According to an SEC press release (https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2017-208) the SEC has filed a complaint against yet another paid-to-click / surf / adpack fraudulent scheme, at the same time warning consumers to be aware of online “paid-to-click” scams

One wonders how long it will take for the ponzi players to realize "pay-to-click" / adpack / online advertising / traffic exchanges have had their day.
