There are legal terms called "Ineffective Assistance of Counsel", "Abuse of Process" and "Due Process". There are also other words seldom mentioned these days in legal circles like "Code of Ethics" and "Moral Turpitude" You can find the definition and true meaning of these phrases in just one case where a former copper turned lawyer betrays his own clients for money with barely a blink of his eye. He himself was arrested for child abuse on August 14th 2001 but managed to get the court record sealed and adjudication withheld because he represents the Peel Police Department in Ontario (IMHO). He was formerly a RCMP officer until he shot an unarmed teen in the back and was asked to resign - or be fired. So thus began his law career. Read this Law Society Complaint and see what YOU think of this lawyer and ask yourself why is he even allowed to wear the robes of a Solicitor in Canada? http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com

BTW... he does not limit his misdeeds to Canada. This is how he stole a home from a woman in America... Bruce And The Courts (http://ohiocourtroomcorruption.blogspot.com)
