I copied the below comments from another scam site which I think shows how devious this con artist Yuri really is:

"All of you need to know that the owner of Gi2c and Getin2China (same scam) has a full time SEO/hacker guy that deletes negative information about his company posted on line and then posts a bunch of fluffy stuff and testimonials with the word "scam" embedded in the tag lines so it pushes most of the complaints down to pages 3-20 of Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. where most eyeballs never travel. Generally people only look at the first or second pages of a search. But if you go deep enough you find stuff like this old post from 2010 when he was once again exposed as a fraud and had his friend Roddy tell everyone that all the complaints were from a "envious competitor" just like he did last year and again recently. The man is playing hide and seek with all the complaints people put on line. Do a thorough search for Gi2C, complaints,problems,reviews,scam and you will find the buried truth. I find it laughable that every time this character gets outed he has the same friend jump online to say some competitor is responsible for all the problems and complaints. The only thing keeping this crook in business is that he operates from the safety of China where the coppers can be bought off for $1,000. If this Yuri guy pulled this **** in America or the U.K. they would have found his decomposing ass in some trash bin a few years ago.

The marvels of hacker technology were perfected by governments and their former techs now work for scammers like Gi2C to make sure the truth about their fraud scheme remains well-hidden from the public. But if victims keep complaining on line, the cat and mouse game will continue ad-infinitum. Here is the latest on Gi2c... They are still doing the same fraud. This time they have yet another new name "Laowai Career Center". They are also still using their SEO tricks as one lady explained at another site:

"RE: Laowai Career Center Fraud in Beijing & Hangzhou

These creeps are super slick. They really pretend to care about your "future career in China" but my friend used them and she discovered that although their main office is in Beijing, they tell people it is in Hangzhou where they have a shared office with a Chinese language company "That's Mandarin". They are "cooperators" and the language company puts out really optimistic articles about working in China and then finds a way to embed a link to Laowai Career Center and then the sales reps at LCC will say "look at all the good things people say about us"! I know because I fell for it - once when the same people were running the Getin2China visa scam in 2010,

My friend found these people by replying to a job ad for a "PR Specialist". When she went for the interview she met the handsome Russian guy mentioned in the OP. He offered her 12,000 a month to write blogs promoting his company and "great fun working in China". He claimed he had three full-time writers doing this now and one had to go back to the States for medical treatment. She almost took the job until he told her that she was never allowed to mention foreign teachers getting arrested in China which made her suspicious and then he told her that she would also have to write articles about his "other company Gi2c". So when she went home that night she googled the "other company" and called me for some advice. I told her what I read at scam.com and other scam warning sites. Thankfully, my very talented friend did not take the job or she would have been part of the fraud and not even know it.

BTW... here is one of the wonderful but false articles that he showed her as "an example" of what he wanted, and he claimed that he himself wrote this article "Teaching in China. The ideal job that pays better than professional jobs - Mandarin Cafe Blog (http://mandarin.cafe/blog/teaching-in-china-the-ideal-job-that-pays-better-than-professional-jobs)". Any TEFL or ESL teacher working in China today will tell you straight away that foreign teachers are the lowest paid expats working in China. Even a marketing specialist at Lenovo where my ex works makes 27,000 a month compared to 15,000 for an average English teacher. So they use one lie to sell another lie. Here is the truth my friends: Job Discussion Forums :: View topic - China Foreign Teachers Salaries Almost Lowest In World? (http://forums.eslcafe.com/job/viewtopic.php?t=103895&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0) and also here at this link: China Foreign Teachers Union (http://www.chinaforeignteachersunion.org). (China pay charts)

Over the last 5 years, the pay for teachers has only gone up 10% while housing costs jumped almost 30%. The pay of professionals working in China has increased more than 20%. If you fall for the BS sold by Laowai Career Center, you will find yourself trapped with a roommate or two just to survive in China economically. I lve here in China now for almost 6 years. I know what I am talking about. I stayed because my husband opened a small restaurant that provides us a comfortable life - except for the damn pollution.

Teaching in China is only suitable for a young person without any debts who just wants to have some fun for a year and get a China job on their international resume. YOU WILL NOT SAVE ANY MONEY IN CHINA unless you are very frugal. As for a "career" in China? Read what the job recruiters will never ever tell you: Future bleak for China?s foreign ESL teachers - Global Times (http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/981575.shtml).

