View Full Version : Uncle Festa continues to lie

One thing that you can always count on is for Uncle Festa to lie about things I have said. Not only does he lie about what I said, he said he is quoting what I said. Only one itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie problem: It isn't what I said in his quote of what I said.

Case in point: Here is what he posted at WLD, and I quote him:

"Quote: I think I may have seen Noah's Ark on a mountain in Turkey.", Page 183, Post #1825

When you say you are "quoting" someone, it means that it is exactly what they said verbatim, or it isn't a quote. So what did I really say? I said, and I quote:

"I saw the pictures he took from space showing where he believed the Ark was located. The satellite images were quite spectacular and convincing the Ark was there. It certainly had the size, shape and look of the Ark. The pictures I saw appeared to prove this to be true." It is going to be fun to watch him try to lie his way out of this one, just like he does every time he is caught out in a lie, but according to him is not a lie. :RpS_lol:

In all fairness to Uncle Festa, he did say this at the very bottom of his post where he was "quoting" me, and said this and I quote:

"n.b. Some of the above may not be exact quotes, paraphrasing has been used. "

Only one itsy-bitsy, teenie-weenie problem UF. Paraphrasing is not a "QUOTE," and your posting it was a "QUOTE" is still a lie. Using correct grammar only counts when you use it, not him. But then that's what he does always.

So when is a quote not a quote? When UF says he is quoting you but claims paraphrasing has been used. :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol: :RpS_lol:

You'll have to ask him.

I am sure part of it is because I am a Christian and he is an atheist. He got his kilt all in a twist when I said God called me to form Eagle. It is still a major bone of contention with him to this day. He mocks it every chance he can. I could care less what he believes or says to mock me about it. It's his problem not mine.

There is a thread here where he had a chance to show proof of everything he has said about me was factual and the truth. He couldn't because there is no proof. It exists only in his mind.

We are certainly not on the same side.....We feel for the true victims while he cheers for admins and believes that every victim deserves to be scammed because they entered the program because of greed and cos they idiots...
True victims being those you see on FB and not players like you who know it's a game...

I asked Eddie(Festa) last year why he hates me so much...What started it all over 10 years ago??....He honestly couldn't remember.....Funny eh??....

His hatred for Lynn is based purely on the fact that Lynn is a Christian....

I think it would be more like......Here lies a man who did not believe in God and went to hell to prove it.

Let me illustrate something for you.

Festa keeps claiming that Eagle does not help law enforcement at any level with their investigations, and have not assisted them in shutting down anything. I just take credit for doing it. He keeps demanding I prove that Eagle does. Of course any proof I would provide would be claimed was doctored, photo shopped, edited, faked, etc.. In short nothing I would provide would be accepted.

Yet on our website Eagle states its dual mission. We show our success stories, and I purposely don't put them all there. Now do you really believe that any Federal Law Enforcement Agency, or any state law enforcement agency for that matter, would allow us to have our success stories listed on our website and list our dual mission if we didn't do what we said we do? They would demand we take it down immediately, if it were true according to UF it is all a lie. Since he reads this forum, he will now claim that doesn't prove anything. He will never accept what Eagle does no matter what we prove. Just as he won't contact Tim Meyer about the Eagle Photo he claims we used without his permission. He knows if he did and Tim Meyer confirms that he indeed gave us permission to use his photo as his donation in support of Eagle, he would have a heart attack or stroke. We used this Eagle prominently on our website for over 6 years for all to see. It would destroy him and his mantra against Eagle. What is truly funny is that we had to remove the Eagle photo when we went to our new website template as it would not fit, but we do use it on Eagle's Facebook page. And as usual he took credit for it claiming that it proved we were using the Eagle photo illegally. So much for us not having permission to use the photo; but he will never admit it. And the list goes on and on about all the lies, innuendo, implications he has made that aren't true.

What is truly funny to me is he really thinks I care what he says about me and Eagle. Pathetic isn't it that he has devoted the past 8+ years to constantly monitoring what I say or do; and then claims he doesn't care. Too funny.

The bottom line is that the photos seem to confirm that there really was a Noah's Ark and it touched down in Turkey when the flood waters receded. BTW... do you have a link to those pics?

I forgot to ask... did anyone recover any piece of that ark and give it a Carbon 14 test? If yes, what were the results?

Canadian:

The photo's that I saw were from Jim Irwin's personal camera that he took from space. If my memory serves me correctly I believe he said the location was somewhere between 13,500' and 14,500,' and the mountain is 16,000+' high. It was almost 30 years ago when I saw the pictures and its location was discussed. It is rare that the area is not covered in snow and ice due to its elevation. Only during drought or a long summer would the location not be under ice and snow.

I am sure there are many pictures available online about Noah's Ark, as well as if any pieces of the wood have been turned over for carbon testing.

Mr. Irwin never found anything.

Former astronaut’s wife convinced on location of Noah’s Ark | God Reports (http://blog.godreports.com/2011/03/former-astronaut%E2%80%99s-wife-convinced-on-location-of-noah%E2%80%99s-ark/);

Irwin also led multiple expeditions to Mt. Ararat in search of Noah’s Ark. If found, it would arguably be the greatest archeological discovery in history. Tragically, Irwin died of a sudden heart attack in 1991, with his quest to find the Ark unrealized.
........

