Isn't it funny how everyone who joins and pushes various schemes says, at some point, that they have visited the HQ, met the owner/s, and are convinced that scheme X is "in it for the long term" a "real winner", a "genuine business", "built for lengevity" etc?

They don't find it shameful, or even vaguely ironic, that they may have said this before about schemes A, B and C. Very few people call them out on it either. If made aware of past failures, they will say that yes, they made mistakes in the past, but this time they are absolutely sure. And you have to be content with that. But I suppose that this makes schemes self-selecting - if people accept the excuses, then the pushers know that they've got a good prospect lined up.

Those who don't will walk away, but you wouldn't want them in your scheme anyway, as they might cause trouble.

Don't they ever feel even slightly ashamed of what they do? Sadly, I guess not.
