Long time readers of REALSCAM.com (http://www.realscam.com) will doubtless be aware of the US / UK based ponzi scheme My Advertising Pays (http://www.realscam.com/f9/my-advertising-pays-scam-ponzi-3439/)

As evidenced by its' rapidly declining traffic figures, MAP is on the verge of total collapse

It comes as no surprise then, that MAP owner Mike Deese is desperately seeking a way to distract attention away from the bleedin' obvious impending collapse by announcing he and MAP intend suing internet blogger Tara Talks (http://taratalkstoday.blogspot.com.au/)

Coming via a post on the My Advertising Pays News (http://www.myadvertisingpays.news/2016/02/myadvertisingpays-sues-taratalks/) website, Deese has obviously learned from previous failed ponzi schemes such as AdSurf Daily and Zeek rewards in trying to silence critics

Bizarrely, while MAP participants are generally silent on the news, supporters of another failing ponzi, Traffic Monsoon (http://www.realscam.com/f8/traffic-monsoon-better-than-maps-trusted-admin-charles-scoville-4070/) are gleefully trumpeting the news of MAPs' (obviously bogus) intended legal action on Facebook as some sort of vindication for their own fraudulent activities

Thus far, not even a "cease and desist" letter, much less a court order has been sighted, making the whole story nonsensical, so we are left waiting with bated breath, hoping against hopeDeese does, in fact, go ahead with his threatened action.

Imagine Mike Deese or his lawyer standing in front of a judge explaining why My Advertising Pays is legal and above board and is NOT a ponzi.

Now THAT would be worth paying money to see

Paul Iannelli, Traffic Monsoon pimp in the flesh;

It appears Mr Iannellis' legal experience may have come from watching endless replays of "Law and Order"

One wonders how the brothers Iannelli are going to feel in a couple of months when Traffic Mosoon disappears down the gurgler and, despite their childish insults, Tara Talks remains unsued.

I'm sure the guys down at their local RSL won't let them forget their stupidity in a hurry, now they've made themselves targets with their childish FB posts about a non existent law suit and defense of serial scammer, Charles Scoville

Seems Stevie Iannelli is a right sucker for punishment.

Now he's taken to posting his nonsensical threats over on the My Advertising Pays Scam (https://www.facebook.com/My-Advertising-Pays-Scam-788704724492200/?fref=ts) page on Facebook

I would watch out for a court manipulation by "public" (read: hidden) notice to defendant and the following default judgement. Scammers love to do that. Remember Trend Sound Promoter florida's suit against RS ?