Of further note from this 2011 article are;

More details of Mary Irwin’s extensive research will be revealed in her upcoming book about Noah’s Ark. While she is convinced she knows where it is, she presents the research in a way that will allow readers to form their own conclusions.To date no book has been forthcoming. She also implies the Ark is not on Mt. Ararat, but elsewhere. This is likely due to the influence of the below individual.

Mary met with her friend Bob Cornuke, whom she describes as a modern-day Indiana Jones. He accompanied Irwin on several expeditions to find Noah’s Ark and founded the Base Institute after Jim’s death.

While Mr. Cornuke does have a so called Ph.D. it is in Bible and Theology from the Louisiana Baptist University, which is unaccredited by any accrediting body recognized by the DoE. He has no degrees in archaeology, geology, or any related fields.

Also see, this thread from 6 years ago about him.

An additional comment from the 2011 article;

Two years ago, she was interviewed for four hours by a team working on the National Georgraphic documentary production: “Truth behind the Ark.” After Mary viewed the documentary, she felt the title of their project was highly misleading.

“There was barely a shred of truth in any of it,” she notes. She feels that she and her son-in-law John – both devout Christians, were made to look like “fools” by a film with an agnostic bias. Apparently, the filmmakers believe the story of Noah’s Ark has its roots in Mesopotamian folklore. Hmm, the 'Epic of Gilgamesh' may have something to do with that.
wikipedia.org/wiki/Epic_of_Gilgamesh#Noah.27s_Flood (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epic_of_Gilgamesh#Noah.27s_Flood);
Noah's Flood
Andrew George submits that the Genesis flood narrative matches that in Gilgamesh so closely that "few doubt" that it derives from a Mesopotamian account. What is particularly noticeable is the way the Genesis flood story follows the Gilgamesh flood tale "point by point and in the same order", even when the story permits other alternatives. In a 2001 Torah commentary released on behalf of the Conservative Movement of Judaism, rabbinic scholar Robert Wexler stated: "The most likely assumption we can make is that both Genesis and Gilgamesh drew their material from a common tradition about the flood that existed in Mesopotamia. These stories then diverged in the retelling." Ziusudra, Utnapishtim and Noah are the respective heroes of the Sumerian, Akkadian and biblical flood legends of the ancient Near East.

Other biblical parallels
Matthias Henze suggests that Nebuchadnezzar's madness in the biblical Book of Daniel draws on the Epic of Gilgamesh. He claims that the author uses elements from the description of Enkidu to paint a sarcastic and mocking portrait of the king of Babylon.

While not directly discussed in the Epic itself, many of the characters in the Epic also have myths associated with them with close biblical parallels, notably Ninti, the Sumerian goddess of life, was created from Enki's rib to heal him after he had eaten forbidden flowers. Some scholars suggest that this served as the basis for the story of Eve created from Adam's rib in the Book of Genesis. Esther J. Hamori(Echoes of Gilgamesh in Jacob Story) also claims that the myth of Esau and Jacob narrative is paralleled with the wrestle match between Gilgamesh and Enkidu.Citations given in the Wiki article.

Nah , not him, I am pretty sure she mumbled something that Jesus himself revealed her the true location while she was praying for his guidance :). I bet Jesus' PhD beats that guy's PhD any day :)

Something that always intrigued me is UF's constant mocking my Christianity and demeaning Christianity. So UF, by my believing in Jesus Christ and being a Christian what have you lost in my believing? How does my faith in Jesus Christ bring you any harm? How does it have any affect on you? Why would my life decision have any bearing on you? Why do you care what I believe?

If you believe it makes you superior and makes me ignorant, gullible, or stupid so be it. It makes no difference to me what you think. I am certainly not going to change my belief's because of what you say about me and Christianity. But if I had to guess, and the truth was known, I think you were hurt very deeply by someone very special to you who was a Christian many, many years ago, and you have not been able to get over it and now you can't let it go. It just keeps festering inside of you.

Here's a variation on the well known Zen riddle for you, Lynn:

"If somebody posts childish videos and easily provable lies on the 'net and nobody sees them, are they really there ???"

Well the World Law Direct website and forum is now gone. For a few days it defaulted to website under construction. Then it had a few links on it for a few days, and then it totally disappeared. If you do a search it now shows website not found for the past four days.

Hello surfer,

We appreciate the posts and creative input you have given the Forums at World Law Direct. Your commentary has been terrific and useful for many people!

Our 10 years at the Forum have been exciting for us. Starting this month (September), we are transferring most of the Forums material to LegalJunkies.com. The new Forum is updated for 2017, even more secure, and includes all the latest add-ons and software, which we will further incorporate over time. The new Forum also separates the legal discussions from the growing commercial activities of the World Law sites, as required in our opinion by EU and US rules going forward in 2017.

We hope you will join us and help us to make the Forums the number one in the US and Europe.

Kind regards,
