I saw somewhere in the trash you write something about you "mentoring" people. I have mentored. To me, that meant taking my own time to work with a youngster and show them some of the differences between what they read in their books and how things are really done. How technical skills are important, but building relationships with others who have other skills you may need someday is important, too. In short, I gave my time, my wisdom etc... to these people for the simple reason that I wanted to help them.

It is important to note, I wasn't paid a dime to help them and they didn't pay anyone for my help.

First, if a bunch of hackers are looking for me and haven't found me yet, I'm not worried about them, after getting some death threats that unlike yours I did take seriously, I don't put much out with my full name, but there's plenty there you can find with very minimal looking. Neither of my homes is in my own name so getting an exact address might take some digging around, but still, I live in a 165 year old house on the main street in Gettysburg Pennsylvania which narrows it down quite a bit. In Ohio, Maineville ain't exactly New York City either.

But we do have some security. Real security. Because I have had what I consider serious death threats and unlike you trying your best to look like you have things, aside from some race car pics I don't post a lot of pictures of things, but don't make the mistake of thinking I didn't make sure I had the very best of the things I needed to feel safe. And even without the airborne wiener dog brigade, I feel pretty safe.

Lately I have been battling with the Hate Machine known as Real Scam dot com. In other words I literally lost my faith to a point where I almost forgot that the only ONE who matters when it come to how HE thinks of me is GOD! I hate to admit this that even I at times lose my faith and forget that GOD loves me and thinks I am great and as long as we live here there will ALWAYS be people who hate us. Especially real Christians! Anyway, it's time to move on. I just have to accept the fact that their ONLY purpose in life is to destroy people and I will never be able to change that.

The ring leader at Real Scam is Heather Dobrott from Garland, Texas and the reason she has such a passion for attacking so-called scammers (everybody who has a home business (http://workathomeblog.webs.com/apps/blog/show/24478047#)) was because her best friend apparently committed suicide after being scammed. Now, I am no psychologist but if someone commits suicide over the loss of money there is probably a GOOD chance she had a few more issues Ms. Dobrott may not be alluding to.

I have been ripped off by Bankers, Lawyers, Realtors, Employers and Work At Home programs in my life but I will never turn it into my life's mission to destroy them all. Imagine waking up every day and trying to tear down everyone involved in home businesses (http://workathomeblog.webs.com/apps/blog/show/24478047#). What a F&%$#@* watse of life! And time too!

In closing, I apologize to GOD for losing my Christianity over these petty attcks by these very small people. I should know that SATAN works through ALL of them to try to tear me down. Second, I wish NO ILL WILL on any of them however I do believe if they stay on the course they are on BAD things will happen to every one of them in time. I pray Father to show them their wrongs and correct them before anything BAD happens. I wish them peace and prosperity in everything they do. Help! I Can't Feel My Face!

Yesterday I did something I have not done for over twenty years and I will NEVER wait that long to do it again. Now, I already know what you are thinking with the Sub Headline but I can assure you that you are wrong and you need to take your mind out of the gutter! LOL
I was at the Dentist for a good two hours! Getting my teeth cleaned and my oh my did they need it! The hygiene specialist numbed me so much I could NOT even feel my face! There was good reason for the numb face. It had been so long that I had some severe plaque forming after all those years and my gums had strong signs of gingivitis! It was a blessing in disguise because my wife works for an amazing dentist and we have NO insurance so the procedure was discounted and it was time. I really needed it!
Next week they will finish the work with two wisdom tooth extractions and then it will be a long term maintenance but no more face numbing sessions like yesterday! My teeth are healing well with the saltwater rinses and they are really a lot whiter! That is a great side benefit in addition to the health benefits I will start to see. Long time over due! Thanks for reading my blog and be blessed!