If you can handle the truth, come have fun in China, enjoy the food, see the incredible Great Wall, but read this first: https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?704467-UPDATED-China-Liars-List-ESL-TEFL-Teacher-Job-Scams-Internships-Exporters-etc-BLACKLIST/page7 because it is so easy to be screwed over by a job recruiter who creates his own hype, testimonials, reviews, and now even "third party" blogs."

You already started a thread on this at;
https://www.realscam.com/f8/scam-alert-lawaoi-career-center-old-sophisticated-china-job-fraud-new-name-same-russian-owner-my-review-4753/
Interesting that you gave it a 'Like' already.

Gotta love this part at the bottom;

.......

This is the veteran scammer Yuri, compliments of realscam.com archives:

A little side note. When inserting a .img file it usually gives the url (location) of said file. Like this,

http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z149/Oolam/gorcyca.11_zpsituvtsnq.png (http://s192.photobucket.com/user/Oolam/media/gorcyca.11_zpsituvtsnq.png.html)
So, your image is actually coming from ImageShack.
See;
http://imagizer.imageshack.us/a/img661/8803/Kj75bY.jpg

In fact, that image (and a number of others) is readily available on Google too:
https://www.google.com/search?q=%22yuri+khlystov%22&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjf6ouj8bHSAhUf0IMKHQMLD50Q_AUICSgC&biw=800&bih=386;

And from this we can even find the original source for the image:
https://cn.linkedin.com/in/getin2china;

http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z149/Oolam/yuri.2_zpsfvqogl9s.png (http://s192.photobucket.com/user/Oolam/media/yuri.2_zpsfvqogl9s.png.html)
It appears that Yuri himself provided that image.

Oh, and from the thread at; http://www.realscam.com/f13/wall-street-banksters-used-panama-account-jack-goldberg-buy-senator-hillary-clinton-gov-jeb-bush-4554/

http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z149/Oolam/bruce.5_zpsjgxztclt.png (http://s192.photobucket.com/user/Oolam/media/bruce.5_zpsjgxztclt.png.html)

Now that .img file is from my Photobucket account and I can delete it at any time. Therefore removing the image itself no matter where it is linked too. Now, if you uploaded the .img file as an attachment, well that's a different story.

You may also want to look up what 'Lawaoi' actually means.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laowai;
Laowai is the Mandarin pronunciation of 老外 (pinyin: lǎowài, lit. "Very foreign"), an informal term or slang for "foreigner," usually neutral but possibly impolite or loose in some circumstances. Formal and polite Chinese terms for foreigner include wàiguórén (simplified Chinese: 外国人; traditional Chinese: 外國人; literally: "foreigner"), wàibīn (外宾; 外賓; "foreigner guest"), guójì yǒurén 国际友人; 國際友人; "international friend") and wàiguó pengyou (外國朋友; 外国朋友; "foreigner friend").[1] "Laowai" usually does not refer to Chinese living abroad or East Asians who are non-Chinese. The term is typically used to refer to Westerners of European descent, sub-Saharan Africans, Latin Americans, and Middle Easterners.

You, know if you read the history of this Russian guy, it spans over alomnost ten years of China scamsgoing back to the 2008 Beijing Olympics when hebrought hookers to Beijing to cheat and rob the tourists knowing that when they woke up and found their wallet and jewlery gone they would not call the cops for fear of being jailed in China. That was the Olmpuc Escort Scam. Then it was the Getin2China black visa scam which sold real expensive visas to Russian and other prostititutes, criminals, and prople of color to get in to China to do illegal counterfeit business. The cops finally shut that down in 2014 when they arrested Tommy, Yuri's best friend who took the blame Yuri sohewould not be expelled. (Photos of all these people are in the below 12 page report link). So then after a bunnch of bad publicity, Yuri just changed his nameand started operating Gi2C which sold illegal China internships convincing foreigners to lie on their visa apllication (as victim Winnie Maliko and others stated on real various websites) and made thempay money to work for freeand never once told these peoplethey would get arrested and deported if they were caught. https://chinascampatrol.wordpress.com/2015/04/25/is-gi2c-china-internship-program-a-legal-scam-or-legit/

After Gi2c was exposed he linked upwith anothe Chinese scam artist who hijacked the good name and reputation of an old company WiseWay Global and quickly turned that into a fraud machine charging youn students thousands of dollars to simply fillout their university application forms and write a bolerplate essay for them. They claimed they were under contract with "the top 100 universities in the world" yet only three ever heard of them and all three said they gave legal warnings to Wiseway to stop using their name! And now it is Laowai Career Center but this time they are very carefulnot to do their lying in writing - only verbally. Verbally they still

