Hello. I just joined and am glad to be a member. I'm working 2 jobs and live in Seattle. The cost of living is pretty high here and it's tough. I have tried a few opportunities I found online, and all turned out to be scams. I ran across this site and thought maybe I could learn the difference between a scam and a real business. There has to be something real out there, I just need to find it. Just trying to make ends meet. Thanks for having me.

Welcome!

What SCAMS successfully hooked you in that you lost money in?
I'm thinking that retroactively examining what warning signs there might have been would be of help to you.

My biggest loss was from a program called empower network. Lost like $1500 bucks. I thought from all their videos it would be pretty easy but once I joined no one helped me. The person I signed up under quit responding to me. Then a little while later the whole thing just shut down. I also tried a couple of rev shares because one of my friends said he was making money, but I wasn't able to make any profit before they shut down too. I just really need some help finding a way to make more money.

Welcome to the site for $19.99 I will reveal all my money making secrets in a special report. As an added bonus you can sell my secrets if you come in at the $29.99 platinum level, three easy sales and your initial purchase will be fully recouped plus earn you the title internet entrepreneur. Ok I kid a little, no one is going to pay you to do nothing or for a skill you don't have.

At all costs stay away from opportunities where you are being recruited as was the case of Empower and any RevShares you participated in. Ditto for "training" that promises you will learn to earn, most of that stuff can be had on the internet for free.

To make extra money reality dictates you must have a product or service that people will exchange for cash, not the opportunity to sell the opportunity to others. If you're working two jobs see if you can trade one or both of those jobs for something that pays a little more. That may mean another job, asking for more responsibility, or doing something on your own. Whatever your skill set, see what you can do to build on that.

Consider relocating to an area with a lower cost of living. End of the day if you can't/won't save money after all expenses are covered it is going to be impossible to get ahead.

This site might provide some insight on demand and pay. https://www.bls.gov/ooh/occupation-finder.htm?pay=&education=&training=&newjobs=&growth=&submit=GO