The problem? They are telling lies about those people. In many cases the people that are being dragged through the mud are great people and work very hard to make money from home! I happen to be one of them and it sickens me that people who I have NEVER done business with call me a scam. They say I cheat people out of money! All kinds of lies!
What those folks need to understand is that they can be sued in Civil Court for a lot of money and that the burden of proof is really quite easy to get a judgment against the Cyber Bullies. You see, it's alright and falls under "protected speech" if you are relating YOUR personal experience with a certain person. However, it is against the law to tell unsubstantiated lies about someone you have never done business with!
My suggestion. Let the Government agencies do their job and if they prove someone or some program fraudulent then they will close it down! Shut your damn mouth unless you have actually done business with the person you are discussing!!!

Braddles should quote those laws he references with such certainty. Let's have all those judgments and injunctions against these "Cyber Bullies." I am for FREE SPEECH but to go online and tell lies about people who have home businesses I draw the line in the sand.

Last night I got a couple of beers in me and decided to give the super intellectual Hate Tribe at Real Scum some fodder to push around on my behalf. I mean if you are going to piss someone off shouldn't you go "all in" so to speak? Well, like a perfectly timed Swiss watch they took the bait like always and ran with it! LOL ROFL LMAO What a bunch of Mental Midgets! I went to a website and grabbed some quotes from the movie Scarface and the genius Professor Henry Higgins is so stupid he thought it was actually a comment I was making and got his panties ALL twisted. I did not hear from the Queens Of Beaver West Virginia 25813 but if I even bother to go back to that ASSHOLE breeding ground I am sure they have spewed more garbage than graffiti in a gang infested project!


I have gotten to the point in my life where it still amazes me to this day that people have NOTHING better to do than sit on forums and try to destroy people. What is so pathetic about their whole presence is that if I thought for ONE minute that ANY of the programs I was in was illegal I would NEVER even get involved! They never really give me any credit. They just trash talk and that is fine. Sooner or later that spiritual principle of Karma is going to be their undoing. Or the Christian principal of sowing and reaping...Imagine the "harvest of hatred" that is going to rain down on people who spend their whole lives HATING. It simply WILL NOT be pretty!

It has to be maybe something as sinister as when they were young they were bullied and cyber space allows them to attack people without getting hurt! Whatever the cause it really disturbs me.

It’s funny, my wife says, “Brad, they are just hating on you and many others who work from home because they can not stand their own life”! Although this too could be true it does NOT take away the “sting” or the impact of the things (lies) they say! I guess I really hate being stereotyped!

There are people online who LIE to make sales or get signups. There are people who fabricate results to get new members. I however am NOT one who does those things. I shoot from the hip and tell it like it is. I LOSE sales all the time because of my honesty! I even told my wife one time if I LIED like my customers did I would be filthy rich! LOL!

The smartest thing I can do is NOT get caught up in the online harassment, continue blogging like a banshee, and let GOD sort out the results! Probably good advice for my blogging contemporaries too! Is Cash Gifting Legal?


This is probably the number one question that pops up when people start to see the lucrative potential with this kind of activity, and it's certainly the first thing that I wanted to know too... after all, I have no interest in getting into any type of legal hot water, and I'm sure you don't either, so here's what I found out.


In researching this activity, it's important to keep in mind that there's no book out there that tells you what is legal in our society, only what is not legal.


If you do your research online, you're going to see there's really nothing saying that cash gifting is illegal. Most of the time it's people expressing their personal opinions, not facts. And after years of experience and thorough research, no one has been able to show me the law in black and white stating that giving a cash gift is illegal.


In fact, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets. Many other countries participating in cash gifting also have very similar gifting laws.


In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen's rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it's done according to the laws and codes of this country. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

In 2008 in the United States of America, the law states that one or more individuals can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $12,000 (now it is $14,000) each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.

I also found that most well organized Cash Gifting programs require each participant to use some form of a Gifting Statement and/or Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, become binding agreements between two private individuals. These forms are used, it's said, to ensure the longevity and legality of a gifting program.


So giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or a stranger is legal according to IRS code. Again, there's no specific nation-wide law that I've been able to find to say that cash gifting is not legal.