* Tell job applicants to lie on their visa applications because they are not able to provide a LEGAL Z visa (Legal Z visas must comefrom the real employer and match the invitation letter and contract) Most Z visas are issued by third parties and that are paid off. The foreign employee never pays attention to this untila after they are arrested and thrown in jail. http://www.realscam.com/f8/gi2c-china-intenship-scam-using-pro-hackers-search-engine-optimization-guy-hide-complaints-online-dozens-fake-reviews-testimonia-4353/

* Tell job applicants not to worry about not having the mandatory university degree required by China law. Why? Because after they sign a contract and collect their service fee from the blacklisted employer (sometimes they also trick the applicant to pay a processing fee as well) they will offered a fake but great-looking diploma for $1,000. SInce the applicant still thinks they will be getting a $50,000 job, they will gladly pay the $1,000 and are told, "everyone does this."

* They are still told how cheap it is to live in China which is vasically true except for Beijing and Shanghai where 60% of the blacklisted jobs are. Here you must have 1 or 2 rommates to survive economically. But when applicants ask specific questions that do not have favorable answers, Laowai sales reps (most of the same people who lied for Gi2c) just change the subject. What don't they want people to know? All of this: https://www.scam.com/showthread.php?704467-UPDATED-China-Liars-List-ESL-TEFL-Teacher-Job-Scams-Internships-Exporters-etc-BLACKLIST&p=1944461#post1944461

Most people that get scammed by Yuri wonder why he is not in jail already. There are two reasons. China and China. First, what these scams do donot violate Chinese law,onlt the laws of other countries. His business is technically legal since he did register the comapny name (this time) and is smart enough to pay taxes. BUT, the interns and job applicants that lie on their visa applications ARE breaking the law and actually committing visa fraud (at the request of Laowai) which is a felony offense. The other reason is that ever since Tommy was arrested, Yuri now just bribes any cop who knocks on his door. What is a $5,000 bribe when he earns that much in a single day?

The M.O. is ALWAYS the same... hire blog writers to praise his company, buy video testimonials from tourists and local university students for $500 each, and use "third party reviews" that he pays a lot of money for as his former employees already cnfessed. His former webmaster from the UK (Steve Brown) resigned from a guilty conscience after he realized 80% of the job postings he was asked to post were fanricated! Here is more about Yuri that has already been documented... https://eslwatch.info/en/eslwatch-forum/china/117-fraud-warning-gi2c-and-other-china-job-internship-scams-beware-people.html At this link you will see how Yuri himself spends two weeks blaming all the allegations on a "jealous competitor" but after his own employees (past and present) said the allegations were true, Yuri suddenly started blaming his own "disgruntled employees". Convenient eh?

If you want to learn a very expensive lesson about reading the fine print of contracts and have a 50% chance of going to jail in China, go ahead and give Laowai Career Center fraud a chance toprove me and about 300 victims wrong.

UPDATE: Gi2c is now hiring full time bloggers to lie for them and heap gobs of praise upon the and there four other alias company names. This below I clipped from an ESL forum that has been following the Russian gang for five years...

"Gi2c is now hiring full-time bloggers as user British Gypsy mentions in her review.of Gi2c and the user Focus at Abroad Reviews mentions here Gi2C China Internship | Abroad Reviews (http://abroadreviews.com/gi2c-china-internship) .

I have to give Yuri credit for his devious creative mind. When I read one of Stephanie's blog I did not catch the embedded link nor the thinly-veiled endorsements. But think about this for a minute; Why the **** would anyone spend at least $6,000 (when you factor in Gi2c fees, airfare, housing, meals, ground transportation, etc.) to fly 3,000 miles to work for free, or almost free to do an internship in China when it is so easy to get a real job here? It makes no sense. Maybe if your university requires an international internship in order to get a post-graduate degree, I could understand that, but even then you could get a Fortune 500 internship in China for absolutely free as explained here: freechinainternships.blogspot.co.uk

BTW... Gi2c and their alias company Laowai Career Center are now featured regularly at Reddit in the scams section at reddit.com/r/chinascamcentral , reddit.com/r/scams , and reddit.com/r/tefl_esl_scams . The fact that this company is still doing business after 5 years of complaints and warnings proves three things to me;

1) Yuri has the China cops paid off

2) Stupid, gullible people are still graduating from universities

3) China now surpasses Nigeria as the scam capital of the world."

BTW... This is there new name and they are still using the WiseWay Global office on Zhingguancun Street in Beijing for their boiler room call center.
