While wading through the crap that people feel obsessed to "share" to my FaceBook page, I ran across a video with the following introduction:
This is Beth. She was at Walmart buying groceries for her and her grandchildren for the week.
I decided to step in and take care of it for her. Just spreading the love...one person at a time.

***I will be paying someone's rent for the year on Wednesday! DON'T MISS THAT***
Of course, on checking the FaceBook page of "Preston Parker", I noticed that this apparent outpouring of exuberant generosity only started on August 19, 2015 (the date he started the page). Unlike the common hordes of FaceBook "like/share/comment-farming" crooks, he has also gone to the trouble of registering the TheMysteryMillionaire.com domain for the purpose of re-directing traffic to the FaceBook page.
Wouldn't it be comforting to know that people immediately recognized what a FRAUD this guy is by asking themselves such obvious questions as "if this guy is so damned rich and his mission is to give away huge sums of money ... why is it so important to him that we all like-share-comment on all of this ridiculous crap that he finds on the internet and posts on his page"?
No such luck. For instance, on August 25 at 8:30am, he posts a stock 15-second video of a money-counting machine counting $30,000 in $100 bills, saying:
I think I broke the machine!

As I read through a forum like this and appreciate the time, research and dedication of the individuals who contribute here for the purpose of limiting the damage that con artists can do to the public, it frequently depresses me when I find such a stark example of how so many of them are incapable of exercising common sense.
Thankfully, someone appears to have taken up the cause of exposing this fraud, as I found this page (http://phishlist.com/facebook-scam-preston-parker-giveaways/) while researching.
