a message to the owner that this happened on a regular basis beginning in about November - February each year. Started early this year in October. Of course I was ignored and had it turned around by certain ones that it was I who did this. Always bring down the reporter by defamation, slander, and bullying. Happens each time.

I was looking at Kathleen's latest offering, yet another mailer with the name My-Easy-Promter (http://my-easy-promoter.com/?xredirect=1) then I discovered some other web page appeared on the screen Adlandpro mailer (http://freemail.adlandpro.com/email/scripts/loginuser.pl).

I would really like to learn more about these redirect pages and how to block web pages or popups which can damage your computer. When you get to Adlandpro mailer there is yet another popup which I did not allow. I noticed a banner that reminded me that they used to build web sites for members and probably still do.

I am not going to risk clicking banners on sleazy Adlandpro pages and advize people not to do it unless they have excellent security on the system which they use.

Blocking pop-ups is simple Judy

If you use Firefox as your browser,

Just go to Tools > Options > Content and then tick the "Block pop-up windows" box

In Internet Explorer, go to Tools > and the dropdown box gives you the option of enabling and disabling the pop-up blocker and changing its' settings

The "NoScript" addon for Firefox will automatically stop redirects and malicious scripts

I have blocked Adlandpro from depositing any cookies or popups but I have had a profusion of bugs and tech support engineers say that it should get better when I get a router. I am a bit confused about that because i have no wireless connection but they said they would explain again when I got it and demonstrate what they meant with their intranet.

First I understood the reasoning behind being suspicious of non-photo members because of recent happenings, BUT when I looked at John's forum posts, there were only a few, here and at 1 other forum, and nothing to do with bothering people. The strong reaction from the other member made me think he'd posted tons of ads in tons of places, but that wasn't the case.

I also understand we're a few days away from Christmas and it's stressful and if people don't get their Paypal income by today, it won't be deposited into their banks by Saturday, I try to have some tolerance for people. We all need to be more tolerant, especially during holiday stress, and always try to be patient with new people who don't have photos, to give them a chance to upload and become familiar with being here. No reason for experienced members to freak out if nobody is bothering them personally.

I've only seen you promoting 2 businesses in 2 forums today and not bothering anyone, I don't know why anyone would have an issue with that.

It would take a lifetime to point out every person who doesn't have a photo here. Some people don't have digital camera, scanner, whatever, some people are elderly or non-technical. I remember when I was new to the community a long time ago and posted a lot of ads in Offers/Requests without a photo and was either ignored or treated like a would-be criminal.

If you don't have a photo or profile written yet, click on PROFILE EDIT on the left side of your screen, then click UPLOAD PICTURE, if you have a photo of yourself, and then click ABOUT ME and write something, THANKS!

I had to take a look at John's profile to find out what you were talking about. How can we ever expect new people to stay and become a part of this community when we have people posting hateful comments like this on someone's profile for all the world to see. Wanna bet the hateful campaigns behind the scenes are still going on via PMs'? Shame shame!!! No wonder we have so many new people who join and then never come back. Can't say as I blame them.
We have several long time members who won't even put their last name or city of residence on their profile and then they dare to chastise a newcomer? Unreal!! I didn't have a profile photo for a long time because I didn't know how to upload it and the one I used before this one, my stepson uploaded for me. I have since learned how to do it myself with a lot of help from a very good friend.

This happened to me in FB on Christmas Eve. I had replied to a comment on my wall and said thank you to a friend. This friend just happens to be named "Kathleen". I clicked on what I thought was her that popped up and lo and behold, I had mistakenly clicked on Kathleen Vanbeekom!! This had never happened before because she/EZ wealth is not a friend of mine or in my friend's list. I quickly apologized to her rude comment on my wall, then found the BLOCK this person tab. Even before I accomplished this and having sent her a couple of messages to explain and apologize, wish her a Merry Christmas, she had posted 2 more very rude comments. All were deleted asap! She wanted to know since I had posted a link to my wall on her wall if I was still making negative remarks about her in other places...

Trying to stick with facts as much as possible and quoting from her own words, if that is being negative. Well, I don't want my friends and family involved in something they would choose to not be. Anything further develops on that front, she will be reported to Facebook admin.

I'd like to explain a realistic scenario about EZ Wealth Solution, this is how large daily earnings really can and do happen:
Explanation of RollUp Commissions, for people who still think this is a pyramid (NOT!)

There are 2 ways upper sponsors can earn passive commissions in EZ Wealth Solution, I'm going to explain "RollUps" here first even though those happen later after members are qualified, BECAUSE people are most confused about rollups and some people get an idea of an MLM pyramid, BUT this is NOT MLM and it's Infinity Paylines. The commissions are for SALES of digital product packages with unlimited Master Resale Rights:

Suppose there's a sponsor named Susan qualified at all 5 Package Levels,

and she has a payliner named Bob who's qualified at 2 Package Levels,

and Susan also has a payliner named Jane who's qualified at 3 Package Levels.

Let's assume all of them advertise daily and have consistent sales.