Now, that being said, it's important to note that not all Cash Gifting programs may be legal in their structure. (these would be the ones the mutants at Real Scum are referring to, NOT THE PEOPLES PROGRAM) Certainly there are some that may not be. Unfortunately, there are still some "old school" Cash Gifting programs out there (mostly offline) that weren't structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure.


Consequently, many of these types of mostly offline programs in the past were closed by the feds because of this illegal "ever-widening base" pyramid structure and gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation. (not to mention the bad reputation the LIARS and HATE TRIBE at Real Scum are trying to single handedly give to cash gifting!)


However, in recent years, things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other structure in the World.


SUMMARY BY BRAD KAMANSKI: It is dangerous to label or say that ALL cash gifting programs are illegal. And quite frankly it is stupid and ignorant! Commonplace for ALL members at Real Scam! Not some program that gives you canned responses, I mean, me typing in the chat window answers to your questions.

This is very important. While we believe in this activity and know that it works, rather well as a matter of fact, we do not want you to gift your rent or food money to get started in this activity. Another good reason is to have something just in case. In case, your car needs a tune up or you have to buy a tire, or in case, you have an unexpected bill pop up.
The third thing you MUST know before participating is:

This could rank as the most important “MUST KNOW.” The reason I say that is, this is what is going to keep you going.
Will you use it to get out of debt? If so don’t just think about paying off debt, think about how it will feel when you can answer your phone without having to worry who is on the other end. Or what it will feel like to not have to send money out to any company each month.
Maybe your plan is to help others in your community. That is great but take the time each day to visualize what that means and how you will feel doing this. Will you help the homeless with a meal or some warm clothes? Will you make anonymous donations to you child’s school? Picture whatever you will do, daily.
I will not tell you what is the right thing for you to do, I can not possibly as I don’t know what drives your heart, but I can tell you that if you believe in the laws of Abundance and the laws of Attraction, you will have no problem giving part of the money you’re going to receive to strangers. Sayings like,”What goes around, comes around.” are out there for a reason.
Ok, so those are the three things you MUST know before participating in any Cash Gifting Activity!

A gift is given with no strings attached for the pure enjoyment of it. Have you ever been to England? You don't take day classes at Oxford, asshole. You can take "Open University" courses that may be in buildings on Kings' College but that is very much NOT attending Oxford. Here is an email from a fellow Christian and my response:


Brad,

It sickens me to see what this person did to you on the scam report website. He put your phone number and address on this website and he even put one other persons name and phone number on the website that joined your new cash gifting program.

Do you know the name of the person that did this to you or can they do this anonymously so you don't know their identity?

Is this hurting your business? The reason I ask is because I have two people interested in your cash gifting program. They did what a lot of people do. They google your name and saw what someone said about you on the scam report. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with each of them telling them what they read was a bunch of crap.

One of them believed what I said because he has been doing network marketing for a long time. The other guy didn't believe one word I told him.

Do you think this will hurt my response rate on the postcard mailings? The reason being with the internet about 50% of people who receive my postcard are probably going to google your name.

I am hoping people are smart enough to realize that much of the information on these scam websites are not true. However, from my experience it seems that there are a lot of ignorant people out there that believe everything they read.


MY RESPONSE:


The problem with the article is that they did a FAKE sign up for The People's Program at the $10,000 level to acquire my Name and Address. The RULES of the forum say that they can only use info found in the public domain. Well, that info was NOT in the public domain so they violated the law. I really wanted to go on there and defend myself but it can really backfire.


It has NOT hurt the program because I always explain to people that they are hiding behind FAKE names and if people will go through the forum they will find articles about thousands of good people. I think it is a crime. I could go on there and say that I had a hacker discover their true identities and found out they were pedophiles and that is why they use the FAKE names but they are friends with the Owner of Real Scam and she would take my posts down anyway. She has been sued several times for liable but it never sticks. Sad sad truth.



Another thing that really miffed me is that the one clown said I have Jesus on my team. Well, he is going to find out one day just how powerful my Team Mate Jesus is when it comes to judgement...Brad

We have still not got anyone to join, and when we do we give up the first one. I was so surprized to hear that simple Cash you don't have to give 1 up. He had an upper second first degree from Oxford and a MPhil from a good US University but he was not good enough to get back to Oxford for his PhD but thanks to his postgraduate US education he was accepted for a PhD in mathematical biology by Leeds University.

