It was today announced in an SEC press release (https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2018-8) that the agency has moved to prevent yet another pseudo "Initial Coin Release" this time the so called "Arise Coin"

“This is the first time the Commission has sought the appointment of a receiver in connection with an ICO fraud. We will use all of our tools and remedies to protect investors from those who engage in fraudulent conduct in the emerging digital securities marketplace,” said Steven Peikin, Co-Director of the SEC’s Enforcement Division.

It takes a little time to load for me and then I can watch. I am in Firefox.

Happens to me a lot too lately. Using a Chromebook.

Doesn't seem to want to cooperate.

No big deal for me. Will probably work itself out eventually.