==>>If Bob brings in a new referral named Charlie who joins up to 3 Package Levels, he only has Master Resale Rights for 1 & 2 and handles the sales of those with his new referral. He can't make the sale of Package 3 because he doesn't own the rights to resell #3, so the sale would need to be made by someone above him who DOES have resale rights for #3, his sponsor, Susan, would handle that sale and get the #3 commission for $247. (Bob missed out on that qualifying sale on #3 because he did not purchase #3 for himself yet, he can decide to upgrade or stay at #2) The new referral, Charlie, is in Bob's paylines in 1 & 2, and in Susan's payline in #3. If Bob upgrades to 3 and then 4&5 and passes up two different people to Susan on 3,4,5 before Charlie upgrades, suppose Bob makes two sales up to all 5 package levels to Rick & Debbie as his qualifying sales passed up to Susan on 4&5 (and 3), and THEN later Charlie upgrades to 4&5 as Bob's third sale on those levels, that $1,494 from Charlie and all future sales Bob makes of 4&5 will go to Bob, plus all the usual lower level sales he makes, he would get all commissions for himself. SO Charlie would be in Bob's paylines in 1,2,4,5 but in Susan's payline in 3, and she would get Charlie's first two sales on #3 passed up to her, and the first two from those two...while Bob gets the qualifying sales on other levels from Charlie, and infinity paylines from those. You don't see anything like this happening in pyramids, because this is NOT a pyramid, it's commissions on individual product packages paid to the qualified person who HAS the Master Resale Rights for each package.

==>>Jane is qualified up to Package Level 3 so if she brings in a new referral named Mary who wants to join up to #3, Jane gets all the commissions, and none of it rolls up to Susan. So Mary is in Jane's paylines in 1, 2, 3.

==>>Susan gets all commissions when she makes personal sales of all levels because she's qualified up to all 5 package levels, so all her personal sales go to her, and those people will be in her paylines in all 5 levels.

==>>If Jane brings in William up to Package Levels 4 or 5, Susan would get the commissions for 4 & 5 ($1,494) because Jane only has resale rights to sell up to Package #3 and get commissions for sales up to #3. (Jane missed out on one qualifying sale for each level of 4 & 5, she can decide to upgrade to 4, or 4&5, or stay at 3). So William would be in Jane's paylines in 1, 2, 3, and in Susan's paylines in 4&5.

***Bob and Jane can upgrade at any time, then they still need to "PASS UP" their first two sales on the levels they upgrade to, to Susan. Then starting with their third sale per level and all after, those commissions on those levels will go to them.

If Susan has been in EZWS for a long time and qualified at all 5 Package Levels and has lots of payliners who are also advertising while she's also advertising, Susan can obviously earn a lot, and this pays daily, many members have multi $1,000 days. Lower level payliners can upgrade at any time by using their earnings or just by purchasing higher package levels if they can afford it.

Here's the other way members earn passive income from EZ Wealth Solution: This actually occurs first, before "rollups":

"Passups" from qualifying sales, each member has to pass up their first sale on Level 1 and pay forward $47 to their sponsor, the pay-it-forward is ONLY for the first signup, and then pass up their first two sales on each level 2, 3, 4, and 5 to their sponsor OR to the payliner above them, according to who's payline they were put into when they joined. Everyone pays for their own Package Levels 2 thru 5.

EZ Wealth Solution has accurate tracking that sends emails to all people involved in each sale, so they can contact each other about payment. There's no guesswork, and sometimes big sales come in from the resellers far down in our infinity paylines, completely unexpectedly.

Ummmm. Don't they insist that the structure is 100% commission? The company ain't paying out a thing. Members are paying Ron Walsh for his crappy software packages to "sell' to other members. Don't worry about me. It's the Start Wars not being true that pissed me off more than HYIPs being scams. EZ Wealth Solution is still an obvious scam and Kanthleen is an idiot for pimping like there is no tomorrow and under her real identity.

My husband and I were avid fans of Star Wars Finix but I can't remember any of it being based on truth. Maybe I missed something, anyway, not important. Lets not get on to "The Force" or "The Zero Point Field" Scratchy. It was an area of quantum physics that was not fully comprehended by Einstein. Kathleen may have learned more than Einstein from Bachman and her extra terrestial cronies.

There is an excellent book by Lindsay Field about some sort of force that was not unlike the fictitious Star Wars force. She writes for intelligent lay people and she has made a very good job of it. I have read it four times and grasped a little bit of a picture. It is far better reading than any of Kathleen of Bachman's puerile fantasies which they pump out to their downlines.

I think the book is called "The Force" I will find it when I dust my bookshelves.

All of us commenting in here have researched the EZ Wealth Solution that is hyped over in Scamland by Kathleen. I wonder if any of her downline has come to their senses and dropped out yet. Oh to be young again SBM!!

We are all working for the same outcome and that is report the crimes and criminals.
Well, we know for a fact her downline ain't making any money at all. Around $7,000.00 paid out in close to three months. How many hundreds or thousands paid in and never made a dime? What's worse, whether or not she knows it, she is destroying her own life, lives of her family members, including her numerous children and negatively impacting the lives of everyone who actually gives a damn about her in real life. Those people wouldn't include the EZ Wealth principles, though. If they gave a damn, they wouldn't have let her go as far as she did into pimping without some sort of explanation of what the hell she got into.

Every unsuspecting sucker she drags in is profit. The more, the merrier.

As long as Adland keeps dragging in the viewers, she's in business.
Even if she only picks up 1 or 2 new victims out of every 100 new Adland members, who cares ??

It is me not "scratchy" who considered Kathleen to be as thick as two planks. That was my comment. I may be wrong but I consider her a completed dolt when she is compared with the big Bowdoin promoters on Adland who have "vanished" like Carol Salisbury and ones who died and were resurected like Beverley Morin. The new Beverley Armstrong was resurrected and transformed into Beverley Morin in the twinkling of an eye. However one reputable Adland member noticed the sudden change of identy and commented.

Bernier's F5Mmillionaires club link has vanished from her Adland signature, so she must be getting pressure from some sources.