Oxford will take the pick of students from US educated postgraduates but they have to be better qualified than this man whom you call Braddles!

Let's see... you claimed to have attended an institute of higher education in the United Kingdom, so let us begin with the UK's law against gifting, Gambling Act 2005.

(b)each person who participates in the arrangement—
(i)is required or invited to invite others to participate, and
(ii)is encouraged to believe that he will receive the joining fees, or part of the joining fees, of other participants, to an amount in excess of the joining fee paid by him.
(3)For the purposes of subsection (2)—
(a)“payment” means a payment of money or money's worth, but does not include the provision of goods or services, and
(b)it is immaterial whether a payment is made directly or through a person responsible for managing or administering the scheme.
(4)A person guilty of an offence under this section shall be liable on summary conviction to—
(a)imprisonment for a period not exceeding 51 weeks,
(b)a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or
(c)both.
(5)In the application of subsection (4) to Scotland or Northern Ireland the reference to 51 weeks shall have effect as a reference to six months.



Let's see now... you openly invited people to join cash gifting. You received a portion of the "gift" from those you invited, and in TPP, from those who your invitees invited. Richard Good Smethurst (born 17 January 1941) was Provost of Worcester College, Oxford, England.

Smethurst was educated at Liverpool College, Worcester College, Oxford, and Nuffield College, Oxford.

In 1964, Smethurst was appointed Research Fellow at St Edmund Hall, Oxford. I did my A level GCE but I did not go to University because my parents went broke farming in the year when I completed the exams for University entrance and there were no funds to help children with poor parents in post war Britain.

The only thing I asked you was the name of your tennis coach Brad and you have not answered that.

There are tennis tournaments at Wimbledon throughout the summer and you could have been invited to play in any of them. The armed forces have championships which are held at Wimbledon. Unknowns can play in the Army versus Navy or other Wimbledon championships. Dame Kelly Holmes was nothing but an unknown army squaddie when she appeared on world stage as a medium distance runner. The Army may have produced some tennis champions but I only know Dame Kelly as one who came up through the army ranks to become an athletic legend.

You have not told us what tournaments you were invited to play in Brad. If you were invited to play at Wimbledon in the All England Championships then you could give us the name of your coach Brad. If not, it is not hard for us to think that your invitation was sent by "The Tooth Fairy"

The only thing I asked you was the name of your tennis coach Brad and you have not answered that.

There are tennis tournaments at Wimbledon throughout the summer and you could have been invited to play in any of them. The armed forces have championships which are held at Wimbledon. Unknowns can play in the Army versus Navy or other Wimbledon championships. Dame Kelly Holmes was nothing but an unknown army squaddie when she appeared on world stage as a medium distance runner. The Army may have produced some tennis champions but I only know Dame Kelly as one who came up through the army ranks to become an athletic legend.

You have not told us what tournaments you were invited to play in Brad. If you were invited to play at Wimbledon in the All England Championships then you could give us the name of your coach Brad. If not, it is not hard for us to think that your invitation was sent by "The Tooth Fairy" You pig headed ass! A friend of mine was in the ATP. I am sure you can figure out the initials for that organization. He was on his way to the All England club to play singles and invited me to join him in the doubles event! I declined. As I look back it was probably ONE of my biggest regrets. Number two would have to be arguing with the Culture Of Hatred at Real Scam. You see, if you have led a life that is boring and uneventful it is so EASY to extinguish someone's light. It's called envy, jealousy. Instead of being HAPPY for people you want to put them down. How sad are you? When people share their excitement over anything I am excited and happy for them. Where does this NASTY spirit that is up on ALL of you people come from. Hint: The Spirit Of Anti-Christ! Better shake it before it's too late! I would HATE for anyone to have to spend Eternity with that awful pri&% Satan...Brad GOD LOVES YOU! He never intended for you to be this way...
