Broker better be very careful who he signs up. CEO Glenn Stevens is not likely to appreciate the continuing PR work Justin "Broker" Jones and Oceanside are doing for him.

Broker is basically soliciting all across the net on various forums in the least subtle manner possible. One never does know who might be reading and I can assure these guys that the enforcement agencies do read my threads. That conveniently saves me from filing reports about certain scams and frauds now and then! They contact me and request all the pertinent documents I have in my possession.

I hope Mr. Schneider and Mr. Stevens will be joining us on the fine threads here to answer some questions.

I assume they will be taking full responsiblity for the advertising methods of Mr. Jones on their behalf.

Jones has a very long ad running on mlm.com (http://www.mlm.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=32027). I take it as most post made by other individuals asking legitimate questions are deleted that he is paying to keep that Ad up, perhaps?

If one brings up the name of their online partner Oceanside Network, that is plugging them on websites across the net, they hang up immediately. They are no doubt overwhelmed with calls from folks wanting to know about working with a college drop out that boasted a .68 average - our ever charming - walking one man PR department ----- Broker Jones!

I guess the real question should be if they have the tools to check out those who are out soliciting for them and are they adequately monitoring that situation? From the look of Oceanside's corporate pages (http://www.oceansidenetwork.com/trolls/)I would say not!

So what do you think would happen if this information was posted on TalkGold, MMG, and a bunch of other similar forums and members that had concerns about Mr. Jone's ethics, or lack thereof, were asked to forward a letter to Glenn Stevens at Gain Capital ?

Just askin'.

I have an account on those forums that I seldom use.

Maybe revive an old thread?

Or start a new one?

Maybe send a PM to some of Broker's detractors - strictly as a public service you understand. :RpS_wink:

They'd probably get a similar reaction to those concerned investors who filed using the National Futures Associations' online complaint form here: File a Complaint (http://www.nfa.futures.org/basicnet/Complaint.aspx)

Especially those investors wondering about what is involved in becoming an "Introducing broker"
"Introducing Broker" or "IB"-means an introducing broker as that term is used in the Commodity Exchange Act, and that is required to be registered as such under the Act and Commission Rules.or, even, an investor wondering how the NFA feels about "investment fraud" and how to avoid it: NFA warns: Don't become a victim of investment fraud

Mr. Bill Schneider did finally return my call this morning. He said flat out that Broker / Oceanside could not solicit U.S. citizens. He assured me they were going to handle it. The compliance department is going to be researching everything. They are going to do their due diligence on Broker even though they have already partnered with him. A little late isn't it???

Hilariously, they are also going to do their due diligence on me. That should scare the pants off of them. I have a nasty habit of pursuing obvious scammers and hounding them endlessly until they are sunk deeper than the Titanic. I am just a wee bit stubborn!

I assume they will go to Youtube. Broker has a bunch of quite hilarious videos up!

That 10% per month and 10% -30% return episode is my favorite!
